Found out the office was temporarily closed due to the one employee having some health issues. All this after driving for three hours to get there. They didn t even bother to update the voice message on the phone to alert people like me. Tok s office is closed as well.If you want to get it done plan the trip to Fairbanks, they are pretty responsive over there.

Typical government organization. Can't figure out how to staff it so they don't have to close for lunch for an hour. Made people waiting in line leave and come back over an hour later. People with jobs may only have their lunchtime to get their DMV business accomplished. Plus many people have to travel long ways to get there only to wait.

Would not recommend. First off, the women insulted my daughter the moment she walked in, and told my daughter the moment she got there, your going to fail anyway, you should just go home. An guess what, she failed her even though she did fine with her parallel parking, wouldn t even allow her to leave the parking lot. The women was rude and hateful from the very beginning. I will never take any of my children here again. If I could leave 0 stars I would, or maybe if I could leave a negative rating. An I would love to see the women who thinks it s okay to speak to people like that FIRED!

It was quick! The copier machine gave her some problem but other than that, it was nice having an appointment rather than standing in line, waiting, like before.

Most days not busy. If there is a line, you only have 1-3 people in front of you. Very friendly.

So the address led us somewhere completely different, it's in the alaska state troopers delta post which is right next to Jarvis office center.
