I had a very good customer service experience even though they didn't have what I wanted. The owner, parts rep, mechanic, and another man helped me figure out what I needed and went the extra mile to make sure I didn t grab the wrong part. I know Fairbanks is limited on having parts in hand for most any ATV, snow machine, or any vehicle part you may need here(trust me! I know!) but they did really try to find what I needed rather than the other places we have in town that were lazy and would only help if I had a specific part number. If I knew the darn part number I would have used Amazon to get it in the first place! So, thank you Alaska Fun Center for really trying to help me towards the end of your hard working day.

Honestly was a disappointment I called ahead and was told they have a tire in stock for my bike I brought the rim in the next day to get it installed and they couldn t find it after being told to wait outside for somebody and no one showing up, it was a little ridiculous. Later ordered a tire and paid for it over the phone 3 weeks later they called me telling me it s in, I bring my rim back in to get installed and took them 45 min of me sitting there waiting for them to figure out what to do, after they installed it they tried to charge me for the tire again. Overall very unprofessional lazy and disappointed don t plan to return again

Purchased new bike yesterday. The ladies were friendly and a riot to hang out with for a few hours, while paperwork got straight. They went out of their way to get me a good deal. The maintenance team was quick and friendly checking my old bike and going over the new one with me. Great family business

Fair price, clean and organized, though they always seem to be having a bad day, like they just want a nightmare to end. It just feels like you're an inconvenience every.single.time. we were there quite a few times over a short span of time doing maintenance on a motorcycle and purchasing two quads, but every time, I felt like we were an inconvenience to them. We needed helmets for our kids, but it seemed like such a hassle after we asked that we just caved to 'we'll come back later' and then got helmets elsewhere. I can't explain it any other way than it seems like they had a bad day every day. Bummer because we really like them, I wish they weren't so seemingly miserable.

I'm going to start my review with this: y'all lost out on a cash sale today. Went in last week to browse and found an ATV I really liked. Went home, thought on it and came back to see if I could test drive. They were too busy. The older salesman with the moustache is knowledgeable , but was super pushy both times we came in. Even interrupted a conversation he was having with another set of customers to bother us as we walked back in after looking at other models. The only reason why I am even giving 2 stars is because the curly haired lady was really nice.

We needed a oil change but they were to busy to do so they offered us a pan and let us do it ourself. I appreciated that. Besides that they were a very unhappy bunch. It would not be my first place to go back to.

Wonderful staff with exceptional Fairbanks hospitality. The team manages to work hard and find needs of customers even while in times of being busy. Bought two motorcycles and sold one of my motorcycles with ease. Well done! It s great having a storefront where you can go in and by parts for what you need!

I bought my first bike there couple years ago and although the sales staff is friendly, I d buy from somewhere else. I say that because when I go in for parts, 90% of the time the parts staff seem miserable and give you attitude if they are busy. I went in there just for oil and I didn t know the layout of the store. The girl behind the counter asked what I was looking for and I told her oil so she proceeded to respond it s on the bottom shelf where it says oil...need a say more? Also when I have asked if they have a part or a new jacket, most of the time their response is we probably do but it s in a box in the back and hasn t been put into inventory. Their mechanics seem pretty knowledgeable but don t expect a quick turn around time. I fully understand the summers can be busy but to take 3+weeks just to diagnose an issue seems excessive, specially when they don t find any issue at all after a quick 5 min ride. Most of my buddies deal with Northern Power and have nothing but good things to say about them or even the motorcycle shop in Anchorage. I remember when I bought my bike through the fun center and they didn t even seem to care as they were just sitting around waiting for a response from 1 bank vs trying to get in touch with other banks (which they eventually did) after I asked if we could use other banks. The sales staff don t seem that knowledgeable as well as they were trying to convince me and my other buddy who rides that the R6 is no longer made and you can t even order them. This was in 2019 before they were discontinued the following year. They also said certain bikes are sold and they won t be getting anymore, yet a week later they have the same models new on the floor.Rant over

The staff was very rude, especially the black haired lady (didn t get her name because she doesn t wear a name tag) everything was way overpriced (I know it s Alaska but seriously overpriced ) It was cheaper to find the stuff online and pay the shipping. Wouldn t go there again or recommend it for anyone. Majority of the staff has attitude like they don t want to be there, and seeing the snarky replies from the owner only proves my point that they re rude. A friend of mine purchased a bike that had battery problems, they wanted to charge him $500+ for their own fault, they sold him a bike with a faulty battery. They were also very condescending with him on the phone when he confronted them with the battery issue.

