I had a bad battery die on me 1 year into a 3-year warranty, but I had lost my receipt. I had resigned to pay the cost of a new battery when I came in, but the manager (I'm so sorry, the name tag was faded and I forgot to ask their name) did everything he could to make sure I didn't need to pay for a new one. I could have cried -- it's been a hard winter, and that kindness was worth weeks of groceries for us. Thank you for your help.

Came in to purchase some supplies. Backing in to parking spot I tapped the bollard post. A employee started to berate and began to escalate the situation. With raised voice treating me like I was his kid. I admitted to what I did and asked what would be a solution for this incident. So I provided one by giving $100.00 cash to the employee. He did not accept my solution to the incident. What are bollards for? Would a reasonable person expect bollards to be tapped every now and then? Your security cams might provide better insight. I am 70 years old, been here for over 50 years. I did purchase my supplies and bid a cordial good day. I came to this store as a matter of convenience. My second and last. Thanks for your time and patience. Much appreciated.

This is the second time I have visited this store that has everything I have needed for my car. Nick was so helpful and stepped out into the cold to install my new Windshield Wipers. Great service.ThanksMrs. Helmer

Got amazing 5 star service from Chris today. Not only was he able to return my light bulb and fet me the right one but he also came outside and helped me with my wiper blade that I couldn't figure out. The whole time he was pleasant, helpful and professional. Great job Chris and thank you.

knew nothing about the product and dude had a attitude with my elderly grandmother before he saw me pull out my phone to catch the barcode to leave a review. i understand not liking your job but common man service is everything at least fake it

Staff was nice and seem knowledgeable, but computer picked wrong parts for my vehicle and that was a problem as it was discovered at tear down. However, AutoZone was great at taking back all the wrong parts.Store was clean and well stocked.

Went in to get wiper blades for my car. I bought the wrong size and connections since I had looked them up online for my car but for the wrong year. Melissa saw me struggling to put them on outside in the snow and came out to help without me asking. They took back the incorrect size and showed me how to put the new ones with the different connector on with an adapter. They are always very helpful.

Went to this store to help my daughter get a front license plate holder for her car since she is new to Fairbanks. I was blown away by how helpful one of their employees Carly was. She offered to come in over the weekend to help my daughter install the item and later helped in getting my daughter's car winterized. She went above and beyond and we are so grateful!

My shifting linkage came apart in my 78 Chevy truck in the parking lot. The manager went above and beyond to help, got dirty climbing in the engine compartment with me trying to get to where the problem was & it only needed a cotter pin to fix it! No charge! Made my whole, horrible, terrible, no good year better!Thank you so much!!

Bummer that more often than not, I can get stuff upwards of 50% cheaper on Amazon for the same product. They make up for it by having great customer service and a large selection of items.... So you can take your pick on which you prefer.

I am always nervous when going to car related places luckily the people at this autozone were friendly and not condescending like most people at car places tend to be. I went there to buy a headlight bulb and they put it in the car for me and even gave me some advice on how to do it myself. I am very pleased with their service.

Clean, organized, employees are good help. I needed someone to carry my battery in and back out to the car since I am using crutches at the moment. They came right out and also helped me right away

I m pretty sure I m not invisible but I sure felt like it when I walked in to this store. 4 employees and 1 customer should not equal poor service I had to finally ask for help after standing at the counter for more than 5 min and even then the employee that was helping me was put out and gave me attitude for... being there I guess. I will never walk into an autozone again, oreilley is much better anyways always has been.

I had an engine light on and heard I could go there to see what's was wrong with my truck. I nice guy working at the counter came out to my truck and hooked up a device to read the codes. We went back inside and he was very helpful and he even printed the information out for me too!Thank you- Autozone!!

This is always been one of my favorite auto parts stores, but when I was there today the manager was in the back on the phone swearing up a storm at someone and when he came out he told me how much he hated his job and Auto Zone! Fortunately his coworker had a much better head on her shoulders but there will be a call to corporate about this.

ACCUSED OF STEALING!!!!!!!My boyfriend and I went to autozone. We called earlier and put an alternator on hold for our car. We went to pick it up. When we got there we were looking around for some other things we needed for maybe 20 minutes. We went up to the counter to check out with about $270 worth of merchandise. The manager [CHARLIE ]came up to the counter and asked my boyfriend "So wheres the air filter you had?" And we said we didn't have anything. He said "My system says I have 3 in stock and there are only 2 on the shelf" then when we opposed AGAIN! he said "GET OUT OF MY STORE if you're going to have an attitude" and when we cussed at him he said "YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" Then told the guy checking us out to NOT SELL ANYTHING TO US and we were SO OFFENDED. We still bought our stuff because we needed to but this was offensive and poor customer service!FACT: my boyfriend NEVER touched a k&n air filter, we didn't need one!

I went there desperately needing a new battery, and got a really super one for my 2001 4runner. They even installed it, something I believe that they don't normally do. I felt really taken care of, and highly recommend this Autozone - near Fred Meyers West.

We were traveling in a rented vehicle, on a Sunday, & stopped at Autozone on Old Aiport Road. Ended up we needed an alternator. Turns out, the sales person sold us the alternator at a discount, and THEN HE INSTALLED IT, FREE OF CHARGE! Where do you get that kind of service???? Highly recommend this place.

Went looking for windshield wipers, they were in stick which was great. But there was only one person working. Had to leave them there.

Almost as good as O Reilly's. Only reason they aren't 5 stars is due to them usually not having the things I need sufficiently stocked.
