Mr. Wes Wagner at Fairbanks Nissan was more than very helpful when I was shopping for a car since mine broke down and didn t have any other means of transportation. I truly convinced that I was at the right place to buy a car. I brought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee with very low mileage and at an affordable price range that I was looking for. He ensured that I got taken care of, he went beyond and above all to get me the right vehicle. He ensured that the interior was detailed clean, and picked me up at rental location where I renting a vehicle and bring me back to the Dealership location to finalize the sell. He is truly my hero, and I am grateful for everything that he has done for me. Again, thank you Mr. Wes.YOU ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!SincerelyRichard Thompson

Wes Wagner and Les Nichols were great to work with in getting a car for my son and daughter in law. We went through a few various scenarios working on a couple of different vehicles.They made it easy and were excellent in their follow up as well!

I recieved a gift postcard from Nissan to get my oil changed. I called and talked with their service advisor Elijah who was extremely accomadating. I was able to get in the next day and they worked around my schedule. I have found that the last couple of places I have brought my car to that they did not work around my schedule so this in of itself made me a happy customer. I waited for my car to get done and while I waited Elijah kept me up to date and was very courteous. I was in and out in under an hour! Amazing service.

Elijah at Fairbanks Nissan was so helping when I brought my F-150 in for an interior and exterior detail that I had purchased from the local radio auction online. He was able to add an alignment to my appointment so that I didn't have to bring my truck to another business to get that done. They were fast, thorough, and did an excellent job. I am really happy with their customer service and vehicle service.

Shawn is amazing! He was such a great help for me with my purchase. Didn t mind corresponding with me via text since I can t talk on the phone at work and took great strides helping me find a finance option that worked for me. 10/10 service. Thanks so much!

Traci was extremely helpful. I had dropped the car off the day before the appt. There is some paper work to fill out when you drop off early & I did not fill it out properly. Traci texted early the day of the appt asking me to call & verify what I wanted done. She was so polite & not in the least upset with me & my goof. I received the same friendly, pleasant treatment when I picked up my car. The service tech also put on the grill cover & set the clock at no extra cost. It was a pleasure to do business with Nissan in Fairbanks

I brought my truck in because it wasn't warming up properly. My mechanic suggested it was the water pump. Nissan determined it was in fact my coolant, referred to like "mashed potatoes". Guess I should've serviced that earlier on... They not only took care of that, but also replaced a bad power steering hose, a belt, some leaky valves, and though I wouldn't normally do this at a dealership, they replaced the air filter and my wipers too! They also cleaned my truck inside and out!! Probably one of the most expensive mechanics in Fairbanks, but they got the job done and my truck is warm and not squealy! I bet I'll get another 70k miles out of my trusty 2016 Frontier :)

Amazing staff and sales people. No pressure at any time during the process. Very helpful with answering any questions we had. They even kept in touch after the sale to make sure we were satisfied, and didn't need anything. Would highly recommend the crew at Fairbanks Nissan.

I went in with a last-minute emergency. I have never been to this dealership or repair shop before. They got me in right away despite it being high season for winterization . Because I wasn't planning on the emergency, I hd groceries and a child to get back to. They got me a Lyft home!!!The waiting room was very comfortable with refreshments and TV. They even offered to wash my rig! After picking up, it was not washed. They were really busy. I didn't care, I was just so thankful for the great service and help when I needed it quickly. The price was reasonable as well.I will be back!

Great service, very straightforward and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and salespeople are knowledgeable and willing to help. The salesman I went with, Wes Wagner, was very helpful and helped me find a car suited to my needs very quickly. Would highly recommend

Poor communication across departments. More focused on trying to upsell me a new car than provide repair service. Did not fix my issue and did not tell me till after pickup

Everyone there worked with Me tell we found a way to get my dream truck. They went above and beyond Wes, shorty and even the front desk was kind and curious. You need a vehicle is highly recommended them.

