Went here on 15 May 23. The technician Alben working on my car did amazing. He was able to repair my vehicle and explained everything well all while not taking too long.

Debra and Richard were both amazing and super helpful. It was by far a 5/5 stars for service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They gave my car a mini-detail while they did the oil change, and talked me through everything they looked at. I have a few diagnostic questions that they aren't allowed to help out with, but Debra did her very best to work with me and make the experience perfect. Thank you!

Although there was a wait, the inside was warm, with coffee available, and a TV. Service was quick and efficient when my car was taken in. The lady behind the counter, Nicole, was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.

No cars around 6 people all standing around on their phone. Waited for over ten minutes not one person coming to said I. I just bought a vehicle and I need all of my filters service. I need all of my oils changed and every obstacle option you had to offer. I got an oil change 7/13 and was really impressed with the customer service experience, though the wait was a bit long, but that is outside the shop's control. I left impressed, but surprised that the floor didn't look any different in spite of being told specifically that the interior had been vacuumed.Driving away after the oil change I noticed a rubbing noise from a front tire, and noticed a skid plate panel was loose and rubbing against a tire, and several other panels were unsecured too.Before I returned the next day (7/14) to see if they might not have forgotten to secure the panels, I checked and saw the windshield washer fluid was only half full, something else I was told had been topped up. The hood support bar had not been properly secured either, but that was a simple thing to not latch completely.Back at the shop, they secured the plates, vacuumed out the interior and refilled the washer fluid at no charge. An employee confirmed that the washer fluid was only half full, and I heard an employee explain to another that they were fixing some things that had been missed previously. I was offered a very mumbled "sorry about that" as I was walked back to my car, but that is the extent of the acknowledgement I was given that the previous job had been incomplete.While the things that I noticed had not been done were fixed at no charge, I had to wait 1.5hrs in line to get it fixed, and wasn't given a whole lot to inspire confidence that this was a fluke or would not happen again, or that anything else I was told was done was in fact done.I'm an out-of-state visitor so I wasn't going to be a repeat customer regardless, but it sure was disappointing after the initially friendly and thoughtful customer service. As far as the brand itself goes, I might go back again, but I would be sure to "trust, but verify" everything I was told.

Stopped in on Thursday, June 1st for a fuel filter and oil change, they didn t have the fuel filter in stock so I left to purchase and came back. Got in line at 2:32 and left at 4:14. Employees were very polite, but 1 hour 42 minute wait on a weekday afternoon is a little long.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Overfilled my oil by A LOT causing it to overflow and smoke profusely. This was the night before a drive through Canada. I recommend asking they show you your fluid levels before leaving. Customer service was otherwise great.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. One of my hubcaps fell off after my oil change (I noticed it was missing about a week later), so I called to let the manager know. Without hesitation, they ordered a new hubcap. When i went to have it put on and much to my surprise, they offered to replace my entire set. I was so happy that they still all match. I have been a customer for years, and will continue to be one (Jiffy Lube on College). Thank you so much guys!

I went there (10/19/22) to have my vehicle's transmission & diff fluid changed as I dont have the equipment & knowledge to do it myself. The man who attended me, was very friendly. He even took time to tell me they found a leak elsewhere on my vehicle, that I didn't even know about. I really appreciate that. 5 stars

Every time I have come here I am in and out super quick and everybody is always incredibly kind. Staff is never pushy, and I really appreciate the window cleaning/fluid top off. I came in today for a super last minute oil change and everyone was so great! My vehicle always runs smoothly after coming here and I have never had any issues.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

They did the oil change within 1 hour. They were fresh out of air filters so I didn't get it replaced. They were very professional about it though. And they had bottles of cold water in the waiting area (very hot day). I would go back.

Friendly, fast service, appreciated the time they took to review the inspection and go over services needed. They showed me my old air filters and they were filled with leaves, dirt and debris. My in-cabin airflow is great with the new filter.

Don't ask these guys any questions or their brains lock up. They are corporate drones with very little customer service skills. Just wanted a simple "yes" or "no" answer regarding a fleet account. They couldn't even figure out if I had a fleet account. It's a revolving door shop, not a mechanic shop. it made me sad for them.

Donovan was very quick and helped me diagnose a sound coming from my vehicle. I told him I just wanted it checked out and to see if it needed further diagnosing, I was a walk in and he quickly fit me in to just look at my car. He was knowledgeable and what he couldn't do, he recommended other places for me to go. APPRECIATE YOU DONOVAN.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very fast oil change and vehicle check. Probably 4 people attacked my truck and had it done in around 10 minutes. The price seemed a little higher than at dealership, but wasn't a two hour wait. Also didn't like the sales rep stepping you thru every item and showing you new oil on dipstick. Makes you wonder if they have had lots of after service complaints.

