We ve gone here for about 3.5 years for tire changeovers and have had great experiences in the past. However this last time, we had to bring both cars back to have things fixed after the tire changes. One vehicle had a tire that was slowly leaking air and we paid to have it fixed. Our other vehicle had 3 tire pressure sensors stop working the same day they changed the tires, so we had to pay $300 to get those fixed. We were not having any tire pressure sensor problems prior to the tire change . Also, the interior of one of the vehicles was so dirty when I picked it up- see photos included.The front staff are always so nice and we ve had great experiences in the past, but we were really disappointed with the way these situations were handled this go around. Might be time to find a different shop!

They were able to take my car the same day for a tire change over. Customer service was excellent. They gained a new returning customer!

The mechanic decided not to bead seal my car although I told front desk and they agreed to do it. I flagged it at 3 stars not as a complaint. But because people may read this and do a double check on their car.. Im posting it at three stars As the gap in communication between service and mechanic would be an issue thinking something got done. Pros : They charged a reasonable price. And went out of the way to get it done in a timely manner and also address the issue I had with my tire. this really is not a complaint. They were great. It is a review - so it's intent is to help people and check the work that is done. Second , to see if service is resistant to doing it when it's not done or accommodating. But they just took it back and did it.

Proud to support a local business! We have been coming here ever since our Alcan road trip caused a damaged tire in 2019. Best kept secret in Anchorage! They can always get us in and are fair with prices. Great people to do business with. We also love the pupper friends in the lobby while we wait.

My first time to come in to this place, its clean the front ladies are very helpful. The mechanic had a hard time airing my 22inches low profile tires. It took them 6 hours to swap 4 tires and airing 4 tires due to 30 series low profile.I have no complain, Service and good character to make costumers to come back. Good people good service! God bless this company.

These guys are GREAT! We came in with a blown tire. They had a new one for us and back on the car in minutes. The whole place is surprisigly clean.The waiting room is decked out! Really comfortable with dxtra large screen TV and plush executive chairs, free snacks and cold dispenser water.They charged us the lowest rates I've seen in years and took care of both our junk tire for at no charge.I recommend quality tire more than any other place in Anchorage.

Super strange place. They refuse to schedule an appointment with you and always say come in over I ll get you in right now . That s not the case. They are never available right now if you arrive and for some weird reason they refuse to schedule appointments leaving everything up to walk ins only. It s almost as if they don t want to actually get business. Then they say it s gonn take an hour or hour and a half to do the same job other tire shops can do in 30 min. When they say the mechanics are working on another car you can literally see the mechanics in the shop standing around and doing nothing. No wonder it takes 90 minutes to complete a 30 min job. They might be cheap but the service you get from them reflects the prices. Don t waste your time and money driving all the way to this shop just to find out they lied and can t take you right now.

Friendly staff. Great prices i called all over wasilla for a set of 17" tires and got quoted 800 for a set and I called here and not only a brand new set and studded tires. They also installed them as well for 560.00. All around best place to go and amazing prices. Will be a loyal customer and now my go to place.

These are the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. I was sitting idle next to Alaska hydraulics and the come up banging on my window yelling at me to leave saying I couldn t be here. They didn t want to help me, they had a chocolate lab sitting in a truck that was shut off when it was 20 degrees outside. They are not nice they are rude and have lost my business. They need new employees or just new owners. How rude! They don t even deserve 1 star!

Used to love taking my vehicle for tire change over, but last time the over inflated the tires in both vehicles so much (55-60psi instead of 35) the tire pressure sensors were so pressurized the low tire sensor turned on. Also didn t balance the tires at all when they mounted them, so the car shakes like crazy. The front staff are very really nice though(so I hate posting this), but I don t trust their mechanics enough to take my vehicles back. So I got them balanced somewhere else.

Can we go back to customer service like this? These are the most pleasant people to deal with, they do their job right the first time, and their prices are great. Five stars does not do them justice, go check them out for yourself you will not be disappointed! You guys rock! Keep up the great work!!

my girlfriend took her car there at 9 for inspection and didnt get it til now, we called them yesterday to see what time she'll be able to pick it up they said in the next hour or so but we never got a call back and she couldn't make it to work cos she was waiting for her car. Front staffs are nice but please do better than this

1 star because Girl at the front desk quoted us $480 for tires all around then after they pulled our car back she came and told us it would be $650 with install. I know quotes aren t set prices but that is a big jump.Second star since the guy said my car sounds cool. Thanks guy, I like it too.

Great place for an oil change, on the fly tire needs, decent prices, friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics. I recommend them and will stick with them since I don't trust most shops especially in Anchorage.

Cheap used tires in great condition. Took under an hour without an appointment. Under 400 changed, mounted, and balanced. They also replaced any studs that were missing. Best shop I've been to in Anchorage.

Service was amazing. Agnus at the front counter helped me find a great set of tires for my truck. 20's can be difficult.They showed me 2 sets, both great tred and price.Got them mounted and out the door used witj a 30 day warrantee.. wowWould recommend calling, ask for Agnus. You'll get great service.

Had a huge hook in my front tire. They got me in quick and fixed the puncture. Staff are very friendly and service is awesome. Pricing is also great. Would highly recommend this place.

Googled a tire place and found these guys. Brian found me a spare and gave me a price. When i came in everyone was friendly and informative- Had a chocolate lab as a personal greeter! This is a place I will come back to and refer my friends to.

On 1/21/17 I went to Quality Tire to buy all season tires. Issue 1: they gave me tires that were too big. So they said they will find tires that fit. Issue 2: I asked for my old tires, never got them back. Issue 3: they gave me summer tires, kept getting stuck in the snow, I PAID for all season tires, Not summer tires. They gave me winter tires on rims and the summer tires on my rims. Issue 4: one winter tire and one summer tire won't hold air. Issue 5: they scheduled an appointment for us at 9am & said he would look at the car today 4/15/17. When my hubs showed up, he said he isn't going to fix anything WASTED OUR TIME AND GAS.

Bought a set of tires. 1 was slashed. Went back and the kindly changed it for us at no charge. 2 days later our tire light came on again. Used tires that they suppose that are still good.

This place has great service right in the middle of tire changeover season walked in and in 45 min my tires were done very honest.prices wouldnt go anywhere else

Crappy service. Hated it all. Had a tire leak but apparently they couldn t find it so another shop did. Then when they took my truck out of the shop the drive got on the gas real fast and I was not happy with that. Overall was not happy with the experience. Would not recommend this service place

Best tire shop in town. Fantastic customer service, a large supply of used tires and very professional workers. I definitely recommend this shop .
