I have been taking my vehicles to National Auto and Marine for several years now. They are always fair, they make sure I understand every step that needs to be taken for my repairs, and they give me the costs up front with the chance to decide if I want them to proceed with the repairs. The customer service is personable and friendly, and my vehicle always runs wonderfully when driving away. I have recommended this place to several friends and family members and they, too, are never disappointed with the service from this business.

Brought my vehicle to National several times and do not regret it one time. In 2015 I had to get a vehicle ready to transport to the Lower-48. Put this way, I've since sold that vehicle but know the new owners. It's STILL going strong. No complaints!

Finally, an honest mechanic! I've been taking my vehicles here for years and they are the best in Fairbanks. I love how they do a complete inspection of the vehicle and report what they find back to me. Very organized and fair. Highly recommended.

This is the only mechanic shop I'll go to. They are very accommodating and have excellent service. They listen to what I think is wrong and don't talk down to me at all.

I have found these guys to be very fair and honest. Tried quite a few other mechanics in town and am glad to have found a good one. Have used them for the past 3 years for all repairs.
