Clean organize store. Good staffing. Always there if you need help. Always greeted when enter. Keep in mind this location here is locally own, so you can t do refunds from other Napa store in anchorage.

Fantastic local NAPA location in Eagle River. They carry Alaska manufactured ice melt, which is key to a useable driveway! In addition they carry pretty much everything else you would need for car/RV/marine craft care. What they don t have they can order. The staff are always helpful and informative, which is great for someone who wouldn t know my sparks from my lug nuts. They are offering online ordering and curbside pick up during COVID and I highly suggest you sign up for their rewards program which offers several savings benefits.

I stopped here in the hope of buying a trailer package for my new car. Unfortunately, they did not have what I need and are in fact not sure if they are even available yet. The very polite and well-trained employee who worked with me suggested that I check with the dealership. I guess that's what I'll have to do. NAPA's still my go-to store for auto parts. Clean, neat store.

Have been there many times for Tacoma pickup and Briggs/Str riding mower parts/supplies. Staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always a pleasure buying supplies from them.

Pretty happy with this Napa although sometimes the employees there can be a little lacking in knowledge. At least they try.

This store is a good example of not just what a auto parts store should be like but ANY store. I am not basing this on a "billion part inventory" or other sales gimmicks. We were greeted genuinely when we walked in and offered assistance in a non-pressure manner when we needed it. We were looking to add some fuel filters to lawnmowers. The guy helping us new his products WELL and even showed us several of the exact same part from different manufacturers. Without asking he checked prices and told us the lowest priced one. When the person I was with inquired about a backup camera the same employee went above and beyond checking sale circular, catalogs, and the computer to tell us exactly what we needed to know in a quick, informative, manner. Part was available we came in for and service was great. Looked like other customers were getting the same. Phone call to the same location two days later for brake calipers had same great service.

I liked going here before but it seems like now these guys don t want to be bothered. More than once I ve called the Eagle River store and they ve just picked up the phone to hang up without saying hello. If they do answer the phone, they ll hang up before you even get to say if you need anything else.

Bought redtop on 13 Jan, 2020 and when I returned from training went to start my car the battery was dead. Wont even take a charge. Without a paper receipt, they won't take returns. Autozone keeps all bought goods by phone number and can look up anything you buy. I will be keeping all business through autozone.

Friendly staff. Hours of operation are fewer than two of the three other auto parts stores in Eagle River. This store tends to have the parts I need, when I need them, for all four of my vehicles.There is also a significant discount coupon available (for many years) on the back side of the nearby Fred Meyer receipts (25% off as of this review)

If you buy a battery from them, test it within the first 2 hours of buying it otherwise you re SOL when it s fried and you try to bring it back for one that actually works.
