They have always been straight up with me, and any repairs I can't do on my Rig. I can count on them to do with confidence knowing it's going to be done right. As it was when the factory built it. And I'm very anal about my KW, just because a guy has a tool box doesn't make him a technician. The people are great in the Parts department too.
