The service center was helpful in completing my oil change. I noticed many customers upset about the wait time for the lyfts provided but that is out of their hands. We were unable to find the issue causing my vehicle to stall but customer service was very nice.

Grace provided excellent customer service. My Trax developed an issue. She coordinated the repair in a day. No other dealership in Fairbanks provides service so quickly. Usually, you have to wait for 3-4 weeks. Lithia is my dealership of choice even for serving my Ford F350!

My truck was in for an airbag recall. Chevy had the truck in and out of the shop in the time frame they gave me.

My experience was pretty average, but their service people were really friendly, and the waiting area was clean.I had an appointment for 2 for an oil change and didn't get my keys until around 4:45. So plan on a long wait, bring head phones- watching movies helps.

Great service and friendly as always but was a little bummed when I found out I was being charged over $100 for a cabin filter swap without being told the price upon the request to change it.
