Markel s Collision Center has with out a doubt shown their outstanding talents on our 21 Dodge Durango and I m so grateful that I chose this company to work on my car after getting in an accident this past winter. The owners, Mike and his wife Amy, were the kindest human beings and were extremely supportive, communicative and polite during the entire time our vehicle was in their hands. As I hope I never have to see them again under such extenuating circumstances, I do know who I ll return to if my car ever needs attention again. Consider myself a loyal and happy customer! Best shop in town honest, friendly, and a great crew of people I had them do some work on my 328i a while ago and they did a fantastic job. The painter really knows his stuff when it comes to color matching and also the body guy does a wonderful job I could give this shop a higher than 5 star rating I would and I ll be a lifetime customer.

See these folks if you want the job done right. They did a great job on our XC90 and we are more than pleased with our experience with them. Our Volvo looks brand new after being backed into earlier this fall. They handled everything that needed to happen to make our vehicle the way it was (actually better) before the accident. Joe and his team took amazing care of our car! He also helped with the claim process - Joe even offered to set up a three-way call with myself and the adjuster to ensure the insurance company was doing everything correctly. And to top it all off, Markel's detailed/washed our car! Great service all around.

Just picked up my 2014 E-350 4 Matic Coupe from Markel's Collision Center. My vehicle was damaged in the earthquake we suffered last year. I just wanted to say that Joe and his team went out of their way to make my vehicle look like it was never touched. The body work was exceptional and it looks as though it just came out of the showroom. I am truly impressed at the quality of their work. Joe will not release your vehicle unless he personally inspects the finished product and deems it done to his high standards. Markel s replaced the rear bumper on my vehicle which was damaged during a hit and run. All of the work associated with thus repair looks amazing! They even buffed out some scratches all over the body of the vehicle and detailed the inside! Impressive! Brought in two vehicles to Markel s and both times we received the very best service. Joe and the team are not just install and repair technicians, they are artisans. Take a look at the lines and curves of your vehicle after they are completed their work and you will understand what I am referencing.

Markel's does fantastic work and know the value of customer service. Our '15 Mercedes GL450 got rear-ended by a Jeep the day of the big earthquake. It took about a month and a half to get it in (they're super busy and have a small shop) and it took them about 2 weeks to finish once they had it due to having to order extra parts for unseen damage.The quality of the repair was amazing and oro been looked new again. There was an issue with the rear hatch opening on its own afterwards and Markel's scanned the computer and cleared the codes free of charge and even followed up with me a well later to see if it was effective (which it was).I highly recommend this shop for any high-end European auto body repairs. They'll take care of you.

Joe was great, had the car back as promised, in time. The shop itself did a great job on my car. It was just a dent from a hitch that somehow hit my bumper while in storage. It wasn't anything major but still a fantastic job. Would recommend if you drive a european car.

They were prompt and curteous in all our dealings. They scheduled us and their turn around was phenomenal in this day and age of everyone else having excuses. There is a reason Markel's is rated as a 5/5 and this review will just add to that. Their overall service is exceptional and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. They event texted pictures, and met in person, to fine-tune and exceed all expectations. You cannot go wrong with Markel's!
