They fail to mention that they charge for labor. No one mentioned that installation is not included with the price. This was strike 3 in my books because the lady helping us misquoted the price of a product we were interested in, she lied about how long it would take for our order to get here, we waited a full month, only to find out at the cashier counter that installation is not included. I will gladly take my business to Anchorage because I am finding that businesses in Fairbanks like to overcharge customers due to limited car accessories business in Fairbanks.

I bought a couple of truck step bars from this place for about $170 , but they wanted over $200 to install them and 2 hours to do it ... me and my buddy put them on in 30 minutes and they work well ... this place has some good stuff , but installation is way too much . Five stars for good step bars ... One star for very pricey installation charges .

If you are looking for accessories for any thing you drive, I would highly recommend these people!!!Super friendly staff, very quick to assist me, answered all my questions , was very knowledgeable about the products they are selling !!!Store is very clean, neatly organized, brightly lit store, employee's seem to all have wonderful attitudes!!I did not purchase anything on this visit, I was priceing a item for a present and he was still happy to help me and answer all my questions!! Thank you Tommy I will be back to get my floor mats!!J

Auto Trim did my autostart last fall, and I was impressed with the fast turnaround time as well as the price. I also recently used their sign shop with beautiful results. I would highly recommend these guys for all your auto accessories and signage.

OMG, YES! .this is the response that I got from my wife when I asked if she wanted to add anything to a review for Auto Trim Design. We were up from the lower 48 in a brief window and needed to get a lot done in a short period. Auto Trim Design was there for us, followed up with us and assured we were successful. Attentive, knowledgeable, and fun .Thank you so much Amanda, Rachelle, Jimmy and Bryant!!!!

These guys CRUSHED it. Top tier level service! I had a need to have my business vehicle decal installed before my start day and these guys fit me in and completed it before the day they said they would. Great job!

Excellent!We have been looking into get auto start for our 4Runner, they helped us choose the best option for us. We were able to get in fast. Dropped the car off and was ready in the afternoon, they showed us all the features and did a great job explaining everything. We ll worth the price , fast great service, all the employees were friendly, will be coming back!!

Excellent quality work and excellent customer service! You might pay a little more here but the statement you get what you pay for is so true! I ll continue coming to this shop for any work I need done in the near future!

This is the best location within the area! I wouldn't trust anyone else for clear bra / paint protection film on my car. It has helped me save so much $ by protecting against the rock chips and salt.

Great service! Had autostart installed recently. They accommodated my schedule and had the car ready before my pick up time. Also fixed the car door rubber trim that was hanging loose without even asking! Would highly recommend.

I just had an autostart installed on my vehicle through Auto Trim. There were a couple random and accidental issues during the process of the installation, and they were within their rights to just say "tough luck pal," but instead they went out of their way to do the right thing and make sure I was taken care of. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, especially Steve and Amanda. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Would definitely recommend Ben for all your sign needs. He made my real estate signs and another time for business signage and helped me contract another company to install the signs. Super helpful and got the job done on time. Grateful to have him here in our small town, will definitely use Autotrim design & Ben again!

I had way better service back in 2017 when I got my auto start. (5 Stars) Came back to AT recently for running boards, dropped off at 9AM as requested. Didn't get my truck back until 5:30PM. To "save money" I removed the old running boards myself in about 20 minutes with hand tools (12 bolts total), yet they charged me over $200 for installation. Then attempted to charge me twice for the running boards. They blamed it on a new person's mistake and sent me on my way. Not impressed therefore; changed my rating of these "professionals". They need to start caring and ease up on the markup or they won't last.

Called in today 10 minutes before closing to ask some questions about an auto start I got in a used car. Even being an old model they don't carry anymore the guy helped me out with programming a new remote, which ended up working! Hats off to you guys for awesome customer service and auto start installs! Thanks for the help!

Went to have a light bar installed in the grill of my husbands truck to help with long Alaskan night drives. Staff was very helpful and honest about what type of light to get. More pricey considering some of their competitors but they didn t try to hide pricing just to make a sale.Purchased light bar and they clearly told me that this would have to be ordered. The same day ordered they booked my appt according to previous shipping times with this item. I was also called when the product arrived and that my appt was confirmed.Dropped truck off at 0730 no issues. The had already told me plan to be without the vehicle until 5.They contacted me throughout the day to discuss mounting the light bar differently than originally discussed due to mounting issues. They told me the benefits of the change they wanted to make and were very straightforward with what they wanted to do. We agreed and that was that.They contacted me again later to advise the truck was ready for pick up.Cashed out and the employee showed me and my husband how to operate everything and even advised us of police cracking down on people using them. Especially within city limits.No issues with the light bar or anything else on the truck so far.I would recommend them for a light bar install. I have never had any other service done with them.*I would have rated 5 stars if it wasn t for the costly labor fee AND product pricing.

