The main receptionist can use a little customer service training, but I assume she's pointed due to her experiences working in the service industry which sometimes can lead to poor mannered customers. I consciously was being nice and reasonable in every exchange, and I still received very pointed and direct communication from her which sometimes felt belittling and condescending based on her tone and inflection. The estimate for damages took longer than what was quoted, and I didn't receive any status update until actual estimate was completed. Estimator seemed knowledgeable but also very sure of themselves which, again, felt condescending.Other than the customer service, everything else was ok. Their lot is gated, I think they lock up off hours but sitting car on their lot is at your own risk regardless.

Lied to my insurance company and told them I said I was off-roading apparently in winter in 10 feet of snow. Never even said that and have witnesses that wasn t said. Shame on you! The new shop my vehicle is at concurs the damage is from the accident . I will never ever recommend y all or use you and if anyone says they might use you I will tell them that s a horrible decision.

Slid my truck into a keypad during the winter, and scraped up the side. They were backed up because of the amount of accidents that took place during Icemageddon. But they eventually got us in. My truck took several weeks, but we got updates along the way. I am absolutely amazed by the work! It doesn't even look like anything happened to it! The staff even cleaned the truck for me (interior, too), which I really appreciated. The staff is professional and friendly. They tell you what you want to hear and then continue to lie and avoid contact with you. A 2 day repair is now turning into 2 weeks and a few days. They are unwilling to help with a rental even after the multiple stories and lies. Jackie is a woman who I will run this business down. As long as she is employed there I would not recommend this company. She will continue to lie and mislead customers. I am still currently waiting on a $10 headlight bracket that was put on fast shipping last week and it was never on the 1st or 2nd estimate. It wasn't noticed til a day after tear down. So if looking for an honest, friendly and professional business this one is not for you

They are amazing! You have to understand it is difficult to get parts and glass in right now so being mad about wait times is ignorant. At the end of the day the mechanics/techs are hardworking people and get the job done as fast as they can!

I was highly impressed with FixAuto! They handled everything from contacting my insurance directly to setting up my rental car. They even updated enterprise every couple days to let them know how long I would have the rental car! They made my entire experience stress free and I had no worry or doubt leaving my truck with them! They treated me as if we ve known each other for years! There customer service was completely outstanding! I dealt with Jackie and her sister in law Jessica they always kept me updated on when the parts arrived and even when my truck was in the shop they kept me updated through text what stage my truck was in! Jessica even drive my truck around the corner to enterprise so I didn t have to carry my son his stroller and car seat across to their lot. She even cooled down the truck so it wasn t to hot for my son. ABSOLUTELY 100% recommend them to anyone that needs anything done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was damaged when my carport collapsed under a heavy snow. Fix Auto was recommended by my insurance company because they deal directly with them. I received outstanding, friendly, competent service for my whole experience with them. They sent texts to let me know how it was progressing and finished the job ahead of schedule. I crashed into a pile of snow due to black ice and my front bumper was damaged, along with the water reservoir for my windshield wipers. I called my Insurance company and they towed my vehicle to Fix Auto Fairbanks. The employees kept me up to date with everything via message, my parts being ordered, receiving the parts and finally working on my vehicle. The whole process took less than two weeks. Fix auto did an amazing job in a timely manner, which allowed me to get back to my daily duties. The gentlemen who works there, I do not know his position, his name was Francisco, but he was professional and very courteous. I could be wrong but it looked like they cleaned the interior of my vehicle because it looked cleaner than usual. There should have been some dust build up from the two weeks but it was spotless. Please take your business to Fix Auto if you value your time and money!

I could not have asked for a better experience at Fix Auto and will recommend them to every one of my friends and family! Their customer service went above and beyond, and I am thrilled with the amazing work that they did. I had my car back within four days with no flaw in sight. If you need any type of repair, I highly recommend going through them!!

