The most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. Started off with they were supposed to put a new battery in the vehicle I bought from them before I picked it up. The salesman assured me he took care of it and also swore they done a 100 point inspection. The next day the check engine light was on and the salesman ignored the picture of the light I sent him. I later text him again and he said bring it by for service to look at. When I got there the salesman can back to service and told the service guy right in front of me they didn t put a battery in it that they had just jumped it off and then told him they should just clear the codes off and see what happens they ended up keeping it for over a week because it had dozens of electrical codes. When they did call me back they said it needed an 02 sensor. They put that on them called and said it had a leaking hose and it was going to be 2-300$ to fix. I refused to pay it and ask for proof they actually inspected the vehicle before they sold it and they just said they would fix it. I told them again that I had been lied to about the battery and I wanted a new one put in it. When I picked the car up they said it was good to go. That weekend I had to jump it off because it wouldn t start and guess what .. same battery. I was lied to 2 times. I then found out they hadn t paid my trade off all the way and I still owed the bank money on it. As of now they are still refusing to show proof of a pre sale inspection and also they are refusing to give me a print out of the past codes on the vehicle. Also the service engine light is back on. I filed a complaint with the ford dealership department but haven t heard anything. They just screw people because they know the next closest ford dealer is 5 hours away. No way I would buy anything from them much less a used vehicle. I gave 40,000 for a vehicle they just cleared the codes on and sent out the door knowing something was wrong with it.

I arrived at 9am was first in the door for quick lane, what should of took 30-45 min tops took 2 hours I was the FIRST car to be takin care of for just a basic oil change. Then tried to sell me a new cabin air filter , which if they actually checked it they would have saw it was brand new cause I changed it my self this summer. My last visit one of my break pads were in the yellow, mind you beginning of 2023, now after this visit all my breaks are magically in the green again? Like it just fixed its self. To add to it all the car was done for awhile yet never informed me as I was waiting in the waiting area which made me late to a funeral that started at 11. I m not a mechanic however I changed oil in an F-150 faster then the person certified to do so. Also the last visit before this one the tech didn t even put my oil cap back on which cover my entire engine and under my hood with oil. Not something any customer wants.

Needed to start purchase process on a vehicle from 3000 miles away. Gabriel, was the only one of the major dealers in town, willing to work with me and negotiate price so all I had to do was fly in, sign a couple pieces of paper and was out the door.I highly recommend Seeking for FIRST for you used car auto needs

Great experience. I was able to do most of the process via phone, Internet, and text saving me hours at the dealership. Everyone was super nice and professional.

Got told a cracked headlight and malfunctioning infotainment system are not covered under the premium care warranty. Ford warranty center said that's false, and I found another dealer that was willing to fix both issues. Also got punked with the "bad gas" claim when my F150 went down for the cylinder head issue in investigation EA23002 from the NHTSA. That diagnosis and repair took two whole months to complete, and I was only offered a rental for 10 days.

I've given up using my trucks warranty or trying to use them for recall repairs. Their service department refuses to ever answer the phone, return calls or use their online scheduling portal. Absolutely impossible to use Seekins' Service Department

We went in for a routine oil change and service, they couldn t fix our A/C unit on the new truck we bought due to being backed up. We were getting ready to move out of state and knew we would need the A/C unit fixed. So we took it to Peter auto where Peter auto found that our brakes needed to be repaired and the lots of other repairs that would have been covered under warranty.Ford has failed to return our phone calls in regard to this matter or offer to make up for their mistake on failing to find the repairs that were necessary. These things are to be looked at during routine maintenance, this shows me they never looked at the truck.

We can not be more pleased than what we found at Seekins. We started our journey to Fairbanks a few weeks back and we got in contact with Lauren from sales about the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Throughout the entire process we were helped with every need and were even provide a rental when we really needed it! This company and the individuals here were great during our experience and I would recommend going there to see Lauren for any help with a new or used vehicle to purchase!