Auto trim did good. They installed a cover on a pickup we lost a hold down bolt they replaced the lost parts "free" I was in a hurry. Got the parts no hassle an hauled back home in case it was needed.put it back and we're !

Well they answered the phone and seemed friendly and helpful. I was looking to put some decals on my new car. I was advised to stop by so we can look at the computer together. I did. The guy said he will play with it some more and will give me a call in a few days. I called back over a week later to see if maybe they lost my number. I was connected to the same person who said they ve been busy and he will get back to me soon. By no means I consider putting decals on the car an emergency but if you want to do business with people it s better to get back to them when you said you will. It s been 5 days since my 2nd inquiry.

I purchased a Leer topper for my Toyota Tundra thru Kendall Toyota, who contracted it out with Auto Trim. Kendall assured me that the paint would match. It didn't and this was confirmed by a local body shop before I complained. When I complained to Auto Trim, I was given a lecture about factory paint, and that they shoot for 98% match, etc. I don't care. You got it wrong, so fix it. They told me that I should have brought my truck over first so they could match the paint before ordering. Well, they obviously don't communicate with Kendall very well and both were happy to take my money. I was told they would help get it corrected and get back to me in a day or two. Never got back to me!!!When the topper was installed, they took my existing $850 Fold-A-Cover that I had sold to a friend and put it on top of my tools (BIG PIPE WRENCHES) in the bed, when half the bed was empty. Why scratch up my fiends new bed cover - very disrespectful!The day of the topper installation, I was told to come in at 7:30 to drop off my vehicle and get set up for service. Great. I could get to work by eight. Instead I sat in the parking lot for 30 min. The door was locked and thru the window a person was sitting at his desk till 8:00. Why tell me to get there at 7:30. Three other gentleman in the parking lot got the same treatment and we were all misled and wasted our time.Lastly, they stuck their tacky logo only my truck. I didn't ask for that and if they want me to advertise for them, then pay me or cut a deal. Spent 15 min trying to get that off my rig without damaging surface.They have a monopoly on Leer Toppers in Fairbanks and don't feel the need to treat you right, I guess. If you want to buy a topper, go to Anchorage. My brother did and he had excelled service, and saved $400.My service at Street Sounds was stellar and cut me a good deal on my truck stereo and auto start. They worked with me to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Prior to visiting Auto Trim Design I had two different shops tell me that the problem with the ignition and theft deterrent system error that my truck was going to require extensive testing of the electrical system and it would be a minimum of 3 hours at $100/hour. I searched online and found a myriad of possible root causes. I had my truck detailed at Torque Performance and the nice owner there told me to go to Auto Trim Design to have them diagnose the problem. Auto Trim Design personnel looked at my truck and listened to my detailed explanation of the issue. Within less than five minutes the representative informed me that the factory system and the aftermarket auto start were sending conflicting signals and that it would be a relatively easy fix. I made an appointment for a future date. My appointment went smoothly and I was out of there within one hour and fifteen minutes for only $55. My truck is fixed and I very much appreciate the time that the Auto Trim Design representative dedicated to discussing any and all questions I had.

Had an auto start installed and it never worked right. Took it in a few times and after changing the batteries in all my key fobs and updating the system things seem to be working again. Pretty quick turnaround time too.

Great customer service. After searching for some running boards online and getting horrible quotes on shipping, I stopped by ATD. Not only were the prices competitive, but when I had problems with the running boards I bought ATD worked with the manufacturer on a special order to get my problem resolved. Definitely a top notch experience.

These guys installed an autostart for me 2 years ago. I had a small issue with the remote after it being off for the summer and recently called into the store. Within a few minutes my problem was resolved and everything is working just fine.

No matter who you bought that auto start from, eventually when things go haywire on it... The folks at Auto Trim always are there to resolve your issues. The staff is one of a kind. Top notch! my hats off to Bob! He has truly built a one of a kind family business here in the interior.

Auto start installed 2 and a 1/2 years ago At that time I inquired about repairing my sunroof in my pickup to wich they couldn't commit.They contacted me a little over half a year ago said they had the technology and access to the parts to do the repair After buying parts on 2 different occasion's and 3 separate visits they were unable to accomplish the appropriate repair. I'm sure they had the right intentions just failed to do the appropriate research to find out the requirement for the repair
