Preston at Affordable Used Cars made my car buying experience easy! I gave him whatever info he required and he did the rest, and put my happy self in exactly the car I wanted. This is my third transaction with Affordable during the past 20+ years, and they still bring the personable and knowledgeable skills you want when you're buying a high quality used car. Add in the huge selection of vehicles for sale, reasonable prices, especially now, when nothing in the world seems to be reasonably priced, and you've got your best option when purchasing a used vehicle. Can't recommend them highly enough, folks! (4/5/2024)

I have purchased two vehicles from Affordable. No complaints. I absolutely love all the salesmen. They're all amazing. Super clean, warm, welcoming environment, great place to find a truck, van suv, or car fitted just for you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE AMAZING ADAM at AFFORDABLE AUTO!!!!!!Working with Adam to purchase a vehicle was pleasure! He s super knowledgeable while holding customers best interest in mind! Adam is extremely patient with his customers as they finalize a decision. He s a professional that knows the industry. What s more shocking is his personable attitude and his miraculous niche of not being an aggressive car sales man, but a person that builds relationships with his customer. Aug 2023:I was excited to see they had Rav4s in stock. I've spent the last couple of months trying to (very frustratingly) find one. Shorty let me test a couple different cars, and the process of buying was quick and painless. My husband bought from Affordable with Shorty when we were stationed at Eielson the first time (in 2006ish). His ability to serve customers has not changed. He's very personable, answered all my questions, is not pushy, and was more than willing to help me find a Rav in a color I wanted.Edit: 10 Apr 24But the story continues!Luna Rav4 did not fare well through the winter (hybrids+ -30 and colder with no garage to store it in = a giant paperweight). So I traded up to a Highlander in February. We'll, a month into it, my check engine light came on. I took it to Affordable, and Jeff sent me to Fairbanks Imports.Fairbanks Imports had a long line of cars ahead of me, but they got my car in and taken care of fairly quickly. I finally had the time to pick it up yesterday and this was what my bill said.The work wasn't covered under my extended warranty, but Affordable chose to foot the bill anyways. My Highlander now appears to be working as it should. I am so grateful to Affordable AND Fairbanks Imports for taking care of me!

I went to another dealership, prior to heading to Affordable. Affordable is the place to go! The sales people are amazing.As a first time buyer, with Dave he walked me through all the paperwork and through the process. Dave has been there 29 years and he really made the whole process simpler than I could have imagined! I am in love with my vehicle, and couldn't have picked a better place to get a car from.

Adam was amazing, quick, and fair. I was in and out with a trade and new car in my driveway in less than 2 hours. The entire process start to finish took the same amount of time as I took test driving. Amazing process and professional the entire way.

Pretty great service. I drove cars for 2 days and on the second, I drove my new car home. The process was easy and the people were easy to work with. It did not feel like the typical interaction with a salesman, where they try to push vehicles that are extremely over your budget and try to sell you on things you do not want, which I greatly appreciate. They are a pretty honest and straightforward staff. I would come here again in the future if I needed to, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Dave was awesome!!!! He made my entire experience super easy, he was very sweet and patient! I decided to shop for a car at -40 and he had to thaw out several cars for me to test drive which took days since I had to work around my work schedule and he made me feel like it was no big deal! He was beyond helpful and friendly! I would recommend going to him for anything you need, he will take good care of you!

We worked with Preston Smith at Affordable Used Cars. We are very happy with how easy it was to get in, test drive, and drive away with a new to us truck. He was able to answer all my questions. Service was great and smooth. I would definitely look for Preston in the future to buy a new vehicle.

I rarely leave reviews but today was a 5-star day! Adam kindly helped my family buy a fabulous truck in one day! We came to pick it up and it was running and warmed up. Documents ready to sign. Husband works nights and I ve been sick so we didn t have time to go to banks, but Adam did all the work for us! He contacted several banks for us and got us a great rate! Absolutely appreciative his professionalism and kindness to this AK Native family!

I had a really great experience at Affordable Used Cars. My salesman, Adam MacDonald, was knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent. I felt like Adam was being straightforward, honest, and I didn t feel pressured to make a decision at any point. I am very happy with the service I received at Affordable, and Adam's help. I don t know who this "Dan" guy is. But I can t imagine anyone could be more helpful, knowledgeable, or all-around-great than Adam.

Walked in with pre approval and down payment in hand at 8.9% interest from my own bank (thinking I was ahead of the game, and knew exactly what I was doing). Hours went by waiting on my bank to reply, Mr Brad Seavey offered to try another bank and got me a way lower rate than my own bank, and it was QUICK...I Should've just let him do what he does from the get go and saved hours!!! Thanks Brad I'll recommend you whenever I can!

Brad Seavey Affordable used cars in Fairbanks Alaska was amazing. He Sold me my Truck it was the most painless, easy, friendly process I have had in a long time with buying a vehicle. He listened to what I wanted. He did not throw me in any vehicle. He put me in the truck that I wanted. And he understood the type of person I am when it comes to buying a vehicle and didn t make me feel like I had to do any extra work he did everything! I am very happy Brad is my car salesman in Fairbanks going forward There is nobody else I d rather work with in this town on buying a vehicle!

I called in and git to talk to shorty about buying my wife's new car . He made it so easy to get it all done as i was still working everyday.. we set the deal he took care of everything so when i got back to fairbanks all i had to do was provide him with insurance and a down payment and i drove off ... my wife is going to love her new car that she doesn't know i bought her.... thanks shorty ill be back for my truck.......

Best car sales experience I ve had the chance to have. We worked with Preston Smith, who had us quoted and in-out in 15 minutes flat! He took a quick test drive and gave us a very fair and good price for me to sell my car..I got $7,000 for my 2013 Hyundai Veloster with Sports Package. In three weeks, I saw my car being sold at Affordable Used Cars for about $11,000.I also tipped the dealership my sports rim + tires as well as even though I had $1,000 brand new winterized blizzak tires already installed.

Adam Mcdonald did an awesome job in assisting me with my vehicle purchase. He went through the specifications of the vehicle. When I asked a question about vehicle history he printed the report without hesitation. It was quick process with signing the paperwork appreciate his attentiveness.
