Best auto parts store in Fairbanks!!! Yes sometimes they don t have what you need but they will give you all of the information needed to find the part your looking for.Shawn, at the store on college helped me out with my battery, I let him know some other concerns I had, and he ended up diagnosing the vehicle for me in the parking lot, WITHOUT a code reader, AWESOME! Found out that my oil pressure sender switch was leaking. Had the part in the store, helped me find the socket for it, then gave me an instructions on how to replace it.After listening and going out to the parking lot to do this quick repair, I got the old one out, and the new one in, in 2 minutes. So thanks Shawn for being an awesome Autozoner!

The staff are always helpful, their OBDII Scan tool is fantastic, the parts I need are usually in stick, prices are reasonable, and they're respectful to my mother. I recommend them without hesitation.

I paid for next day delivery 4 days ago. Every day the person answering assures me I will have them soonest.There was more whining .below but:Josh the store manager used his own time and gas todeliverpersonally. Out standing 5 Starz Josh thank you

Woke up to -40 degree weather and a dead battery. Guess my "winterized" package from the dealership isn't working. Removed my dead battery and drove down to Autozone to purchase a new one. Person at the counter said they could test it for me and see if it needed charging first. Tested it and just needed charging. Came back a few hours later and was surprised when I found out it was free! Not only did the lady at the counter(morning shift) save me the expense of buying a new battery, but the lady(evening shift) was extremely helpful and courteous when I picked up my battery. Did I mention it was FREE!!!!!

The manager is awesome...to bad his crew doesnt represent. Wasnt even acknowledged by th ed m. He more than made up for their lacking. Thank you.

I had the most wonderful experience with this location. The sales team went above and beyond what they had to do. The first gentleman sold me a part and was extremely helpful, sadly the part did not fit so I did go back and ordered the one I needed. It was quick easy and hassle free. I was worried about the shipping cause I would be out of town for awhile and the 2nd gentleman assured me they would hold it till I got back. Well today 10/27 I went to grab my part and the 2nd gentleman who helped me was there. He remembered me and even put the wiper arm on for me. These guys are amazing and definitely deserve the recognition. Thank you again!

Great experience. Robert was able to help greatly!! He had great sitting and ended up getting little assistance at the end; he didn't want me to leave until everything was secure and safe even another customer commented on great service when they tested and replaced my battery for just the cost of the battery!! Was so awesome highly recommend

If there was a way to give no stars that would be more appropriate. I came in because someone ordered a part and asked me to pick it up. I try to avoid autozone if at all possible. The store is a mess, there s three people here but one went on break, Ricki is opening boxes right next to us and cussing constantly, and answering the phone and putting everyone on hold and going back to boxes. and someone is banging around in the back. Randy seems to be the only one doing anything. There s one couple at the desk trying to by transmission coolant and I ve been standing in line for 20 minutes with zero concern from any customers. It reminds me why I stick only with Oreillys auto parts.If you re going to run a disaster of a store don t put a review thing on the counter suggesting you might have provided great service. Great service and autozone do NOT go together.

One of the few places I can count on to be disappointed in any interaction. From not ordering parts to selling the wrong part to only having one person working the register with 7 people in line, I always have to spend more time here than I want. Whatever, it's just my time.But the people are nice.

Excellent customer service each time I come in the store. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted and asked if you need help finding any products for your car. And the staff is really nice. The only parts shoppingtown that I go to because of the extraordinary customer service!

I cannot thank you guys enough. I had a headlight out and and was clueless on what I needed to fix it. I'm not educated when it comes to any kind of auto repair. Anyway, Joe helped me out immensely and then came out to my car with me and helped me change both front lights. I could have watched a YouTube video 100 times and never been able to to it. Thank you SO much for him and the awesome customer service. I have to drive on Chena Hot Springs Road and was dreading it with just one light. Now I have two new ones and feel safer driving on these roads. Thank you, Joe. So much. Man you made my life so much easier today. I appreciate you so much.

2/2 this location sold me the wrong items for my particular vehicle. Consequences could have been more dire had I not discovered their errors.The fist time I was changed a shipping fee. When I returned the items I wasn t refunded shipping cost. Contrary to what I was assured during the sale.The most recent error they made was today. They sold me the wrong power steering fluid. Luckily I thoroughly researched this fluid because this location has lost my confidence. Had I installed this fluid, I may have found myself on the side of the road on a cold winters Alaskan night having to return only to spend more time and money buying a power steer pump. Resulting in more unnecessary maintenance.They don t care if they make errors. They do not have customers concerns at heart.

All is nicely organized and clean.BUT though there is a sign at the door in order to provide safety facemasks are required, no one of the employees wore one. When brought up to their attention I was told it is safer NOT to wear a mask. Hah???

My favorite auto parts store by far. They're always willing to help and inform me. I've never felt I wasn't treated fairly or like I should already know what I'm doing or looking for. And they have a lot of patience with someone who is in and out, even several times in one day lol. Thank you for everything, I'll always be a loyal customer.

Bought a new Optima battery today, couldn t have been happier with the experience. Installed no charge immediately & now I m ready for winter. Matt s customer service was exceptional. Definitely recommend

Good customer service! I had one headlight off and couldn t figure out which bulb to buy. So Mr. Paul came out to check, and helped me to uninstall the wrong one. And today is -24 F.Great customer service!

I ve been going here for 2-3 years now.Josh has been definitely the best help that I have received across the board with the different auto zones that I have been too. He s very knowledgeable with his job , and knows vehicles. If you ask a question about your car he will not hesitate to go outside and help you and assist you.I have an older vehicle and every time I get time we go outside to look at the vehicle , and he advises me what I should buy next without the hassle of the salesman act. He is very laidback and extremely honest guy that I could rely on. I request him, and will only go to him in this store. Not because of bad employees or anything, but only because we have built the repor

It took me a few trips, but these guys helped me diagnose, repair, and then repair the damage I did repairing the truck I was working on. I was given the wrong part a few times, but they always accepted my returns without question or comment. They also recommended products relevant to what I was doing which helped a lot. O'Rilies, on the other hand, overcharged me, refused to take back a wrong part, and didn't tell me that a part could be installed 2 ways but if you installed it wrong you'd break it. So yeah, go with Auto Zone.

The employee at this location were extremely helpful, I am 6.5 months pregnant and they went out of their way to help me when I got a flat tire and was unable to change it due to not having the key. They took about 2hrs out of their day and made sure my children and I were safe to make it home. Thank you so so much

Had a battery charged there and wanted to get it tested just in case. Had a employee try couldn t get it to work so a manager looked at the battery and just said its dead when I asked if he was sure and if he would try it he said nope its dead.I ended up taking it to the Autozone on Airport way and had the best service the parts manager there worked on my battery and tried everything to get it to work. He even gave me advice on how to go about replacing it.

There's usually a long wait if you have to pick up something off the shelf. You'll have to wait behind the lines of people who need parts researched and ordered or picked up. I try to avoid this store if I'm in a hurry but the people are nice and they usually have the parts that I need.

Randy at the Bentley Mall AutoZone deserves a raise and a half. I m traveling to Denali from FL and my brakes gave out as I was crossing the border and I limped into town to get the parts I needed to fix it in the parking lot. Randy went above and beyond in every single aspect to get me back on the road, he truly is a godsend. Thank you, Randy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
