Beyond great! We felt so taken care of by Georgie! From our first last minute cab that came to our rescue, to her helping us with a sled tour, and making sure we had rides when we needed them. It was so nice getting to know her, it felt like a friend was driving us around. She was so professional, friendly, and communicative. Thank you so much for making our trip smooth and stress free!!!

Andy from Moose Cabs and Tours made and saved my visit to Fairbanks, Alaska. After my confirmed car rental was just not available on arrival at Fairbanks International Airport (this happened to numerous people) I secured a lift to my accommodation with Andy.After explaining my schedule which was heavily dependent on being mobile Andy agreed to get me everywhere I needed for the rest of the day and beyond if needed. He was punctual, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and even went out of his way to take me to some extra sights along the way. The vehicle was clean, well presented and felt safe (in the icy, snowy conditions).The team at Moose Cab & Tours even followed up on ways to get me my own rental car which was achieved through Andy s suggestion of Turo.Moose Cabs was the only company I was ever able to get a hold of and I rang 5 of them repeatedly the first day. Uber won t collect you outside a certain radius of town but no problem with Moose Cabs.Andy was great to chat to and so extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Moose Cab & Tours was SOOOO amazing-- they made our trip to Fairbanks a breeze! I decided to not use a group tour company for our trip but rather wanted to plan my trip on my own. Gyorgyi was sooo helpful - she answered my many questions and had amazing suggestion and recommendations. She and her uncle Andy were personable and professional and i felt very safe driving with them in the Alaska snow. They arrived on time and responded promptly to all my inquires. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone traveling in Alaska!Thanks for an amazing time Andy and Gyorgyi!!

My husband and I flew into Fairbanks separately, and each used Moose. Gyorgyi was absolutely fantastic. She gave me several tips about the northern lights and was a delightful source of information about the area. My husband also said Gyorgyi was perfect. She was timely with our pickup times and very responsive with voicemail and text, and stopped at the grocery store of my choice on the way to our lodging. I would recommend booking early don t wait until a few days before you travel, as Moose is apparently in demand, with good reason!

Gyorgyi was fantastic!! We had set up 3 rides for the days we were there, she was on time and got us to where we needed every time!! She had great recommendations and answered all of our questions. I had contacted other cab companies and Moose Cab and Tours were the only ones who answered with quotes. Thank you!!!

Andy and his taxi company is hands down the best taxi service I have ever experienced! He is very accommodating, helpful, punctual, knowledgeable about the area, and is a very safe driver! He is great to chat with and his dispatcher is a very kind person! This is the best taxi service around and I would recommend them to anyone visting or moving to the area.

Very rude and unprofessionalI called their number to ask for a quote to visit couple of places in Fairbanks. They gave me a quote which appeared a bit high, so I politely asked if the price is negotiable.The lady over phone rudely said "can you negotiate plane tickets or hotel price? You are asking too much and hung up the phone"They should probably think again before running the business if they cannot even talk with respect.

Responsive, fast, kind, and funny! She picked us up from Alaska Rental Car and drove us to the airport. She over heard we wanted to take a picture at the I Love Alaska sign and she turned around, stopped our fair and took us to the sign. She's amazing! We highly recommend Moose Cab!

I am VERY PLEASED, SATISFIED, Gyorgi was wonderful. I had NO idea how my Fairbanks Airport Transportation was going to go with Delta putting me on their "red-eye" flight, renting a vehicle, driving on strange new roads to find my reserved cottage. BUT, with talking to two taxi drivers, Gyorgi stepped up to the plate, with a very nice clean Mercedes SUV. She was very kind, patient, informative and HELPFUL in being the driver I needed from/to the Airport AND to the Northern Alaska Tour Company! She even stepped up, notifying me of her knowledge/experience with Aurora Borealis, sending me text messages of what she was seeing while out. I was VERY COMFORTABLE with her, NICE clean vehicle. A+ Service! Moose Cab/Gyorgi Miklos is definitely in my book of Keepers!..if/when I come up around the area again!

Moose cab and tours! We Absolutely recommend to anyone that need service to the Fairbanks Airport. We got pick up on time with clean Mercedes van and the driver was very nice and respectful.

Arrived at the Anchorage airport, didn't know how we were going to get to our hotel, and there was Gyorgi! She grabbed our bags and off we went! The next morning we called for a ride to the Riverboat Discovery, requesting a 7:30 pickup and there she was right on time. Finally, she was our driver when we left the Riverboat excursion. She was friendly, helpful and very professional.

