Excellent Service! Very clean environment and all of the employees were very attentive and respectful. They completed the work on my vehicle in a very timely manor, and it is perfect. I couldn't recommend this business enough. It's hard to find trustworthy and competent mechanics, but this place has them all! The receptionist, Katie, was an absolute pleasure as well. My kids and I had a very pleasant experience here. Thank you!! It is most definitely worth the 100 mile drive for us!

Glacier garage got us in quickly before my husbands trip from Alaska to Georgia. Everybody I spoke to on the phone has been extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They have so much integrity in their business as they told us exactly what needed fixed and did not upsell or overcharge. If we were not moving, we would absolutely use this business for any car needs we had.

I didn t know Glacier Garage existed until this week. I sure am glad I do now! Katie, Levi and Dusty can t say enough great things about you all! Super friendly and knowledgeable, and quick! I am definitely not mechanically inclined, but wasn t treated as such either. I want to tell everyone about them so they can have the same experience I did. I ll definitely keep coming back as my truck needs it. That warm fire place inside kept me toasty too! Thanks again all!

I planned to go on a rode trip. On the road trip my abs light came on. The shop I normally go to in North Pole was booked out a few weeks. And recommended Glacier. The mechanic, Levi made sure that my brakes were 100 per cent repaired, tested, and worked fully functional. And I was able to go on my way. 700 miles later, my brakes continued to work great!

I have trusted Glacier Garage with every single vehicle I have owned since being stationed here, I won t even entertain going to a different shop. The team at glacier is the best in town. The 100 point inspection service they provide is fairly priced and is beyond thorough. The technicians in the shop do awesome work and in a timely manner as well. Their parts department got my parts in quick and at a good price, and the customer support I always receive from Katie and Levi is top notch. They are super helpful, communicative, and friendly whenever I work with them or call admittedly too often to check in on the team s progress. I could not recommend Glacier Garage enough and it s the only place I will refer people to

I've dealt with 3 auto shops in the area, and these guys are hands down the best. Levi is great. Warranty on all their work. Really reasonable oil and tire rotations, "Alaska" friendly repairs when compared to other shops. These guys seem to have good customer service from the time you drop keys off to the time you pick them up.

First time going to Glacier. Great service all around. Katie went above & beyond answering my many questions & concerns before coming in. Levi was awesome as well. He took the time to explain every detail of the service they were doing. He followed up with me to make sure everything was going well the day after the work was done. First class operation, super employees! I'll definitely be going back in the future.

Finally, after going to two other shops, Glacier Garage was able to correct my alignment and have awesome communication! Levi had great communication and was very understanding of my previous issues at other shops, and made set my mind as ease. He did not try to sell me repairs and I paid the price he stated on my quote. I will definitely be returning to Glacier Garage for any future repairs! Thank you so much!Service: Wheel alignment

Levi has been an absolute blast to engage with as for my insurance claim stuff is going. When my insurance was dragging their feet a bit, he kept the communication up with myself and made dealing with my insurance company way easier. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. They know their stuff and the are genuinely pleasant people to interact with. Insurance can be a headache but Levi took care of me, serious shout out!!! I'm a forever customer now

Looking to get it done right this is where you want to be. Super transparent about the work done and definitely earned another review. I was very surprised with the care and respect I was treated with, big shout out to service advisor Levi took his time to make sure customers were getting a more personal experience. This team doesn t stop when the street lights turn on they re in the shop making sure they get it done personally witnessed.

The best in town by far. Levi and his team know what they are doing and are not out to rip anyone off or take advantage of people who don t understand the auto industry. Having worked in and around the car repair industry take my word for it when I tell you to come here first!

5 stars for Glacier Garage!! The staff was awesome and friendly. I was really in a pinch and they helped me out BIG time. They mounted new tires on my car and performed an alignment. They listened to my situation and took care of all my needs. Shout out to their mechanic Levi for precise work and great communication! Service was great, but the communication was the most memorable part of my visit. Levi was eager to answer my questions, and was very helpful when I had a last minute work trip pop-up and had to drop my vehicle off several days early. Would highly recommend!

Thanks to Levi, Katie, Dusty who made my experience Top Notch and it s the best I ve been treated in Fairbanks since living here the last four years. No wonder the gentleman from Jiffy Lube recommended them for winterization, everything was thoroughly explained to me when I had a question. I was in and out of there in less than two hours. Highly recommend!

