Horrible experience with the service team. I received a text that my car was ready to pick up. The two front desk couldn t find my paperwork and refused to help me. One of the associates left the desk to help another customer and left me at the front desk with his other coworker who continued to sit behind the desk. He did not look for my paperwork on the computer or ask his other associates.I had to ask if I should just go walk to the office area for help. He responded with, I guess . The other associate didn t even circle back to ensure I was taken care of.Finally my paperwork was found after asking four people at the front desk. The fifth person I asked had my paperwork and was completely rude and condescending.

Steven Eder took it upon himself to make sure my Subaru and its repairs were very thoroughly vetted and done with the utmost quality in mind. There was a really tricky problem and they didn t give up! Nor did they ignore/minimize my complaints/concerns/desires. Thanks to Steven I am confident I was saved time and money, and can get back to daily life! Just in time for an Alaskan summer ;). Took car in for 8:15 am appointment and was not ready until after 5:00 pm. Oil change and tire change over took 9 hours to complete. This is second (and last time) this has happened to me . Buyer beware, an 8:15 appointment means nothing to them and if they feel they can push you to the end of the line for service they will.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I've been using this particular agency for 4 years for all my car needs. Everything amazing, helpful staff get their things done on time. Spacious waiting area with a huge TV, cleanest toilet possible and complimentary coffee station. Way to go Continental .Few things I think they can get better with is1. Clean and wash the floor mats in the car. It can be complimentary or can be charged. Before I move up to Alaska I lived in Washington State. They used to clean up the floor mats in the car.2. Do the car wash, can be complimentary or part of the service or can be charged.3. Go paperless possible. We live in the technology era, send all the receipts, reports to the emails. Email copies are easy to store and access whenever wherever I want.

Most expensive oil change in town and they don t top up your fluids when they re critically low. I apparently had 1 mm of rear brake left and had to fish for that information. No one offered to book me a service appointment

They did a decent job on the car repairs/airbag recall. My interior, however was left dirtier than when I left it, and with someone's coffee sleeve left in it. I have terrible allergies so I was quite upset.

Did a grate job on repairs but wish they would of told me the correct price of the repairs insted of liying to me about it