Black hair girl flirts too much, she s either flirty or rude. Too many children running around seems very unprofessional.Got a bike from them and the lady kept insisting her friend from NP come pick it up and take it home for us, even though we had a trailer, straps, etc, felt really weird.Everything is overpriced, id suggest getting stuff online, found it a lot cheaper even with shipping. And if anything happens to something you bought and needs repair I would HIGHLY suggest searching around. Paid way too much to get it winterized there oh and I had to get it taken somewhere else because they messed it up and some how ended up ruining my battery . Trying to charge me more Their response just proves my point, it was not a coworker who was supposedly going to take the bike to our house it was her friend, they know exactly what black hair girl it was, the one replying to everyone s comments like a petty middle schooler, I just wouldn t go here they screwed me out of so much money.

My experience with buying my bike was good. But I also walked in with full intentions of walking out with a new bike. And i did.But when It came to the first 600 mile maintenance, I was left disappointed. The lady at the parts desk was very nice and this doesn't reflect on her... but, they did not do half of what the owners manual requires for that maintenance interval. All they did was look it over, change the oil, and lube the chain as per the receipt. And when I got home I discovered that the engine was WAY over filled with oil (and I mean WAY over filled). I had to dump it all out and refill with new oil. Then go and grease my swing arm (since they did not) and I still need to do the valve adjustments (since they did not) all requirements for the 600 mile maintenance according to the factory owners manual. Now, to be fair, I did not go back and give them a chance to fix all this. I just don't want them to touch my bike again.

We bought our machine here which they were awesome to deal with, then came in to have some work done on it and service guy didn t want to explain what was done to my machine just wanted me to pay for it. And the Maintanice guy said my battery was low but I looked over the counter and read the work order upside down and there was a brand new battery on the order which the service guy was pushing for me to pay for, before going over it with me, ( older guys that wears glass is who I was dealing with and SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL). Needless to say if I didn t notice it I would have pay for a brand new battery and it never go out in my machine. For service I will definitely be going some where else from here on. I was looking at by another toy from them but I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.

Been there a few times. Parts people are nice to deal with. 2 of the ladies, i believe the owners daughters, were very nice to me. I also talked to the owner once. Pretty nice guy. The sales guys on the other hand....RUDE. Thought about buying a new ATV so i stopped by. The sales guy know nothing about the ATV I was looking at. When i ask him a question about the ATV him coped an attitude.Shouldn't you know about the product your selling?? Needless to say I bought a ATV at another place. So, about a year later I went in there with my brother. He needed parts for his Yamaha. While he was getting his parts i was looking at the new sleds to kill the time. A sales guy asked me if i need any help. Being nice, i told him i was not in a position to buy right now. He kinda got pushy about selling one. I told him i was just looking for now. He responded with a serious attitude, and i quote, "well its a good thing we set these out for you to just look at then". I told him that's a great way to get customers, as i walked off. How do they sell anything??

Is one star the lowest possible rating? One star is overly generous in this case. In the time it took me to drive up from Anchorage the sold the bike out from under me. I couldn't arrange and agreeable way to hold it either. Apparently that is way too complicated and not worth their trouble. "A notably bad business."

My wife and I bought an ATV from there. Everyone was extremely friendly And helpful. We are really happy with our purchase. No one was willing to haggle with the price and that was disappointing, however at the end of the day we are both satisfied with the level of customer service and our purchase.

Bought a brand new Kawasaki Brute. Before we got it home the front right tire was flat. When I called the lady made me feel like I was lying and did it even though I had literally not took it off the trailer. They fixed it. Now the back tire is flat. Less than 2 miles on it Dont even wanna call because it s just more trouble than it s worth. Go to northern power sports. Absolutely wonderful customer service and a military discount that s not made up with fees.

