Long wait for an estimate (almost a month) but friendly service. Especially appreciated Trevor's compassionate nature when I was shocked my car was a loss. He took the time to explain the extent of the damage and how it made the car unsafe. That made quite an impression. Just wish I could have known that weeks ago.

I'm returning customer with Lithia Auto body. I will never be returning again. My Durango vandalized in Nov of 2023. My Durango was running when it got there.Between dealing with my insurance company and Lithia Auto body it was nightmare. The insurance company only paid for certain parts. Lithia Auto body didn't represent me.The front desk customer service is horrible. They are not good with communicating with you. They are very unorganized. When I came in to the front desk to finish my claim. I asked for the piece of trim that goes at the bottom of my Durango. They lost the one piece that the body shop was in charge of ordering. So I never got the trim to my Durango. It was hard to get an update on my Durango. Lithia Auto body doesn't care about there customers.The GM at Lithia Auto body is a clown. He did nothing for me. I got to pay $1,000 deductible for broken Durango. I got to pay for my own tow to get my vehicle out. Keep your vehicle far away from this shop. I was mistreated and screwed over during entire process.

Goodafternoon everyone all the bad reviews you hear about lithia is true.We took our mercedes for replace of hood damage from a bicycle that ran into us .we took it to lithia auto body November 112023 we got our suv back with a crooked hood out front light and a camera not working lithia claim it's a electrical problem. A Mgr over there refuse to hear our complaint and called the cops for no reason .the people that's been answering the phone are rude people.

They did the body work on both of my vehicles and did an excellent job!! The only issue I had was not communicating when one of them would be completely done. Besides that great service, friendly staff and awesome repair job!!! Definitely recommend them!!

If I could leave no stars I would. They never answer the phone and they never call back people when left a voicemail. I called them to confirm when I would get my car back and was told it would be the next day (a Friday) but when looked at the times open online for fridays it says until 5pm but their voicemail recordings says 12pm. Now I have to wait until Monday. Without a vehicle. This wouldn t normally be a problem but I needed my car for the weekend.

Took our Ram 2500 6.7L Big Horn to have my bumper replaced after a collision. They were able to get me an appointment within a week. The service did take an extra day to complete but it was still much more timely than I was expecting. They washed the outside and detailed the inside, it was great to pick up the truck nice and clean and dent free. They did a great job.Service: Body & Trim

My car was towed to this body shop in January of this year, my insurance paid them in full to repair my car, estimated 5 days to fix it, it s been almost 4 months and still don t have it back, I ve had to pay out of pocket a rental car around 3000. They continually tell me some kind of reason why it s not done, if you call them and they don t want to talk to you they don t answer the phone and won t return your call. Do not ever take your car to them, it will cost you big bucks my friend took his car to classic collision and his was fixed in 4 days.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

If I could give this shop zero stars I would. They took more than a month longer than quoted to repair my husband's car after his accident. We were forced to spend thousands of extra dollars on a rental car. Come to find out, his car had been done for weeks, but they wouldn't release it because payment was held up with insurance. Instead of telling us so that we could call our insurance provider, they lied and kept stalling saying it wasn't done. When my husband finally got someone to admit that it was in fact done and just waiting on insurance payment, he was able to call our insurance adjustors and the payment went through that day. We could have saved a tremendous amount of money on rentalncars had they been honest and communicated with us. They never called with updates and when we did interact with them on the phone, they were short and rude with us. My husband was constantly having to call and check on the status. At one point, they told us it would be done on a certain day. My husband actually took time off of work just so we could pick it up before they closed and when we got there they told us it wasn't ready and they forgot to call and tell us! When it came time to pick the car up, the battery had died because they let it sit parked in the cold for so long and never started bothered to start it. Literally the worst car service I have ever had across many states worth of service shops. Beware and stay far far away from this shop.Service: Body & Trim

Well we had to get the Subaru Outback fixed after an Uber driver pulled out in front of us last winter. When they were finally able to get around to fixing our car. We waited 3 months for parts. They forgot to install windshield washer reservior. And the hood never lined up right either. They have called once in the last 10 months to tell us they had some extra parts for our car. When we call them nobody is able to help. They say they are short staffed and you never get a the call back that they promised. Absolutely abysmal customer service and a pathetic job on the actually body work. They literally left critical parts off the car and said come pick it up!