So today my car started acting super weird, my service engine light came on, it was shaking like crazy, and didnt want to drive faster then 40. This is my first car, first experience with something being wrong, and first time trying to fix the problem myself using google and the car manual. Eventually I gave up and called this place. The guy who answered was super sweet and stuck with me as I rambled trying to explain the problem. And then when I pulled up every team member I interacted with was incredibly kind, explained all the processes to me, what needed to happen, and what they would check. It was great.

Pro: They vacuumed my car and wiped windows in addition to oil change.Cons: Long wait, new smell and sound after oil change, didn't actually inspect my car when they told me everything was ok - it wasn't.

Every single person I spoke with was genuinely friendly and helpful and even offered advice above and beyond. They were very honest, straightforward and some of the nicest guys I've experienced! Got my four tires changed out in my Kia. Would highly recommend.

I went there today, while waiting for my dog at the groomers, and was greeted quickly, before I even turned off the ignition key, by a great employee. I believe she was the manager. There was training going on, of a couple new people, and she was expecting a wait. Which was fine, since I was waiting for my dog.The staff that was in training were very courtious.I was beyond pleased with my visit...the service was wonderful and professional.I will be going back again, soon, that's for sure.

Had me sit in the line for 4 hours before checking to see if they had the fluid they needed for my car. They didnt so they just wasted my time

We ve gone to Jiffy Lube 3 times since being in Faribanks and this is our last time. Service was very fast but when watching them they weren t using any plastic covers on the inside of the car and the gentleman pulled the visor down with his dirty gloves on. When we went to go look at the car there was oil stains all on the seats and the roof and visor.. we went to tell them and the supervisor asked the guys if a plastic cover was used to which they said yes even though we watched them not use one. This was all addressed to the supervisor who said he would talk to the guys. Now the cleaning supplies they used have left stains in our vehicle. Will not be returning and am very upset that the interior of our car has stains in it as it has been very well taken care of the 3 years we have owned it, not one stain, and then in a matter of 20 min all of it is ruined.. and the supervisor said sorry for the inconvenience this wasn t just an inconvenience but a huge mistake on their part and could have been avoided. I shouldn t have to pay 100 dollars to get an oil change while having my car ruined at the same time.. this ruined the whole day and everytime I get in my vehicle I m so frustrated all over again. be careful when going here... Update: general manager is paying for us to get the car detailed in attempt to fix the stains.

I took my sister in law's car here a few months ago. I had borrowed her car for three weeks while working on mine, and I brought hers in for an oil change. Prior to this oil change (within 500 miles), I had changed the air filter, transmission fluid, psf, and topped off all other fluids. Frankly I just didn't have time to do an oil change myself before returning the car. I told all of this to the technician when I went in, and went to get some groceries. When I returned, I was pressured to change the air filter and pay for a fluid top off (both done already by me, I was told the filter was visibly dirty). I obviously declined. When I went to leave, I noticed that the service reminder sticker was 2k miles off (saying my next change was due in 3k miles instead of 5). I brought this to their attention, and they hand wrote another one with a sharpie. This made me nervous, so I took out the air filter and it was reinstalled backwards (with the dirty side facing the engine). This was the first time in my life I have paid to have a car serviced, and I would never trust my vehicle to them. If I hadn't caught it, the car would face increased engine wear from an improperly installed filter and my SIL (not a mechanic) would have had oil changed prematurely wasting about $30 in usable oil life. Buyer beware.

Hugely impressed with Kevin, the manager. I had an issue with my oil change appt. An employee attempted to change the oil and in the process stripped my bolt to where it almost couldn't be removed. He was incredible to speak with and reconciled my inconvenience perfectly. I will surly do business again with them simply because of this interaction. Thank you Kevin!

Had to get my entire oil pan and parts surrounding replaced or fixed because they decided it was a wise idea to use a power tool to seal it instead of by hand which is recommended. it was so bad because they wouldn't even tell me what was wrong and kept trying to force me to buy a new air filter as a distraction. I took my car to another shop after that.

The people here were very nice and had a great attitude. Really felt like they knew what they were talking about.After we got a normal oil change from them, we started to get a leak in our oil. We brought it in to tell them, and they said we were very low on oil. We got it topped off, and they didn't say anything about the leak.Another month goes by, we get our tires checked and are informed we have NO oil in our car. None in the filter, none inside.We brought it to Chevy of Fairbanks and turns out these guys didn't even put the oil filter in correctly! If you specialize in OIL CHANGES, please make sure you know how to do it.

I always find the employees courteous and knowledgeable. I do not take my car to anywhere for oil changes or tire rotations except the Jiffy Lube on College Road. Daniel and Donovan run a great business for this corporation.