I've come in to this place twice. One guy both times at least asked if I needed help with anything or had been helped, but the person "helping" me wasn't very helpful or patient and no one else would help me.Overall, the 2 sales people at the registers seemed pretty rude and rushed and pretty unprofessional, yelling at whom I assume to be are their children.I hate to wait around quite a while and what I was looking for was finally located in a book to order but I wasn't assured that it was actually what I needed, but no refunds are possible for special orders so I had to think about it. I wasn't allowed 2 seconds to think and she was gone and I waited a while (at least 10 minutes) and she didn't return and when I asked about her they said she was tied up.So I called later and asked to pay over the phone because I decided I wanted to order it. I was put on hold for about 12 minutes (fair enough, it was hard to locate it in the system and they did find it), but couldn't assure me it was the right product and again wasn't willing to give me 3 seconds to think about it. I called back maybe one minute later when I made my decision and the person helping me had apparently left the building.I'm just going to risk ordering it online because at least those accept returns and all the hassle will be on me.Also the store is overall overpriced and I don't think I'll be coming back.

Can't say enough good things about the service I got from Dave. I was traveling from out of town and needed a new rear tire. They had my size and got me on the books to change it on my schedule. Reasonably priced. Quality work. Excellent customer service.

I came here to buy fairings for my 2012 zx6r because I was told they were the only licensed Kawasaki dealer in the area. They didnt seem to know which fairing I wanted based on the multiple clear pictures I was showing of the fairing on the bike. They seemed to solve it and ordered what they thought was the fairing I wanted. After it arrived I saw that it wasnt the one I needed. I requested a return and was told that they wouldnt return it because it was a special order. I now have a fairing I dont need, am out the money that fairing costs if I cant return or resell it, and it was not my mistake. I reccomend ordering parts online if possible, to avoid getting orders screwed up and losing money.

Excellent service they were friendly and allowed me to check out each bike before I decided which one I wanted and they made the buying process simple. I'll more than likely come back for my next bike as long as its got what im looking for.

Knowledgeable staff provided details of each bike I was interested in without pressuring me to make a purchase. I fell for a KLR650 as my second bike and they worked with me to tailor the bike to my riding style. Easy going, always smiling, and very current on the ever-changing two-wheeled world. Highly recommend picking their brains before purchasing any bike as the staff is well-versed, via a lifetime of riding, in all things two-wheeled (and four-wheeled, and tracked). Can't wait for the often sought-after H2.

Went in looking for a battery for my machine so I could go on a hunt the same day and the old man was upset that I asked another shop if they had one ready to go since the ones at Alaska fun center have to be charged before hand he then refused to sell me a battery when I asked to proceed with the purchase.

Waste of time, I understand you have all of fairbanks to service, & your not a new establishment so you should be well oiled; pun intended. I had brang my ATV in for a simple, super fast, not technical, almost easier than an oil change -Valve adjustment. It sat in the lot for 72 hours in the rain not covered and never moved. After seeing it for 3 days in the same spot driving by I just opted to do the repair myself. Surely I lack the knowledge but thats what youtube is for. If they could not find the 1-Hour to service my ATV and make an outrageous $125 or more than they surely are better off and dont need my money. Or, what i suspect is they have a terrible coordination scheme, if they truly only do repairs on a first come first serve basis, that makes little sense. You could have 3 or 4 vehicles needing parts, holding up the que, or you can have an area for quick service and reliable techs. If you dont mind leaving your vehicle to sit for a week or longer, than sure, go to them. But if you live in Alaska and know that the seasons are short and time is crucial, do it yourself youll be happier. Also I had them order a part, its been a week and no delivery yet. I ordered the part myself for 70$ less on Ebay and got it yesterday. Do they even place the order when you ask?!?

JUST don't have Gabriella, curly black haired lady, help you!I was having such a great experience until this woman got involved. She made me feel like my $8000 I was dropping on a new bike wasn't worth her time because she wanted to go home on time.. If you wanna go home, just GO home. Don't sully my experience with your rude service and then degrade one of your own associates IN FRONT OF ME because she's DOING her job in customer service... Definitely never going to recommend this place to anyone just because of her. The sad part is I think she's the office manager.. Sad to see someone like you in that kind of position...

Went recently for my first time and will not go there again. Ridiculous prices for one, but I would forgo that if at least they had any customer service. The employees were so unprofessional and "stand offish". Do kids really need to be running around like they are in a day care, such a weird bad vibe...

Just bought a 2017 klx 140L. Tara was so helpful and patient with me for my first bike experience. Highly recommend her. Not as much to pick from as Northern but much cheaper.

Had my side by side serviced and they did a great job. When I asked about the used 4 wheeler that was SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS OVER the NADA avg retail price they told me thats the "Alaska price"... whatever. I'll take my Alaska money and spend it elsewhere.