So happy that we went through Quicklane for our vehicle fix this time. The winterization/heater went bad, and with the temps dropping we really needed to get it fixed asap! Service was booking out quite a bit, but Quicklane got my daughter in the same day!

Dropped my vehicle off and never heard back. No one ever picked up the phone. I missed out on work because of this. They sold me the vehicle with these things included, getting them installed shouldn't be so painful.

Our salesman and the Sales Manager at Seekins were instrumental in getting us our truck in as timely a manner as possible. We appreciate them and their efforts very much! We love the new truck!

Just bought a used car I guess they never actually inspected the vehicle because my left tire front tire was at 60 psi one of the sun screen were broken and the alignment was off I went to get the alignment fixed still had to pay 130 for something that should of been fixed before I bought a 20 k car I m worried that they didn t look at anything else

My last visit to Seekins Ford was very disappointing. I complained then and later in response to a request. My vehicle was recalled for brake line failure issues. It took six months to get it in and then I was told parts were not available. An attempt was made to upsell me on other unnecessary work. I was told I would have to leave the vehicle for up to 3 weeks to get the recall work done. I opted to take my vehicle and had to sign a note that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. I purchased the needed parts from Seekins Ford parts dept and had them installed by another facility. Please show this review to your service staff and do not ask me to provide another review

-10 stars. Terrible dealership to deal with. Seekins completed a warranty job for our Expedition. They did not install the pinion seal correctly, causing our differential to fail. The second we picked our vehicle up, the car was making a terrible noise from the rear end. We called multiple times a day for nearly 3 weeks without a single phone call in return or service adviser picking up. By the time we got a call back, we were at 61000 miles and one week out from a military move. The dealership refused to accept any responsibility, acting like taking the differential apart had nothing to do with it failing. They wanted us to pay for the job regardless of the fact that the issue occurred under warranty and they failed to do the job correctly. To make matters worse, they refused to communicate. They told me multiple times my vehicle would be ready prior to my move and refused to update me on parts status. Turns out the parts were on back order. In the end, they have my vehicle for over 10 days forcing us to rent a car and extend our stay in fairbanks, costing us nearly $4500 in rental car/hotel bills alone. We were forced to buy a new vehicle from a Chevy dealership in order to arrive at our next duty station in time. Terrible customer service! After I posted on their FB page, they requested me to contact their sales manager who never returned my call. I contacted the owner and his son, neither of them responded either. This dealership does not care about customers, they know their is no other Ford dealership within a 5 hour drive and they don t need to compete to keep customers satisfied. I would never recommend anyone ever doing business with this dealership in any fashion. The dealership has my number and they can call me anytime they want in order to turn this situation around, but they will only respond to this message and ask me to call but won t answer or return the call! They don t care about their reviews because again no one has any other place to go unless they want to drive 6 hours, and all they need to do is respond to the review in order to neutralize the bad review! Stay away at all costs!

Teddy at Seekins was so helpful in me being able to get a Maverick Hybrid. I previously orders one back in July at a different ford dealer in Anchorage and it still had not been scheduled for production and I ended up seeing that Seekins had one on their website that was in transit. Teddy was able to quickly verify that the truck was available for purchase and I put down my deposit. Since I live in Anchorage Teddy was more than happy to get all the paperwork done electronicly and even dropped the truck off at the vehicle transport company to get it shipped to Anchorage for me. This has been, by far, the best car buying experiance I have ever had. Thank you Teddy, the entire service department and financing team for getting my purchase done quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend Seekins Ford Lincoln.

2nd vehicle I've got at Seekins and the staff is still just as amazing now as they were the first time. Ken sold me my 2013 Escape a few years ago and Lauren sold me a 2022 Escape in July with help from Nick in Finance. Lauren and Nick are doing an amazing job and made the experience less work on my part. The team also helped me with all the awesome features of my car . Thank you for being amazing guys..

