I dropped my truck off to fix the TPMS issue and you were awesome and able to squeeze me in really quick. I paid over the phone as I couldn't pick up till after hours. When I got in the truck, the "tire pressure sensor fault" notification popped up on my screen. It should have been fixed. You guys are normally on the spot, and I'm bummed to have to inconvenience my family again to be able to drop it off and pick it up again. Please check on your QA/QC team.

I called and made reservation for my truck to be serviced. The next day was a speedy service after bringing it in. Didn't take long at all. Front desk help was courteous and friendly. It was an awesome experience. Thanks for taking care of my truck.

Midas took great care of me. There was an issue wherein the bolts were cross threaded on one of my studs when I had the tires rotated. When I informed them, they not only remedied the error but also installed my snow tires at the same time free of charge! Any business can make a mistake, but they will rarely take responsibility and fix it. Midas did the right thing and that is what keeps me coming back! The only complaint I have is that there seems to be a really loud and obnoxious buzzing on their phone system whenever I call, even when waiting on hold. This seems to have been going on for a while and can make scheduling appointments or calling with questions difficult.

I was absolutely stunned by the top tier, above and beyond customer service I received from Midas. Nelson was professional, knowledgeable, and even though he told me he could guarantee my tire changeover would be done by the end of the day, it was done was WAY sooner! Team was young and actually willing to learn from a seasoned customer with above average knowledge of car maintenance. They confirmed the standard OEM wheel bolt torque to me and I had them modify it according to the needs of my titanium studs. Knew what hub-centric spacers were, and gave me a recommendation to align a car as low as mine. They also balanced the front wheels well enough that they totally eliminated the perceptible wobble out of the steering at speeds above 70 - in fact getting it to feel perfect at 140+.Service: Tires

Had an amazing time while getting the oil. Nelson and Connor and even the guys that worked in my car did an efficient job and within 30 min. I got some working done in the waiting room and a fun conversation with these guys. They were a great help! Thank you!

Took my vehicle for an oil change, few hrs went by I was told it was ready for pick up. Picked up the keys after paying just to be surprised that oil change was never done. Returned to Midas to complain, just to be told that they will do it, was an oversight on their end...no apologies no accommodation of my time. Pathetic service and total disregard of customer relations. Crooks!!! Avoid this location!!!!

Needed a tire from a cracked rim placed on a new rim and the TPMS changed over. They diagnosed the cracked rim the week before and didn't charge me for the diagnoses. Quick turnaround at a fair price. I will use them again.

Had a great experience with changing tires and getting alignment done. I was also trying to figure out the sources of some noises I was hearing on my Outback around the wheels/brakes and one of the staff seriously listened to what I had noticed and gave ernest, extra effort to help me diagnose the issue.

Little disappointed that I took my car in to get something installed which caused another issue to which I'M supposed to take to the dealer now to get fixed and spend who knows how much on it. Seems unfair that I need to take my car somewhere else to get something fixed that was not an issue when I brought it in.

Went in for an oil change after coming back to Alaska from being gone, they did my oil change and punched my card. I have another free oil change went back with a flat repair which should have cost me $40 they said it was done I handed it to my card and I said. What are you paying us for all we had to do was Redo the bead. These guys are amazing
