You all did a horrible thing when you let Joe leave. I was in an accident in January and the only reason why I came back to this shop was because of the superior customer service Joe Sharrah provided.Fast forward to March 29th when I had the pleasure of speaking with Monty Manns. I called and asked him when my vehicle was going to get picked up from the dealership in Anchorage due to no one in Fairbanks having the equipment to calibrate my car. He stated Kia was not finished with my car. When I advised him that I had just gotten off the phone with Kia and it had been done for a week. He ran me around in circles and said he would get my car back up here.Car arrived the next day and knowing it was a Saturday, I waited until Monday to call.When I called Monday, Monty stated the insurance had not paid their mark up fee. I asked what this was since this was the first time I was hearing about this and Marty did the only thing he does well and ran me around in circles blaming Joe for everything and stating the tow company Joe chose was the most expensive in Fairbanks.I spent the rest of this week being ran around in circles by Monty.I finally got my vehicle back late Friday afternoon after he told my husband he wasn t going to give the vehicle back until they received the last check from the insurance which is this mark up fee that was never mentioned and not paid the first time the tow company took my vehicle.Monty told me on several occasions that he was holding my vehicle and refused to hand it over even after my insurance company stated everything was paid in full because they weren t even tracking Montys mark up price.My husband ended up paying this to get my vehicle back.What good is it to have insurance if interior Autobody is charging the customers fees??Never again.Horrible business practice.PS thanks for the grimy fingerprints left inside my cab!

Some kid smashed into the whole passenger side of my 4Runner. His insurance took full liability and I chose Interior Auto Body as the team to repair my vehicle. Took a while to get parts (#Alaska) but once the obvious parts arrived, the work started getting done.Once they had opened up and removed doors/panels etc, they discovered some other parts that needed to be replaced. I appreciate them not passing it by because it was hidden and we'll never know. In addition, I had custom emblems on my vehicle that they took the effort to match those too instead of returning to factory original.During the back and forth with the insurance company, Interior Auto Body never folded and stood their ground to do a full 100% repair without cutting any corners.Bonus! When I picked up my restored vehicle, the inside and outside was cleaned, vacuumed, and washed. Didn't expect that.100% recommend to any friends or family. (Also staff was super nice too)

I had the best experience Interior Auto Body. They gave me a fair quote. I got multiple quotes around town and this one was the best price for the quality of parts and craftsmanship. They gave me an accurate time line for when parts would arrive and made sure I had my truck back when I needed it. They also cleaned the interior and were really friendly and professional. My truck looked like new when I got it back. So beautiful. I will definitely go back to Interior Auto Body if I ever need work done on my truck again.

Truck was repaired quickly amazing group of people to work with. Hopefully I don t need bodywork again, but if I do no doubt that it would be going back to Interior Autobody.

2020 GMC Terrain had the front end crunched in causing $24,000 of damage. Monte kept me updated on my vehicle during the entire process. When I picked up the vehicle, it was spotless. Looked like it had never had a scratch on it. Great communication, quality service. BEST auto shop in town by far!!!! They made it look like nothing even happened to my car!! It s like brand new=D They also cleaned it up good! Definitely thankful for their services and highly recommend if anyone needs auto repair

Would highly recommend to anybody. Went Above & Beyond in every aspect. Everybody was super friendly, and they did an amazing job on my truck. Im really glad I found these guys!!!

Monte and crew were fantastic. Not only did they do excellent body repair to my poor RAV 4 (which I backed into a tree), they were exactly on time with the completion of the work - and Monte helped me get a frozen bike rack lock off by being completely willing to tinker with it, and then cut it off with their tools - saving me a further headache. The nicest surprise was having an interior/exterior detailed car returned to me. They were very friendly, helpful, and the work was top notch.Service: Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job on the repair with incredible customer service. My truck was not only done on time as promised; but when I went to pick it up, I found it had also been detailed. Nice touch!

