If I could give negative stars I would! I wouldn't recommend SEEKINs to my worst enemy. First I ordered a truck and when I went to pick it up it already had 50 miles on it. I was told they took it for gas.. nope gas was at less than a 1/4 (standard for shipping the vehicle). And then I was told it was because they detailed it.. nope it was still dirty from shipping. Then I was told that it's standard for new vehicles to have that. Then the vehicle I was trading in (a 2022 Ford F-250) the check engine light came on the weekend prior. I brought it to Seekins and was told that it needed a new engine and that it wasn't covered by warranty. They said that because we live in Alaska it is considered extreme conditions and the air filter needed changed out at 10000 miles. The owner's manual doesn't address this at all, and my truck only had 14,500 miles on it when I traded it in. When I looked at the air filter it was a little dirty but no gouges like you would think to cause engine damage. Buyer beware of this dealership. If we hadn't special ordered the other truck, we definitely would not have purchased from this dealer. And we will NOT be returning for any type of service. I will spend the extra money to drive to Anchorage to avoid this dealership/service center. Oh and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or calling you back because that doesn't work either!

The wait time to get a serious issue tended to is unbelievably long. I went to Simard Automotive and they got me an appt in 3 days and quickly took care of the problem. They get 4 stars - Seeking get (again) no stars.

The service department needs work. They really need to focus on communication!!!!! Answer you $%^&& phones.

Service was good oil change and they completed a recall. If they got somebody to answer the phone they would have gotten 5 stars.

After my recall repair they offered to deliver my vehicle to me.

They don't fix your problem until your car is dead on the side of the road. Then they'll ignore your phone calls and messages to get anything else done.

It takes a while to get in but they do excellent work for a great price!