I didn't receive any service, so this review is not regarding the quality of their work, just my experience trying to get them to work on my car.I got into an accident in February. I called them that same day and they were very nice on the phone, told me to come in the next day for an estimate. I came in the next day and filled out a piece of paper with insurance information and contact information. Some guy looked at my car and said they needed more information from insurance. It was my first accident so I had no clue what it meant - they explained, then said no worries, they have someone in network and they'll give me a call back2 weeks in no call back. I called again but they said they didn't have any record of my visit. I told them what happened, and they said they needed more information and asked me to email them. I emailed them, 1 month later no call backI called again and this time they told me to fill out paper work on their website - I did, 2 weeks later and no call backI got fed up and called Classic Collision, I got an appointment and an estimate right away the following week.Don't waste time here just go somewhere else.

Great shop! If you love never hearing a thing from the shop that has had your vehicle for 6 months! Zero updates it's amazing! Silence is exactly what most people want when they're counting on driving a vehicle they own! If you think you're going to call and talk to the supervisor guess what!? Your in luck! The "person" your calling to talk to is perpetually eatting and is somehow always on lunch! The wait staff with assure you.. he'll give you a call back!! Don't forget though. We love silence, you'll never hear back! Amazing! If you choose to call first thing in the morning two weeks later! You guessed it, "good news we're almost done, which vehicle is yours again?" I couldn't have asked for better service. my Subaru looked as good as new when they were done With the front end major damage I had. Tiffany was very helpful and very pleasurable to talk to about any questions I had. This is my third time using their services but it's the second time that the wrong part was sent for my vehicle. Therefore, my vehicle has been at Lithia for more time than my insurance will allow a rental vehicle. Get it together or get a new parts guy. The date is now August 22, 2022 and I'm still waiting for them to install 2 sensors in my front bumpers and sand and repaint my fender that they were supposed to do, but instead they just touched it up with a pen. I could've done that at my house.

I rear ended someone a month ago. They were super kind and respectful to me. When they called me to let me know my truck was ready for pick up I notice I had a mismatch of headlight in the truck. One was a chrome housing and the other side was a black housing. They said they would fix the problem. I received a call from the insurance adjuster saying my. Original lights were no longer made. Deal was I could find anything after market lights I want except they wanted to replace both my headlights which cost 1300 together with a pair of headlights that where 300 total. Took me three weeks trying to get the issue fixed but they kept being rude and not wanting to work with me on it. They eventually gave in and bought the lights I wanted but come to find out they said they can t install them because it to many after market parts and refused to do it for me. I had to install them in my work parking lot I got it done myself in 2 1/2 hours they couldn t even figure it out. So guys they will use cheap products to replace quality parts.

I was a little upset that my vehicle took longer, but I understand that a vehicle cannot be repaired without the proper parts (that were on backorder, so its not their fault). Then as the vehicle was getting ready to leave the shop, they did a final inspection and found out something that needed to be done and they did it before letting me drive off the lot with it. Now that I know they did a once over after getting it fixed it, I feel more safe with the repairs on the vehicle. They even detailed the inside (it smells amazing inside and clean). They even guarantee the repairs done for the life of the vehicle (so long as I don't sell it) and said to bring it back if I had any problems in the future. With me living 50 miles out of Anchorage and driving in and out everyday, I'm glad they took the time to make sure everything was okay and safe for me to drive. I had gotten my door replaced on my car following an accident that was covered by insurance. When my car was there I didn't get any calls updating me on the status of the repair although when I did call the representative was very nice and happy to help. When I got my car back after driving it for about a week I notice that it was on a bit odd and there was air coming through the bottom. I called to let them know and they told me to bring it in so I did. The representative took a look at it and said they can get it fixed up on Friday (which was 2 days away) I told them I had to work that day and they said they can pick it from my work no problem! Friday comes around and I shot him a text letting him know my car was ready and didn't hear back. I gave them a call and they didn't know what I was talking about and tried transferring me to the guy that was helping me. I was on hold for a very long time and somehow got connected to another customer that was on hold and then disconnected. I have not reached out since and have not heard back. I do not appreciate the hassle that I had trying to get this issue fixed, which it is still not!