Bringing my truck here was the best decision I could have ever made! They were completely transparent and wanted to help in anyway they could. There are a lot of shady shops in Fairbanks and the amazing service at Interior Auto Body was a breath of fresh air. My parked truck got hit and their insurance accepted liability. Unfortunately, their insurance company did everything they could to not pay out and it made the whole process 1,000 times harder than it needed to be. Thankfully, Interior Auto Body helped me sort it all out, I felt like they had my back, and they treated me like family. I can t put into words how grateful and amazed I am by their service. I got my truck and it was nice and shiny, detailed, and looked brand new. I was speechless! This whole process would have been a nightmare if I did not go to Interior Auto Body. They are hardworking, honest, experienced, and I will never go anywhere else! I m telling everyone I know to go here and I hope you see this and decide to also. You will not regret it.

Unfortunately I ve had to bring my vehicle in to Interior Auto Body a couple of times due to being hit, but I would never take my car elsewhere! They are truly the best! They use factory OEM parts and do amazing work! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. After they made the repairs to my car, they also detailed the inside and out, I was blown away! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Nice clean place to walk into. Great service Larry greeted me with a smile. And was able to start the process of getti g my car fixed. And monte is a great person to talk to. Greets you like you known him for years. Parts are getting ordered. If you need help take it here to interior auto body and repair.

I will never go to another place! Initially, our insurance didn't quote enough for the repair and Interior Auto Body took over and did all the communication with the insurance company, sent them pictures and got the entire repair covered. They kept in contact with us and once out backordered parts were received, they got the job done quickly and even detailed our truck! Very satisfied with their professionalism and hard work!

When i picked up my vehicle i was either given a completly different vehicle with my vin plate in the dash or they swapped out a lot of new componets recently install such as engine, rack and pionon, transmission among many others. if not for the fact that i had taken multiple pictures of every inch of my truck including numbers stamped in the weld on the frame they were suppose to put under the vehicle before dropping it off. i would not have been able to prove it.You say you did not work on my vehicle maybe this will refresh memory 09 chevy silverado black i dropped off the new frame which was painted blue the dealership was paying the bill. The dealership ended up buying the vehicle back from me with compensation which is the only reason lawsuite was not filed. Just a couple pics to add the before and after of the bottom of my transmission pan.

Needed my Mother in Law's car looked at. Passenger door wouldn't open fully due to a parking lot crunch. Monty quickly gave us a very fair quote, but he also worked on the panel to get the door open - no charge. I don't know if my Mother in Law will have the work done, but this shop showed the best professionalism I've experienced at a body shop.

Great group of people. I have been there twice now, both times due to low speed, parking area incidents that damged the plastic bumpers on the minivan (2012 sienna, silver). They were able to fix the van quickly both times and matched the silver dead on. They're spot on for price as well. I got several quotes for the first job, rear bumper cover paint and replace, and they were right in the middle of the pack. That along with their reputation and the way I was treated during the estimate process is why I chose them the first time, and why I will keep going back. A real top notch team at interior auto body; couldn't ask for better.

Talk about friendly and helpful! I called to see if the type of body repair I needed was available, and Larry said "not sure, I'll have to look at it." By the time I arrived at his shop, he had researched the job and checked to see if he had the little parts. I just needed my car's plastic bumper hung back on and fastened in place. He had to drill some new holes and put in some screws, but the whole thing was done in less than an hour.

I have used this shop several times for minor fender benders and major repairs with our fleet of vehicles. They have excellent quality workmanship and I would recommend them for all types of body and paint work.

The only body shop that doesnt conspire with the insurance companys to fix your car the cheap way. Its your car dont let the insurance tell u where to take your car take it here and it will get fixed the right way which is much safer than the cheap "garunteed" way which aint going to do u no good if u get in another accident and end up in the hospital or worse

This is the only place I would take my vehicle in the Fairbanks area. Larry the owner, has grown this business from his garage in North Pole to what it is today. Honest, hard working business.