Being from California, I did not know what to expect in Ford dealers in Alaska. It was interesting to me the layout of the inventory It was not laid out like I m used to, but it seems to work for them. Their service center had perfectly professional services as well as systems, got an oil change and headed out so they did a Fine job

Update 04/12/23.The sales department of Seekins' Ford Lincoln is amazing, don't get me wrong. They're fast, friendly, and efficient. I have no qualms with the sales department. Unfortunately, the same can't be said of the service department.I assume vehicles are generally inspected before sale. The vehicle that I purchased's horn didn't work nor did the back-left blinker. This was very frustrating since I had just received the vehicle after waiting almost two weeks from the date of purchase and (at the time) worked nights.I bought this vehicle in June of 2022 and had a warranty added onto the monthly payments for one year. Well, sad to say, I've been trying to bring it in for maintenance since around November of 2022 and service never seems to pick up the phone. I've called them directly; I've called the front-desk and requested to be transferred to service; I've called quick-lane. No answer...ever.Short of coming in physically, which I can't do because service is closed on the weekends, I guess I just won't be able to get my vehicle serviced before my warranty runs out. I don't know if this is intentional or not, not making the argument that it is, but at this point I'd rather pay more out of pocket to just get the darn thing checked out than wait around any longer for Ford to do it themselves.Extremely disappointed.

The experience start to finish was easy, well explained, and zero pressure.Ordering my custom vehicle was straight forward and well explained. When my order was being processed the salesman was always in contact with me along the way making sure I was aware. The day it got here the paperwork was easy, explained, and no pressure to fill out. The salesman and financer were very polite and considerate of my opinion. After the sale, I shopped with their parts department who was helpful explaining the quirks of ordering online vs in-person/over the phone. Their parts department was helpful explaining the ordering process to make future visits streamlined and stress-free as well.If I had to order again, I would 100% go with them a second time, no question.

When I take my vehicle to the Quick Lane I understand that it is first come. That is why I try to be first in line. I also understand that I will have to wait for the vehicle to get finished.

I just purchased my first car from Seekins. Ken was an excellent salesman. Took my order and called when it arrived. Nothing extra, which I liked. Car arrived in perfect condition and I was in and out. I didn't go with in house financing, however Lincoln did offer lower rates than almost any bank in town. Thanks!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE OVERNIGHT! We had a HORRIBLE experience here. They are very inconsiderate of their customers vehicles and belongings. Our truck wasn t seen on time, had a VERY UNEDUCATED diagnosis and had stuff stolen from our vehicle as well. This place has put in ZERO effort to make their customers vehicles to have a safe place overnight. Never have had any problems with this company until today unfortunately.

Lack of good management. The only person I can make contact with is Sekins Operator. I would give this girl a raise. She should be running the show. Heck, she is. Take notes from her sekins management.

Do not use Seekins. Drive the 5-6 hours it will save your wallet. The dealer will do nothing to help you out and cost you more money. They will not honor the factory warranty.

I bought my Expedition 2 years ago from Seekins and had an issue with the climate control panel in February/March of this year. I have been to Seekins 5 times for this, and still have not resolved this issue and the car is under warranty. The first time I went in, they told me that the panel was broken, which was what I had described to them before I came in, but they couldn't repair it because they didn't have the appropriate part. I came back several weeks later and was told that the part was in, but the technician was sick. I came in a few weeks later and was told that the part now wasn't in. I didn't hear anything from them and I called to check and see if the part was in. It was and I went in and the part was replaced. Unfortunately, the computer needed to be synced and they couldn't do that then. They needed to be in touch with Ford. I got a call from Seekins then a few months later when they said the Ford technician was available and we made an appointment for the following day. When I went in, they said they now couldn't get in touch with the Ford technician. That was in September, and I haven't heard back from them.Given all of this, I would recommend against buying a Ford if you need service done in Fairbanks, especially if you live at any distance from Fairbanks. I've been in 5 times for the same thing over 8 months. This is not just a supply chain issue. This is just incompetence and unreliable work. My Expedition is pretty new, so hopefully no other issues, but I'll probably just have to sell it if it does have issues, because I don't think they can fix it here. I won't buy another Ford here in Fairbanks, or from another Seekins dealership.