Gyorgyi drove us from our hotel to North Pole. Alaska. She stopped at multiple locations for. Us to take pictures around the town and she took pictures of us as well. She was so knowledgeable and extremely patient with us while we shopped at Santa s House. I loved hearing her story during our ride. I highly recommend this business. I would use their service again. Thank you Ggorgyi!

We used Moose Cab & Tours exclusively while on our vacation in Fairbanks. Gyorgyi our driver and she was super professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and very informative. Simply put, she was amazing!She had so many suggestions that made our trip spectacular and was very prompt in responding and very punctual. Even if they were busy with another fare she would plan and work with you. They also do tours for the Aurora and other locations so I also highly recommend using them for this.We will be returning to Fairbanks and are going to definitely use this company again, we highly recommend them to anyone in the area! Thank you again for making our vacation incredible!

Thank goodness for Gyorgi today! She picked us up at three different locations around Fairbanks today and was so gracious each time! She suggested places to go and restaurants that we a bit off the beaten path- EXACTLY what we were looking for! We highly recommend Moose Cab and Tours!

This is the best company in town! They have amazing vehicles and accommodations and the team is always so friendly and knowledgeable! This takes the stress out of my commute from Anchorage! Highly recommend this company!

They were highly recommended online, so I called them multiple time during my stay in Fairbanks. I used two of their drivers, and all I can say is an outstanding service, safe drivers, fantastic and professional owner/operator. Plane was delayed, but they waited for us with a ride. Jim was friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. Andy was like our own personal tour guide. The only company I will use in the future.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!!! Gyorgyi,our driver, took us everywhere we needed to go and went above and beyond!!!! She really made our experience TOP NOTCH!! We HIGHLY recommend Moose Cab& Tours. Very reliable and personable. And Gyorgyi (Moose Cab) was a wealth of knowledge.

We used this service to get to 2 of our tour locations and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, we didn't catch the name of the gentleman that drove us both times, but he was extremely friendly and personal. He shared so much history with us about Fairbanks. Would highly recommend this service.

I wish I could put 10 stars! We were in Fairbanks for 6 days and we used Moose Cab & Tours 4 of those days. Andy was fabulous! I booked him to take us to various excursions and then pick us up. He also took us to restaurants, the grocery store, and the train depot. He was dependable, patient, funny, and full of interesting stories. His vehicle was very nice, comfortable and clean. He drove safely on some very icy roads! He even gave me some good Hungarian recipes! We felt like we made a friend while in Fairbanks! I highly recommend him.

I hired Moose Cab based on the recommendation of one of the places we were visiting while in Fairbanks. We used them to get from our hotel to the Running Reindeer Ranch. They were absolutely great. The vehicles were very clean and nice. We ended up using their services a few times while in Fairbanks. I was lucky to have their number because we took a Lyft out to the North Pole/Santa Clause House and could not get a Lyft or Uber to come and get us. This seems to be a common problem with some of the more distant sites outside the main city. Moose Cab saved us! Very nice and friendly driver that gave us some great local tips. If I am ever back in Fairbanks they will always be my first choice.

I contacted Moose Cab and Tours about the possibility of hiring them for tours. Andy, the owner, informed me that he was pretty booked for the dates I was interested in but that he would double check his schedule to see what he could do to assist my family and me. Andy provided me with suggestions for the different tours we could do and even called me back on a weekend to let me know that he was fully booked. Even though I didn't end up using his business, I value the time he took to return my call on a weekend. Great customer service!

Moose cabs provided us awesome service during our trip to Fairbanks. Georgi (sorry If I am spelling the name wrong ) of Moose cabs provided us with the best service. She helped us get to our destinations on time, gave awesome insights into Alaskan life and useful tips for the rest of our vacation at Alaska. She also graciously took us to North Pole and Santa house , which was an icing on the cake. I highly recommend using Moose cabs over any other cab companies and ride-sharing apps during your vacation at Fairbanks.

I cannot say enough good things about Moose Cab & Tours and their wonderful employee Gyorgyi Miklos. Not only did she arrange a memorable dog sledding adventure for me and my 90-year-old dad and 81-year-old mom, but she also toted us to Aurora Pointe to enjoy an evening of sky watching. During both trips, she offered friendly, careful service at a great price. As if this weren't enough, she went above and beyond the call of duty, when my father had a fall and hit his head. She got us to the hospital to get him checked out and when we were finished, she was ready to pick us up at a moment's notice. She made herself available early the next morning for a follow up visit to the hospital. She took such great care of us during the whole trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend her and Moose Cab & Tours to everyone visiting Fairbanks. She is a true gem!!