Lithia Auto Body has helped us several times over the years (with several different cars, thanks to teenage boys) and EVERY time they have been timely, professional, and done an outstanding job!! High quality repairs that you couldn't tell were ever damaged! Price has always been good (lower than other quotes I had received). Repairs were done quickly and efficiently and the staff were easy to work with and incredibly friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING LITHIA AUTO BODY!! You won't be disappointed. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

I took my car to Lithia for auto body damage (upon multiple recommendations from Subaru, my insurance company, and coworkers). I was disappointed from the start regarding the lack of communication not only with myself as a customer, but between employees, but decided to take my vehicle here anyways due to the positive reviews. When I dropped off my car to have the exterior repaired, I received my car back over a week later (when they quoted only 5 days, which then messed up my rental accommodations -that was a different ordeal) with a fixed exterior, but MAJOR interior and electrical damage (not to mention how dirty the inside was when it was given back to me). When I reported the damage right away and reported this wasn't how I brought it in (in addition to all the damage occurring ONLY on the side they worked on), an employee told me they were unable to fix the issues and to bring it to the Subaru dealership. Subaru was able to determine that the Lithia mechanics had failed to plug the electronic system back in, however they would have to charge me to fix the other damages. When I contacted my insurance company to let them know of my experience and that I would not be paying for damages that I had not done, they had a representative come look at my car. The representative found 3 additional issues with the car due to them poorly putting my car back together upon fixing the exterior damage (now up to a total of 7 items wrong/broken). Luckily, the representative personally knew the Lithia owner and was able to get ahold of him via his personal cell phone to fix the damages. When I met with the owner, he stated the issues would be fixed within a day and they would overnight the parts. He also agreed to pay for a rental if more time was needed. I was pleased for the time being, but was very nervous to bring my car back to the same mechanics/technicians who had damaged it in the first place. I waited over a week before I had to contact the owner again myself to see what was the issue about the lack of communication (when he stated the parts would have been overnighted). I finally brought my car in in the morning (10am, so they would have all day to work on it), and verbally stated they would be closed before I got off of work, so to call me about the status of my car before they closed. I also printed out a copy of the items that needed to be fixed. The end of the day arrived when I brought my car in for the second time for them to fix the damage they had created, but nobody ever called me to let me know the status of my car. I was stuck at work with no vehicle, relying on a friend to pick me up. I drove past both locations to see if my car was fixed and a "lock in" had been completed. This was not the case. I left a message stating my frustrations. They called back the next morning apologizing for the mix up and that my car was done. They agreed to drop off my car at work (since I had to rely on someone else to get to work so I would not have to take a day off), but this took over an hour. I received my car back a second time just as dirty, but with everything fixed. Their mechanics/technicians do NOT take the time or precision to fix issues without creating new ones and the entire company has HORRIBLE communication. I would NOT recommend this company to people who like direct/consistent communication, who work long hours (Lithia hours are horrible for drop off/picks ups), or who like getting their car back the first time in an acceptable/fixed manner. I will definitely be taking my car elsewhere for future work. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. My vehicle was towed to them via my insurance company. They don t answer the phone, and when they do, they never have any new information even when weeks have gone by. Last conversation they said they didn t have a clue when they d get to it. Took it to another body shop and had an estimate the NEXT day. Do with this information what you will, but I wouldn t waste my time. There s other places that will get the job done. (Stepp Brothers Body Shop - for anyone interested in better work and customer service).