Fast, friendly and effiecent. They got me in for an oil change within hours of calling. Did quick work of it, I am not sure of the name of the tech that did my oil change, but he went above and beyond. My plug in for my winterization stuff was hanging beneath my vehicle. He stuffed into the opening below my grill and zip tied it into place so it will not flop out anymore. Real class act. Katie who worked the desk was amazing. Very helpful and so nice. Great place and you gained a loyal customer today. I cant thank you enough, Happy Holidays!!! (I had the 06 buick rainier today 12/7 2pm oil change) i would like the tech to be credited)

Thank you guys so much. Levi was such awesome dude and helped me figure out what was wrong with my truck and fixed the problem fast. Katie was also very kind and answered any questions or concerns I had while my truck was being worked on. Also $49 is for sure the most affordable Oil Change in town! I ll be telling everyone. This is pending if they make it right or not.I paid glacier garage to fix my shifter cable in my 01 suburban the shifter will not shift all the way down into first gearNext my brand new driver side mirror glass is now brokenUpdateThey were very timely and friendly with fixing my concerns and got me in the next day to get it fixed I'm glad they stand behind there customers. Do not recommend. They string you along on when it'll be done. I dropped my truck on a Wednesday for a power steering line. Called Friday and was told the mechanic was starting on it in 15 minutes. Called the following Tuesday and they said that hadn't started on it. When I complained, the guy told me that if I didn't like it I could come pick up the truck. I had some pretty complex vehicle issues, which were not being dealt with by other shops.Glacier took the time to be in depth and make sure that I walked away confident in their work on my vehicle.Their front desk staff is extremely welcoming and on top of things, and always had clear communication through the process.And the technicians who were working on my vehicle were professional, and thorough. And took the time to explain what they found and how they could fix it, making sure I had a clear picture of what was going on.I d recommend Glacier to anyone who wants to feel confident about the people working on their rig and that their money is going in the right place.Definitely couldn t have asked for a better group of people to solve my truck issues!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

We were having an issue with our truck on our travels through Alaska. We went to a few businesses in the area only to be turned away or to be told they could get us in over a month later. Glacier was the only company that took the time to have a look at the truck. The mechanic said she would take us in right away and did a "no tool inspection." She spent a lot of time checking out the vehicle and told us we were safe to continue on our journey back to Canada. To top it off, they did not charge us for their time and wished us safe travels. We were so impressed.

Professional and affordable. Cheapest oil change in town. Cool people that care about the work they do. After only 2 times taking a vehicle to be serviced, Glacier Garage has won my business. I don't see myself taking any of our vehicles to another shop anytime soon!

Glacier Garage is top notch! I was given a reasonable estimate and walked through the whole process of what was going to occur with Levi. The front staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Austin took care to personally run through the inspection multiple times before and after the repairs were done, and got me back into my ride lickity-split. Thanks Glacier Garage! I will be a definite repeat customer:)

They helped me get my truck back on the road and were very prompt in getting my truck in the shop and getting back to me in general. Levi Sumpter in specific was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond. I'd give them five stars but was irked they did the inspection and told me after it wouldn't get repaired for 3-4 weeks and (of course had to pay the 99$ inspection fee) which I get.... But that's a long time to be vehicless. Wish I was told up front that thier shop was behind that far.But they repaired it in a week. So...Thank you Levi!!

Here is the real on Glacier Garage, top notch customer service, reasonable prices and a clean and comfortable waiting area. I arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted by-name with warm customer friendly smiles from Merrisa and Levi. I elected to sit in the waiting room and while there, I watched customer after customer come in and get five star treatment. Excellent local business that will remain at the top of my list for future automotive services and will be the first I recommend to anyone interested or in need of quality automotive service at a reasonable price provided with a smile. Thank you Merrisa and Levi for making my fist visit with Glacier Garage a great one.

Took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for a bit of work in the past few weeks, the entire staff at Glacier did a great job, working with me in order to accomodate my schedule. Austin, the technician did an amazing job with my Jeep, as did Dusty (who did my suspension work). For a hassle free experience that you can trust, I highly recommend G;acier Garage.
