Brandon and Vince at Glacier Autoworks are the best I've experienced in the Anchorage & Eagle river area. Excellent communication between insurance companies and the customers. As a car enthusiast I definitely recommend these guys for anything body or paint related. Always top notch service and excellent attention to detail on all the vehicles we've brought them.

Worst shop ever! Notice how all reviews are years ago. Please go somewhere else. They put rusted parts on our car, painted it and called it good. The "new" seat belts they put in where broken. So much to discuss, we had to take our car to another shop to fix what glacier auto "fixed" and charged us 9k for. Paid another shop to fix what glacier should have fixed. Stay Away, not worth your time, money and safety.

Vince and his team have never let us down. They have a common sense approach and they won t even give us a estimate if they think we are going to throw good money after bad. Their work is solid, never any problems after the fact. They try to get you your car back as quickly as possible too. They have been in business for a long time and are a USAA STARS business. If you are looking for straightforward answers, a friendly approach and good body work...Glacier will take care of you.

Stopped in to ask about stopping rust on my truck. Vince came out and helped suggest fixes that didn't include using their services. He was a wealth of information and asked for nothing in return. This is the type of business that represents our community well!

Kind and helpful team at Glacier Autoworks! My insurance was horrid but the team here (I mainly worked with Brandon and little with Vince) were very kind and understanding explaining the process and what repairs were critical as insurance offered no help.

Took my jeep to them to have a repair job done after I was rear ended. They finished in a timely manner and kept me informed on what was going on. They did everything they could to make sure my jeep didn't get totaled. Highly recommend

These guys are the best. I hit a moose and they made a really stressful situation much easier. My car looks brand new and they even got me a great deal on new tires. They also have really cute dogs. Thanks Vince, Brandon and team! Highly recommend

Decent job on the bodywork. They told gave me my truck back so I could drive it after bending the pins in a corroded headlight connector when they were putting it back together. They said it was a $130 part that would take them a couple weeks to get in and would be cheaper and faster to take to another business to just have it fixed. If I wanted to just buy the headlight pigtail assembly wire and bring it back they'd install it for me when another tech got back from vacation.That other business said they wouldn't replace the pins, they'd replace the whole part and it would probably charge me $400-$500 with labor. I ended up buying the connector myself which was $10 part online (not $130) and called Glacier Auto back and they said they didn't care what they told me, they were too busy and I'd have to take it elsewhere to have it wired back up. Very frustrating. I would not use this business again.

I drove down to Fairbanks to have my car repaired here after I failed to find a local shop that was up to the job. They were able to work with my schedule so that I was minimally inconvenienced and went out of their way to get the extensive repair done quickly. My car looks and feels like it s brand new again. Very happy with these guys.

I was in a rock slide on the Seward Highway that caused $20k worth of cosmetic and undercarriage damage on my 2019 BMW 330i Msport. The car looked close to new before the slide. Vince, Brandon, and the others took my car in and when I say the results where better than when I bought it... I mean it. I had a black metallic paint with gold flec and they were able to not only match it but to make it look even better than it did new. These guys know what they are doing and have an incredible attention to detail. I will never take any of my vehicles elsewhere. Convenient, fast, honest, and work of protectionists. They nailed it! I googled these guys, and decided to check them out because of the reviews. I had replaced an inside door handle on my wife s vehicle, and for whatever reason it wouldn t open whether inside or outside latches. I stopped by to see about having my vehicle worked on, and showed the gentleman at the front desk the door, he looked at it and he actually got the door opened in about 3-seconds. It was such a blessing, as they say- happy wife happy life! Great customer service, it was a simple fix, and he was super gracious about it! Made my day!!

My 2019 tacoma was damaged in a hit and run. These guys were quick with the inspection and estimate on the spot. Offered me multiple options for drop off and gave me an estimated time of completion. The parts ordered were shipped incorrectly, through no fault of theirs, and they called to update me right away with what was happening and how they were fixing it. This shop was highly professional and did amazing job. I would definitely recommend using them.Service: Body & Trim

I can understand why an old guy could be grumpy at 5pm on a friday, might have been a long day maybe a long week. Just wanted to get an updated estimate which includes all the damages which were left off (which Brandon explained over the phone very normal and polite made since). So my sons truck would be repaired back to prior accident condition. Seemed bothered, very rude).Just my experience though, maybe try a Monday or Tuesday after lunch time or bring a snack. I hear snickers work wonders

I had a really good experience here. I had thrown my driver door open in a wind storm and the hinges had gotten messed up so bad that I could barely close my door. I drove over and asked them to look at it. The man working (I think the owner?) took maybe ten minutes and fixed it himself. He only asked for 20$. It was quick, easy and I didn't feel like I had been ripped off which happens all too often at body shops. I would definitely recommend!

Nothing but GREAT service! After my accident, they got parts ordered and delivered, and my car in within two weeks. Three and a half days later, I had my car back. BONUS: they have a partnership with Enterprise to drop off and pick a rental car if you need one. It's hard to express how happy I was with their all around service.

Great experience - went in for a quote for a simple crack in my bumper. Offered to fix it on the spot after giving me quote for repair vs total bumper replacement (I opted for the quick repair). Will definitely be going to them in the future.

I go to Eagle River for their body shop because of how good they fixed my car compared to body shops in Anchorage. I would definitely guarantee Glacier autoworks
