I recommend glass shops almost all day long and I will be recommending Novus! It took no time to get my chip repaired and get back to work. They were incredibly friendly and super easy to find! Genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and if I need more chips repaired or even a new windshield- I will go back.

A very nice team got my windshield fixed quickly. The repairs were done with care and completely filled all of the cracks so I don't have to worry about them spreading.

I awesome service really. Just got a front windshield changed. The service was pretty fast and simple. They even did some smaller details to my car, which I did appreciate more than the actual windshield change haha. If you Schedule 2 weeks ahead or even a week ahead, you pretty much have a really flexible schedule if you have a busy schedule yourself.

This is 1 of the best experience I ever had with Novus Huffman. Quick windshield replacement the place is clean the only thing I noticed no complimentary hot coffee though.But, overall the guys who help me are polite and helpful good job guys.

David and Dennis were very kind and responsive when I called regarding my windshield replacement last Friday afternoon. I dropped my car off 9:30AM Monday morning and received a call that it was ready to be picked up before noon. Got a chip on the windshield, called in to my insurance to get authorization faxed to Novus, they had me in by 2pm the same day and the chip repaired in 30 minutes. Excellent and timely service, this is how a business should be run - efficiently. Novus did great on my windshield replacement and recalibration of my vehicle. David was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous about the whole recalibration process and the car not working afterward with its safety features, but I was worrying for nothing. Dave and his team know how it should be done and explain to you the process as well. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Novus class has been more than helpful the last few times I ve needed a chip repaired in my windshield I called they got me in right away it took about 25 minutes at the most and I was on my way. Today I needed to get a chip repaired and I made an appointment a few days ago I called to see if I could change that appointment and be 10 minutes behind and they were more than willing to he ll let me just come in a little bit late but then I had to call again and see if they could take me two hours early because I had more free time than I thought earlier in the day they were again is super helpful and really really considerate of my timeframe with dropping off and picking up children today. I will always use them as they are super helpful. One of the owners had asked me if I have a zero dollar deductible on my car insurance which I happen to have which I then called a number and filed a claim and I was able to have my windshield repaired free of charge and State Farm send some information and Novus gets paid through them it was so fast I was in and out in 20 minutes with this repairService: Auto windshield repair

Brought my friend over to have her rear view mirror reinstalled since it fell off one day, lost the original one, bought a new one but the adhesive from autoparts store didn't quite set right.Anyway Novus employees got her in right away and we knew it would be done right!!Had to let it cure overnight (little pad mirror actually connects to) then reattached in the morning.Haven't had an issueUpdated 13th OctoberJust had my windshield replaced and didn't take much time at all!!Dropped of at 8amPicked up at 9:20amThat's pretty good!!

I was able to drop off my car, without an appointment, with less than an hour until closing time, and they fixed a ding in my windshield within 20 minutes. Mike, the person operating the front desk at this Novus location, was very helpful too! He called my insurance company for me to handle reporting the claim (all i had to do was answer a few yes or no and verification questions with my insurance) and just like that, I was able to get the cost of the repair covered under my insurance policy, with no additional cost to me.What could be better? The staff was friendly, had my windshield repaired in under a half-hour, and i didn't have to hassle with insurance. I would highly recommend this Novus location to others! The service was exceptionally great!

I am so grateful and happy that Novus was able to take care of my broken window in my van and get it done that same day! i had called all over town and everyone was saying they were going to have to wait about a week or longer to get my window fixed because it needed to be shipped up from Washington. Dennis called around and found a used one that i was able to pick up and get installed the same day. They were so friendly and nice after dealing with my van being broken into and having my daughter's diaper bag stolen. They did such a great job and i would definitely go back and get more work done here in the future. THANK YOU FOR BEING MY HERO'S ON MY DARK DAY! :)

Someone smashed my car window with a rock. The only positive part of the whole experience was Novus Glass. They were able to get me in the same day and had a new window on the car within hours. They also took care of vacuuming up all the glass shards on the floor and seats so that I could use the interior of the car again. Low price and super friendly. Would highly recommend!!!