I would give zero stars if I could. My car has been there for 3 weeks now for what was supposed to be a 3-4 day fix. After a week with no update, I called to check. Was told it should be another 3-4 days. Now we are going on 2 more weeks and I can t even get them to return a call. Unacceptable! Steer clear of them, I will never go back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away!

I don t ever feel the need to leave a review. I wouldn t even give One if possible. I understand days are long and customers can be troublesome. I also know that when working in customer service when a customer walks in you don t start Huffing and Puffing rolling your eyes tossing around papers and giving attitude about the fact that it s maybe 5 minutes past closing time, apologizing, standing at the door and seeing if there was a way to do an overnight drop off or just dropping it off. (regardless of if I m just dropping a truck off as told). I m sure that they have great people but I ve been to many places with not great service and have gone back. With this I can wholeheartedly say that I will never step foot or recommend this shop to anyone with just that one experience alone.I would advise the owner to look into looking into getting an employee that can keep her emotions in check and politely speak to customers.- I can t even make note of their work because I wasn t even able to make it through the door.

They ve had my car since May, it is now October,Even though they have already received 20000 from the insurance company ,I still don t have my car. I wish I were making this up , from what I ve learned for other customers if you need a collision or body shop go to classic collision, people with collision worst than mine are back on the road , two months before me.

Great service at first, brought my truck in with only the back sensors not working. Fixed within a week but when I picked up my truck I noticed that in their care they cracked my windshield almost all the way across. No big deal, went back in where they proceeded to tell me it was my fault and that they had nothing to do with it. They refused to fix my now ruined windshield. Will never go back.

I got into a fender bender in the Costco parking lot. My Toyota Tundra had no damage but the PT Cruiser was not as fortunate.My ball hitch gouged the poor flimsy car. The owner of the vehicle contacted Lithia Auto Body and they got it in fast. The service was excellent and easy to work with. The car was repaired perfectly and the paperwork with the insurance company was all taken care of as the car was done. I highly recommend Lithia Auto Body. I ll add that the owner of the PT was very particular and not easily satisfied which he made very clear, however after he saw the quality of the repair and attention to detail, we were both very happy with the results.Service: Body & Trim

I wanted to have a good experience here but so far the whole thing has been one mishap after another. Since i'm so angry about all of the things that have occurred i'm just going to leave it.First, i couldn't get an appointment for 1 weeks after my accident.Second, was told it was going to take a month for the repairs.Third, The wheel on the side of the car with damage wasn't removed to inspect to see if there was damage.Fourth, after picking up the car which took only 2 weeks instead was good but upon initial inspection there glaring errors around the car. They included a completely scratched up brand new paint job, a misaligned hood, the car did not do any type of audible feedback upon locking, and they did not change the outside temperature sensor.Fifth, i had to take the car back and leave it all day so they could fix it.Sixth, i went to replace washer fluid in the reservoir and low and behold more issues. The reservoir fill neck was not secured and there is another panel that isn't secured. So i have to take my car back yet again to get looked at and then leave it and then pick it up.Save your time and frustrations, stay the hell away from this auto body shop.

Exceptional service! I got rear ended at the end of this winter and needed a quarter panel and bumper replacement. Understandably, it s never a quick schedule to get replacement parts to Alaska, so the work took about three weeks. I was called about all necessary updates, and my car was finished when they said it would be. Exterior and interior were also sparkling clean! I went there to get my car fixed and I warned them the backing of the key was loose and had even put take there to keep it on. The manager said it's fine and then when I got the car back they handed my keys to me I noticed the backing of completely missing and so was the tape. I asked the manager as he tried to wall away and he said he'd just get me a new remote. Sadly he dodged me for a few weeks before I finally got the matter settled.
