Incredibly nice and knowledgeable people! This will definitely be my go-to place for tires in the future. Their prices are good as well. They had my car in and out very quickly.

I am really thankful for this place. We got a flat on the side of the road and were really worried about finding a place that could mount tires the same day. It took under two hours for me to call, drive here, pick from their tire selection, have them mounted, and out the door. Pricing was great, and customer service was very honest and straightforward. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, it's a blessing to find this place in a town of impossible wait times for vechile issues.

Been 5 years since I've been in Alaska, but I was just talking to a buddy about this place so I thought I'd come and give them a review lol.I think over a 20-year period I only ever got tires from giant. They sell ya used tires cheap that work, and when you're on a budget there's no place I would go besides here

I love this place (if you can love a tire store). Super chill attitude. Everyone has a can-do spirit. They just get it done and want to help get you back on the road. They will sell you a used tire if that is all you need. No pressure. They dont nickle and dime you but just quote you a price for getting the job done. They have a very "alaskan" attitude with I really appreciate. This place is all about getting you the right tires and wheels for your working rig.. not looking pretty.

We drove in hot close to closing time with air leaking from our sprinter van tire. Sue answered the phone and ushered us right to the repair shop area. Auto technician Dougy went above and beyond fixing our tire with more checks and balances than we have seen anywhere else. Amazing, friendly staff. They even shared their homemade sweet tea while we waited. Quick, professional service. Highly recommend if you have tire issues in Fairbanks area.

These guys saved my life yesterday! Big thank you to Giant Tire!! Ran over a screw in the middle of the highway trying to make it to Anchorage day before yesterday and barely made it back home, just needed a quick patch the next morning so I could be on my way and everyone else (walmart, aleyeska tire) tried to have me drop my car off and leave it all day so that maybe they could get to it even though I called right when they opened! I kept calling everyone who was open on Saturday and these guys told me to just come on over. They had my tire fixed and I was out of there within the hour! Thank you guys so much!

Came here driving here on my spare tire, due to a blowout, and then coming back after realizing my other tire was about to blow as well with some cracked rims.The highway between Alaska and Canada is not good on my tires. But this place was amazing. So friendly and evil to get what I needed

I had the worst service with them today. We decided to drop off tires to put on new rims, because our usual place isn't open today.They had the tires ALL DAY. I called to get an update at 5 pm and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I politely asked the status and she said just be here before 6, and then she hung up on me! When I sent my husband over to wait for the tires, at 5 pm (because we have an 1.5 hour drive home) he saw multiple people come in with a tire and were out in 10 mins.I don't know what that lady's problem was, but I can guarantee we will never use Giant Tire again!

This place breathes life into cars and tires that have been rejected by the larger companies like Costco in town. They can patch up your wheels for cheap enough for you to make them last through a season, and be safe on the road while you do so.

They are amazing people here they have new and used tires cheap to get them on rim. Have larger selection than new tire places around can say enough about how great my experience here was.

They got me in quickly, great customer service by Brock. I was told by another place that they couldn t patch my tire and my tread was just about finished & had to replace all 4 tires for my AWD vehicle. Giant tire was able to safely patch and put my tire back on very quickly and reassured me my tread would last a few more months so I gave time to prepare. Local company over big business all day. Thanks again!

Best tire shop in town. I purchased 2 sets of tires and rims and they had the hard to find sizes I needed. I highly recommend Giant for finding tires. They have a great selection of larger tires available without long waiting times and good prices and fast service. Thanks for the great experience.

I came 15 minutes before closing time and they put 4 good tires on within those 15 minutes! Reasonable pricing unlike the other tire shops around the area. Honest, hardworking people...I'm never going anywhere else for tires!

My husband came and got me needed summer tires for my car I bought this winter and we came here. For the price I would have expected the tires to have at least 50% tread but they don t even have that. Very disappointed. And now my car is super loud when driving! Booo.

I don t know why you would go anywhere else in town for tires. Great prices and the staff is always willing to help every time I ve been here they get me in short notice and get me out the door on time.

4 TPMS $3004 mount and balance 50$ each. Felt like I got fleeced. On the good side, they got my tires in at 4pm with no appointment and were finished shortly after 5.

The service was GREAT! at Giant Tire, but Greer the place that welded my Rim/wheel were criminals. They quoted $100 for the service then charged me $232, and were a day later then their estimated delivery date. 5 Star Giant and -2 for Greer.

The guys in the back were great and super helpful and nice, there was hardly any wait time and price was reasonable for what I had done! But I will not be likely to go back because I was not pleased with the customer service that was received. My mom asked a question about the service that was performed and was treated as if that were a major inconvenience for her to answer.
