Don't bother going here. They dont have the people to do it and they will waste your time. My car is brand new (2024) and is already having an issue dispensing windshield fluid which I assumed must be because it was frozen but after it spent 2 hours in the bay for an accessory add on it still wouldn't dispense fluid on the front windshield but it would on the back. One of the service representatives came out to take a look and said he didn't even hear the motor running to try to dispense fluid, and that I'd need to take it in another day for that since a warranty technician would have to do that work. Since they didn't have any appointments before I have to move to New York, he advised me to bring it in on a Thursday as a work in and to be here as soon as they open to increase the chance they would be able to get to it that same day, and told me that they might be able to give me a rental if I needed to leave it with them. What he didn't tell me is that there is only one Honda technician who is severely backed up and that it would be probably 2 weeks before my car could get worked on, and that the rentals aren't courtesy you have to pay for them. I found that out this morning after I already showed up here. So now I have to pay to fix something that should be covered under warranty because I have a report date that I have to be in NY by, so I can't wait 2 weeks for them to get around to it and not being able to clear my front windshield during a 4,000 mile trip is a safety hazard. Plus I wasted my time showing up here at 7am because someone couldn't have told me that it would be 2 weeks to get it worked on. I'm also not going to waste my money paying for a rental when it's likely they won't get to it before I need it anyways so I'll still have to find somewhere else to do it or buy the parts and do it myself, after having already wasted money on a rental. No thank you. Whats the point of a warranty then? Just save your money and your time. Don't try to get your car worked on here because they don't have the people to do it and they also won't tell you everything up front they will let you waste your time first and then tell you to go pay someone else to do something that they should be doing on warranty.

Had an appointment for 10:00 AM for service related to a recall on my Subaru Impreza. Service was completed by 12:30 PM even though they set me with the expectation that it could take up to 4-5 hours. I was delighted to have them offer to get me a lyft so I could wait in the comfort of my home and didn't have to pay for it myself! All service agents were respectful, professional, and courteous.

Was travelling to Prudhoe Bay, AK. These guys did my service without appointment. Everything was great! Everybodybwas super friendly!

Service side is pretty good about getting you out of there quickly, no complaints... definitely lacking inventory on new cars right now though.