Jessica and the staff kept me updated on the repair process and were quick to set me up with a rental.My car was returned to me cleaned inside and washed outside ready to roll. The only complaint I have is that it took longer than expected and even then I can t complain because the truck was repaired nicely. Anyways right of the bat the customer service was great, They treat you with respect and friendliness. The updates are a great touch and it s reassuring to know the progress. The job was great, made the truck look a whole lot better than before. All in all it s a great body shop.

My situation was unique, however the staff did an outstanding job with communication, assistance with rental as well as going above and beyond in many ways. I did not have access to a vehicle when mine was getting repaired and I was even offered to use the personal vehicle of one of the workers until mine was completed, and at no cost. The is an excellent representation of caring for the customer as well as being flexible enough to tackle any issue. If I could rate ten stars that still would not be enough. I highly recommend using Fix Auto Fairbanks, they truly care and know what they are doing. Hopefully I won t need their services again, however if I do, with no hesitation, I would definitely go with them.P.S. They actually answer the phone and respond to messages in a timely manner.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hit a moose in September in my Jeep and had some minor damage. Repairs were just completed due to an ARB bumper with long lead time. I had my Jeep while waiting so it wasn't like I was in a rental for 2.5 months. My only complaint was during the time waiting on the bumper there was little communication. I understand the status didn't change but just let me know. Overall, Jessica was fantastic to work with and very professional. I was most impressed by Fix Its professionalism. From their service desk ladies to Francisco, every person that we came in contact with made us feel important. Immediately after an accident my wife limped into their business close to closing, but they took the time to make sure she was ok and that she could get back on the road as we live 100 miles away. During the time our car was being repaired they would text us or call us with updates. I never felt out of the loop. The turnaround time from start to finish was impressive. Thank you so much. We had great service when our gas tank needed to be replaced. Ken, scheduler; Jerry, Manager; and Jess, receptionist; were professional and competent. Jess spent nearly an hour trying to find us a rental car to get us home - 100 miles from Fairbanks. (Most rental agencies had waiting lists due to multiple events in town.) Jerry drove us to pick up our rental at the Nissan dealership. Our work was completed quickly. We drove back to pick up a truck that was washed and vacuumed. We are very pleased with the work done for us

The vehicle was done so well that it felt like a brand-new vehicle! I loved the complimentary extra special care at FIX auto. I went from being very worried about my truck to feeling so great! I'm sure that it was an even better condition when I first bought it, at least FIX made it feel that way!

Customer service was good. Receptionists are nice people. Repairs were done well. A nail in their shop had gotten my tire the day of pickup, but they apologized and fixed it, do only a slight inconvenience.

I had a dump truck throws rocks at my truck, damaging my bumper, headlight and windshield. Fix Auto got me scheduled so quickly and their work was even quicker! It was done well ahead of schedule and came out perfect! They even made sure I d have the eyebrow tint on my windshield again. Great communication and spectacular customer service. Jessica was a literal angel the entire through the entire process.

Fix Auto did a great job frosting my 2012 Jeep Patriot. Even though the damage was minor they identified a few additional items to fix and even fixed the trim on the driver side door that wasn t even involved in the damage estimate. Even finished a few days early, and the paint job was flawless. I highly recommend this repair shop in Fairbanks Ak.

A door of my RAM was destroyed by a hit-and-run in a North Pole parking lot, requiring complete replacement. The staff was friendly and courteous. The work was top-notch and looks factory-fresh, done well before the promised completion date. If the weasel that hit my truck and snuck away does it again, Fix Auto will be entrusted to repair it again, at the weasel's expense, since I now have an on-board camera.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Mom had her Jeep Patriot in and had the Left Front Fender replaced and paint matched. They were very helpful, Friendly. They went way above and beyond with the customer service. I never saw the manager but Jess and them were great.

They did an awesome job! When I bought the car, the bumper was already scratched up. Then when it got a hole in it, it ended up needing a new one. They use genuine nissan products so no mismatch on the paint.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We got into a car accident and Fix Auto did a great job with the repairs. They even did an interior and exterior cleaning. The staff is very professional. I would recommend them and will be returning to them if we need them again in the future.
