Wonderful experience, bought my 2002 Subaru outback last april 2019 and just paid it off early, april at the front desk is amazing to work with, chris the owner offered me free oil change after paying it off, all around great experience. Higher miles cars but they will finance with a down payment which works well if you dont have great credit. I will be going back for a second car shortly. Only thing ive had to do to my car i purchased is get new brakes and it has over 198k miles on it.

BUYER BEWARE! This place is the biggest scam of a used car lot I've ever seen! For one the cars are wayy over priced for the "quality if you would even call it that" of vehicle you get. They do not stick by anything they say. The fact that they took advantage of a 18 year old trying to get his feet underneath him is beside me. Horrible excuse of a car lot.

Better hope the car you buy from here wasn t ever worked on by their shady mechanic shop that they recently sold. You ll end up with thousands of dollars worth of work needed to fix the problems. Don t worry though, when it breaks down they can come get it with the tow truck company they own.

If you have bad credit and need a car, big state will work with you. With that being said, here is the good and badGood: They are pretty good about working with you provided you pay your bills and don't give them a hard time. The owner of the lot owns the shop across the street, and is capable of getting things fixed quickly.Bad: My family and I have gotten three vehicles from this lot, and it's apparent that whoever conducts the vehicle inspections is cutting corners. All 3 vehicles had failed valve cover gaskets which leaked slot of oil into the spark plug wells. 2 out of 3 had failed ABS systems, and all three needed spark plugs changed due to improper gap.In spite of the bad, the people who run it seem like good people. I would still recommend buying from here if your credit is hurting, but bring a mechanically inclined friend along to double check their work.

While I have intentions to always give good reviews: for this place, I cannot. Dude was monotoned-rude. Wouldn't leave his seat to help someone who had straight cash. Ghetto inventory. Do yourself a favor and keep going when driving by this place.

Had a wonderful experience with this dealership, and all of the staff. They worked well with my schedule and got me into a car in a timely manner! The prices of cars are reasonable. The Kia I purchased runs wonderfully, I couldn t be happier.

My fiance had bought a vehicle thru these people and unfortunately because we were in such a tight bind didn't have a chance to check everything properly. But since she got the vehicle 5 months ago we have had nothing but problems. Within 3 days of driving the vehicle off the lot we had to take it back to the shop because we needed all new rotars and brakes, and they had at first tried to say that within 3 days we had worn our supposedly all new brakes and rotors. Well they replaced those. But since then we have been in and out of the shop pretty much every week fixing a problem that they decided to completely neglect to inform us about because they just wanted the vehicle gone. The owner of this "business" also owns a mechanics shop right across the road to where all of there vehicles are serviced and then sent right back across the road to the dealership to be sold. I would not recommend this place to get your vehicle and would strongly suggest anyone to but there vehicle from anywhere but here.

We bought a used truck for our son recently and shortly after purchasing it my son had an issue with the anti-theft sensor. Big State came out to our home in North Pole and quickly fou d the problem and got it resolved. Thank you Big State Auto.

They were friendly, easy, not pushy in the slightest. They don't have a huge selection of vehicles, but I'll definitely be stopping back with them next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

The owner of this place is amazing super down to earth guy will give u the shirt off his back will bend over backwards to help u alot of carlots worry only about money this guy care about people just moved here to Alaska he helped us get a cheap car and a good one

They want 8,000 for a 19 year old truck, but want $4'000 down. Now I think I understand why. Too bad they can't run an honest business.

They are great to work with. Very friendly, outgoing group of people. Fair deals very reasonable on prices. I would refer them to friends and others.
