First off, I never write reviews for anything but my experience with this dealership was amazing. Mr Dennis Davis was my sales rep and he was very professional the entire time. We did some standard back-and-forth haggling over the price and we ended up striking a good deal for me on my used truck. While driving off the lot I noticed the front right tire was flat and had a nail in it. I brought it back and they patched it for free. A day later I got a call from one of the sales managers, Mr Justin and he had them order a full new set of all-terrain tires for me as that is what the ones on there were. Not cheap! They did all the work thereafter for free and I walked away with a good deal for the truck and a nice new set of shoes for it all for free. By far the best car-buying experience that I ve had yet. Michael was my service rep and he was awesome also!

I bought my 2024 Chevy Trax RS from Fairbanks Chevrolet, and I absolutely love it, this would be my ride or die car! Dennis, Issac, and Jordan were great at helping me pick my perfect car!!! I would definitely suggest my friends and family over to them!!

Dennis Davis was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made sure I was comfortable and had all the information I needed. He never stopped trying until I walked out of the dealership with my car. He was dedicated to giving me the best experience for a first time buyer and he did! I recently dropped my truck off for transmission issues at the Chevy dealership. Cliff and his team were able to squeeze me into there busy schedule and get everything taken care. They informed me of everything going on ahead of time and took great care of my truck. Highly recommended them and will be coming back for future repairs. Fantastic service and I really appreciated how fast they got my truck back to me.

This is a review of the sales department. As much as I would love to write a raving review of the sales associate that sold us the car Michael W. did not meet up to the reviews he has. We had an issue right away with our vehicle after purchasing and tried to communicate with him. He told us to meet with him so we scheduled a time and date and he was not there when we showed up. I tried to talk to a manager but they refused to talk to us. I would recommend another associate to work with or even another company to purchase a vehicle from.

Overall the experience was good. I would say that Sales needs to pay close attention not to over-estimate gas mileage, especially if sticker states 27 highway, and they a boasting 40 miles per gallon. This seems concerning. Overall happy with the purchase.

I purchased a used car in the beginning of the month. I was told it would undergo an extensive maintenance and inspection service by my sales rep Isaac.After purchase, I felt as if I was given the run around. I asked for what maintence was done and was not specificly told what was being done until asking repeatedly. I was never given a maintence print out of an itemized list despite asking for it serial times. I was told it would be ready Friday afternoon. This is the condition I picked it up in. (Included in Photos).After confrontation, Isaac asked be what would make it up to me. I put over 10,000 down and financed the rest of the vehicle. I was told when it would be ready. The vehicle was not ready and in terrible condition. There is no solution that could be made to compromise this.The service I received was pathological and manipulative. This is not what I expected from a professional car dealership but a used car dealership.

I was offering to put 100% down on a Chevrolet Equinox with 140,000 miles on the odometer this place was trying to sell me for $20,000, but they were unwilling to negotiate a lower sale price despite my willingness to pay the full price right then and there. I ended up getting a far better used car on Facebook Marketplace. I don't understand civilian establishments in Fairbanks; for some reason, they think U.S. Army Soldiers are rich and don't mind paying outrageous prices for cars that are worth far less than what they are attempting to sell them for.

I had a phenomenal experience here. Mr. Kyle Swisher made sure to find the perfect vehicle for my family. Not only did they stay late the met every expectation that I had including going the extra mile and getting me the best deal. They even kept me update daily on the whole process and was even willing to show me cars they had that weren t even in their system yet.

I brought my pickup in with a full tank of gas, it was empty when we picked it up. My remote was disabled. Several of the times I called to find out the status, I was never able to speak to a live person. I'm not a robot and I don't like talking to one. People handling the work need to get off their horse and deal with the customers. They are not easy to work with and do not stay on top of the repairs being done.

JT Alexander was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went the extra effort to make sure I was satisfied with my deal, even so far as to make me a cup of coffee from a Keurig machine when the ones for customers were inoperable. I walked out of there very satisfied with my experience and am thrilled with my new whip that has power windows and 4-wheel drive and 4 doors.

I purchased a Chevy Trailblazer that ended up being way too small for me. Jordan and the whole team worked so hard to help me get into the Equinox I wanted to trade to. First let me say Jordan in sales and Ginger in service are awesome.But don t trust buying a certified pre owned with their 15 point inspection or however many points they say they inspect because they didn t inspect anything. And if they did they need to fire the person in charge of inspections. I bought my Chevy Equinox in November and it has been in the shop at more times than I can count. It was even held longer after I signed the paperwork for it because they randomly found a broken rim. Then it was the control arm. Then cv boot. Now it s BACK at the shop with no diagnosis yet because they can t get my car in to be looked at for over 20 days. Man do I miss my Ford right about now.

Shana did good for us, but I feel quicker communication would be beneficial! Some messages sent through your system , were never received! All in all, we were able to get the repairs completed and we were thankful that our extended warranty covered the crazy cost!

I had been trying to find a way to a vehicle for getting to work, working as Uber driver and doing tours for people visiting Fairbanks. Isaac Hairston helped me get through the approval process, was super patient as I got insurance. Knowing I planned to use the car for Uber they put a rush on my DMV paperwork so I m ready to go only 1 week after getting the car. Thanks for helping me keep my head above by getting me into a suitable vehicle.

There is almost never a timeline for getting an oil change at GMC. I was told 45 min when I got there and waited over 2 hours with no communication from anyone. Also, despite having a contract for oil changes for the life of the car I kept having to remind each person I talked to I shouldn't be charged for this and ask for a break down of charges. One was for a stripped bolt that holds the oil drain in place, something I have never touched and which cost the astronomical $20+. I didn't pay for it and Mike was very courteous, but I do expect some sort of accurate timeline or communication thereof when I go to the dealership for something as simple as an oil change.
