Rolled into Dylan and Wade's place yesterday to get a Norcold propane part. Dylan came right out smiling and asking what I needed. After explaining the issue, he said they'd be happy to check it out because he appropriately questioned my diagnosis. 5 hours of hard work later(because of horrible access), it was running perfectly and the root cause was not what I planned to replace. These guys were competent, funny, and are now lifelong friends. THERE ARE GREAT PEOPLE STILL OUT THERE

Both Dylan and Wade went totally out of there way and spent more time than I could have dreamed of making sure my old fridge on a 2002 Rialta was going to work. Took it apart to its bones and rebuilt it all. I've never seen service like this anywhere. Just the nicest and most polite crew of guys you could ask for

This is not where you want to bring anything for repairs!!. He tried ripping us off on an RV water heater that was supposed to be warranty work. Claimed I never told him. Then after I paid him was going to submit the warranty claim to suburban. They not only refused him, but also covered that part of the work anyway. Also did a horrible job repacking trailer bearings. I had to have them replaced in Fairbanks a few days after. When I paid he refused to take a credit card because he said " right after you walk out the door you'll do a charge back. "

Literally one of the best businesses I ve ever worked with. They re busy, mildly pricey. But they re one of the last great do it right the first time businesses left. Thanks Wade and your team! You re all phenomenal!

My wife and I live in our RV so curtious service was very important to us. We couldn't be happier with the work performed. They fixed our propane valve and replaced the roof vent covers. I set aside $350 and even told the technician my budget and was very pleased when the bill came back at $216. Very fair labor rate. Honest people. I will be going back.

This guy is a con man. He was paid to work on a vehicle that was being shipped to Oregon. He was also paid to send the keys separately via mail. The keys never arrived. When I called to check on them he said he lost them. When asked to remedy the situation he said he gave us a good deal on the truck repairs and doesn t care about the lost keys . When I told him he needs to make it right he told me to jump off a bridge and go to hell. I couldn t believe it. He is having some health issues but I can t believe he would treat a customer like this. The electric key fobs he lost will cost me about $200 out of pocket to replace. If I didn t live in Oregon where the truck was shipped I would be dragging him to small claims court. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS GUY!
