Drove up to inquire about repairing a chip in my windshield on my Suburu. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the are doing the repair on a walk-in basis, and will be done within 30 minutes. Tech said moisture got sealed into crack. Nothing they can do now. No refund. Now waiting for it to crack more once temps drop. Should have stayed with Safeway.

They lived up to their name today! Had someone drop the ball on doing our boat glass before a big hunting trip. Explained the situation and they said they can have it done within a few hours. Can't thank Speedy Glass enough!

This is by far the worst business I have ever interacted with. The only saving grace is that the Regional Manager got involved and fought to get me the price reduction that I 100% was entitled to.I ordered a specialized shower glass set and they lost the order three times before successfully sending it out. It took several months alone to get them to order the glass I wanted. My point of contact was the furthest thing from accountable, apologetic or kind. Once they finally received the glass, they came out to install and the measurement was incorrect. They had to send it back out to have it replaced with the correct measurements. This happened a total of four times. Yes, they incorrectly measured and ordered the glass wrong four separate times. Each time coming to install and having to leave without it being completed. Ultimately, the entirety of ordering the glass and having it installed took more than year of my life (when I was told at the start that it would be around 3 months in total).It was absolutely unbelievable. However, I must note that the gentlemen who came out for installation each time were very kind, professional, and apologetic. And as I mentioned before, the Regional Manager did come in and rectify all that he possibly could. It just doesn t change the fact that this was the most difficult business experience I have ever had and I wouldn t wish it on anyone.Service: Glass installation

Called to have my Audi windshield replaced with insurance and they made the whole process super easy and answered all my questions. They also got my vehicle in the next day. Front desk was amazingly helpful. Saved me over a hundred dollars by recommending finding the needed glass at a local salvage (Northwest Auto Parts). They got my glass replaced quickly and did a great job!

Do not go here to get your windshield replaced.Pay the extra for good service and replacement they messed up my weatherstripping and blamed it on my vehicle when there was nothing wrong with it before I took it in

I called to set up an appointment for my husband. They told me he didn't need one and as long as he showed up before 3:30pm they would definitely get him taken care of. He showed up before 3pm and was told to come back the next day because they were too busy, still no appointment given, they said it wouldn't be a problem. When he showed up the next day, they said they wouldn't be able to help again, too busy. Why wouldn't they let me make an appointment when I called the first time? I gave 2 stars because 2 years ago they helped me quickly with no hassle but after this I'll choose somewhere else if I need to have glass taken care of again. Poor customer service.

I filed a claim with my insurance a week ago, speedy glass called me, didn't want to set up an appt, told me to walk in, and I'm guessing cause I didn't walk in that day, that they lost the paperwork. I came in this morning, keep in mind this is quite a ways away from my home and gas prices are crazy, we ended up leaving as they couldn't find my claim. Complete waste of time and money! I had to call my insurance company back and ask them if we could go somewhere else or if someone is able to come to us.

I went to get a fairly large chip repaired in my windshield. They started work on my truck right away and I was out the door in a short period of time. The chip looks great, barely noticeable and the price was good too. Very happy with them.

Would avoid this place at all costs! Only used speedy auto because we bought a vehicle from a dealership that had a broken windshield and the dealership paid for it to be repaired. Horrible customer service, they rescheduled our appointment three times. While sitting in the waiting room, I overheard two employees talk about charging customers different rates depending on who checks them out. They left glass inside our car on the dash, and I have to take it back to be recalibrated. Oh, and they also broke part of the rear view mirror and I now have to take my car back in when the part arrives. Would not recommend!Service: Auto windshield repair

Fixed some windows in my 4plex. Aside from ordering the wrong gear, 2 reschedules, and the 3-4 month wait........ hmmm. I understand though as we are in weird place right now. They were fast and friendly when they did get here to do the work, but even they could tell I had expensive floors in all my units. They walked as if they thought about taking off their shoes, but didn't. You know that walk while looking down at you step to see how the customer reacts lol? Snow, Ice, water everywhere. Get your guys some booties, for when they enter customer homes. Other than that all 4-5 guys in the crew got the job done.Services: Installation, Window repair

Everyone was helpful, timely and professional. In addition to outstanding service, they stand by their name - speedy! My windshield was replaced while I waited in a clean, quiet waiting area. (Due to a large earthquake at the exact time as my initial appointment, the manager reached out and communicated with me over the weekend through her personal phone to reschedule. I appreciate the extra care and thoughtfulness.)

I was in an extreme hurry as i had to ship my vehicle when i noticed a crack started up and had an hour to get it fixed. Eric told me to be here right at opening and they d have me taken care of. I was greeted by Felicity who quickly took care of me. Greg took a look and new it was urgent. They all went above and beyond to help me get in and out. Extremely amazing customer service, highly recommend!

Sharon- front desk lady is literally a C yoU Next Tuesday. Manager named Gina came out to offer assistance instead- she smelt like dogs and wet cigarettes- had as nasty an attitude as Sharon. Soooo happy there s more then one speedy glass in town because they were miserable creatures. HIRE BETTER STAFF PLEASE! I literally came in to inquire about a quote for a windshield repair and wiper replacement and was treated like a nuisance.