Very Convenient, Excellent Service!I was very happy with the service Elijah provided to my Mazda 6 when I had the car brought in to get an oil change, have my Summer tires put on, and had a multi point inspection done, during which time they found a few things that needed attention. My husband and I are very happy with the thorough and quick service that was provided; I was able to go to my job at an elementary school, Fairbanks Nissan came to pick up my vehicle and then they dropped it off for me at the end of the day after all the service was complete. It was so convenient, and now I can feel assured that my vehicle is ready for Summer! Thank you, Elijah for the courteous and great service, I am going to recommend Fairbanks Nissan to all of my fellow educators!

Debbie (sales manager) and Robbie (our salesperson) did a great job! It took me a while to decide which vehicle I wanted, as then it took a week for the check from my lender to get in. All the while, they were patient, pleasant, and encouraging. They never tried to upsell me or pressure me into a vehicle. Robbie called me at least every other day to touch base about the check we were waiting on. Although he is relatively new to being a car salesman, he handled our sale like a pro! I appreciate both of them and plan to be a repeat customer.

Went to get my moms keys for her truck after the free inspection and winterization that we got when she bought the truck and immediately the guy behind the counter looks me up and down and decided that he wasn't gonna check my ID help or even look in the system for what I was talking about mind you my mom just spoke too them 10 mins prior letting them know I was gonna be there so not only did it waste extra mins when he had the damn keys on his desk but they also didn't do there inspection cause her tires are at 50 60 55 and 78 pound of pressure absolutely unacceptable and we will never be doing business here again

I visited the service department and had a disappointing experience. Joseph, the service manager, displayed rude behavior, including raising his voice at a pregnant woman, which was both unprofessional and disheartening. His lack of respect for customers, coupled with his dishonesty about not yelling, tainted my perception of the dealership. Isaiah, on the other hand, was the bright spot, demonstrating courtesy and efficiency in contrast to Joseph's demeanor.One issue that stood out was the lack of transparency regarding costs. The mechanics and technicians proceeded with diagnostics and repairs without informing me of the associated expenses. This left me feeling taken advantage of when presented with a bill. While the dealership itself maintains an organized and clean appearance, it appears to serve as a facade to mask the disappointing attitudes and subpar customer service from the staff. I see this place going downhill from here on out, it seems like a dwelling place for miserable people.Despite these negatives, I must acknowledge the kindness of the front desk lady, who provided a more positive interaction. In summary, I hope that the dealership can address these shortcomings and enhance their customer service to match the level of their physical appearance.

We had great service yesterday with our Dodge Ram 3500 5.9. Elijah and the team went out of their way to do an excellent job quickly. We are on an extended road trip and they fit us in immediately. We got an oil and fuel filter change and other odds and ends taken care of. We appreciate their friendly service and keeping us updated through the process. Highly recommend!

Rented a car during our stay in Fairbanks, such fast and easy service- super friendly staff. Return was just as fast and easy. Love doing business with companies that treat you so well! Skip the regular rental companies and use them.

Fairbanks Nissan is the best dealership in Fairbanks! Their customer service is the best I ve ever seen. If there s anything you need, they got you covered! I wasn't able to be there to get my car serviced, so I had a friend take my car, and everything went just as smooth as if I was there. They took care of me and even gave me updates throughout the service. You can tell everyone there is really there to help you, unlike some other dealerships. Whatever I need, I know they ll do their best to accommodate me. Thank you to everyone at Fairbanks Nissan for all you do! Would give 100 stars if I could!

The best part of servicing my Juke at Fairbanks Nissan is the exceptional customer service by Elijah at the service desk. He was professional, polite and enthusiastic. He kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and was not condescending or dismissive as many service representatives have been at other shops. This man deserves a raise for being such an exceptional face for Nissan!

I deleted my previous review as my post was inaccurate and my anger and frustration should have been directed at my corporate bank manager after they just called to admit they made mistakes even when they gave me the wrong information that did make the dealership look bad in my eyes. We are happy to admit we are very happy with our 2020 suburban. We will shop here again. Apology for assuming you guys were behind my frustration when my bank was the culprit which led me to believe otherwise. Again I apologize and I hope the bank did to.

Elijah in the service shop was amazing to work with! We ran into multiple kinks along the way fixing my vehicle and he was extremely kind, listened to my concerns, and did everything in his power to make things right for me. Very pleased!!