Novus Glass in Anchorage is fantastic! I got a pretty good size chip in my windshield this morning on a car I just purchased two and a half weeks ago! I called them today and they told me to stop by this afternoon. When I arrived they got me right in after a tiny wait and the chip turned out to be more than they expected and they had to fill it from two different angles but they just took care of it. On top of that, they helped me get the front license plate frame off and installed my license plate even though they were super busy! Amazing customer service; I highly recommend Novus Glass!!

Excellent, efficient service. I called around 2 pm, made appointment for 3:30 pm and was out in less than 15 mins (fixing a small crack on windshield). Very friendly, professional stuff! I've been going to Novus for years and have ALWAYS had only positive experience.

Prompt, professional, Courteous! I called the second I got a rock chip the day before Thanksgiving and they got me in immediately and I had my windshield sealed, paid for by my insurance, and ready to go within 30 mins. The glass replacement I needed for my older car isn't available in Anchorage warehouses, but Novus found the glass and was transparent about cost and options. I talked to 6 other glass shops in town and no one else offered, or was able, to find the glass anywhere else. They also fit my car into an already busy day, then finished the job earlier than anticipated. Great customer service.

Had my window busted out Sunday morning. I Called these guys 8 am Monday morning, they got me right in and had my car back to me before noon. Pricing was decent, great customer service! They even vacuumed my car, much appreciated!Thank you :)

I had my car broken into and needed my wondow fuxed. Called around town and Novus had the best rate for window replacement. I got my car in the same day that the incident happened and they even detailed my car making sure they got all the broken glass out. I was shocked by their quality customer service in combination with the lowest price in town. Great guys.

My front left window was busted out and everyone else quoted me higher prices while also saying that I'd have to wait til the next day for them to replace it.Novus replaced the glass on the same day and had a lower price. They also detailed the areas they worked in, repaired a broken clip in my door, and the new window rolls up and down better than the old 1 did. These guys are awesome!

Customer service was great from start to finish. The amount quoted on the phone was exactly the amount charged in the end. They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car, which I was not expecting. Thank you!

Specifically chose them for the next day availability. This was confirmed by 2 staff members. The next day I made specific plans to park the car in a dedicated area at work, that took 2 spaces in order to provide a working environment. I called after waiting 4.5 hours to find out that the appointment would be the following day. There was NO ownership of the miscommunication, or explanations of how the process might be improved to avoid the mistake for another customer. Blame was placed on the "call center." The manager was dismissive and passive aggressive. Found a GREAT referral Bager Glass 522-3927! Awesome and very accomodating man. Please honor him with your service needs.

They did an awesome job at replacing my passenger side window. Vacuumed all the glass on the floor. And clean my floor mats. I highly recommend them for their quality of service.

I had gotten a chip in my window just a couple days before Christmas and at 3pm so I was frantically calling everyone to see if they could get my car in and Novus was the only one that could take it in right when I called. I probably would have got a spider web across my windshield as it was super cold and I would have had to wait the weekend out if they couldn't get it done that day. Thank you Novus Glass!

My wife took our car to this shop for window replacement. They did a great job. They are the only shop in town that actually uses OEM windshields. The last I hear, all the other shops use cheep glass from Mexico that cracks the next time a rock hits it. The cheep glass is two thin sheets of glass with a thick silicon layer in between. The windshield that came with your car from the factory is much thicker glass and less silicon in between. Always ask for OEM Glass. You can tell just by picking up the glass that it's a lot heavier the the Mexican stuff. I used to fall for the adds about cheep windshield replacements. Those windshields never lasted very long.

Holy smokes these guys are awesome. Do not go anywhere else even if it is closer by. They not only replaced my eurovan' windshield but sanded out some rust and added some rust inhibitor. These guys are the bomb!
