Had my car done within a week and got me in 3 months BEFORE the other locations could. Excellent work on my repair, looks like it never happened!

Chloe was very helpful and informative thru a very stressful situation whose guidance came thru. Girls up front were also very professional and had great cust. serv. considering most people coming in are Injured or upset for having to get repairs.

it was ok better than most but the issue is I had my front tire worked on including the sensors. when I finally got my vehicle back no later than a week or two all my sensor went out and I had no traction no ABS and no 4 wheel drive which important in the snow they said they couldnt help to take it to some where else, but when I looked around I found the issue and got the part ordered . this took less than 30 minutes when they could have fixed it . they put the ABS sensor around the tire when I drove around it tore of which is the shops faultService: Auto engine diagnostic

Had to go in to get the my side rear fixed due to an accident. They were so nice and gave me frequent updates with what s happening to my vehicle. I have such a busy schedule and when I asked if I can pick up my car earlier than the date they set up, they were quick to make sure everything was in top condition and I was able to pick it up the next day! They did a fantastic job on my car and like I mentioned earlier, everyone was so nice! Thank you, Jaeson + team!

Jaeson (and team) absolutely killed it, I got my Ford back looking better than ever. They even cleaned up the inside, not expecting that at all. My repairs only took longer because we were waiting for parts, but I was given constant updates and received nothing but professional customer service. You guys are awesome! They fixed the front bumper of my car, came back looking brand new, I can t recommend them enough. They were great, from the front desk to the mechanics, aka car doctors. They took in our truck for insurance claim. They've taken way long to give it back then when it was time to get it SOMEONE VANDALIZED OUR TRUCK IN THEIR OWN LOT IN BROAD DAY LIGHTIt has taken almost a week longer to replace the vandalism when they told us Friday it would be fixed Monday. Now they are giving us trouble bc they don't take cash. It has been a terrible experience dealing with them.DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

A bear had broken into our car & opened the glove box by removing parts of the dash board. It was very careful & only left one small scratch. Classic had us pull in, fixed the dash in 15 minutes & wished us a happy rest of our vacation. We tried to pay but it was refused. Great place nice people.

I have used this company many times, all employees I dealt with from start to finish are so attentive, professional and top notch . The job is always done right and my SUV looks great when I return to pick it up. Recently I needed my vehicle fixed and back in time for out of state company who were counting on my help and the job was completed quickly and I can t thank them enough. It s a business that has that old time Alaska spirit, they want your business and customer service is their first priority

Had a wonderful experience with my Audi A4 being repaired! I received text message notifications on where in the process they were and the repair technician was wonderful and easy to talk to when he came out to show me the work after it was finished. Would highly recommend their business for anyone looking for body work from a rough winter.They even returned my car cleaner than when I left it! This repair was my first and I had no idea what to expect. They got me in the next day for the evaluation and they went over step by step with me. They said that it would be about 1 week and a half but it only took them 4 days. My car looks great and I think they even detailed the inside. What ever they did I am more than happy. The exceeds all of my expectations. I hope I never need them again but I'd I do I know where to go.

Got a quick estimate place was clean staff was nice but it's been 4 days and they still haven't submitted my estimate to state farm???? Update * yes I did come in on a Friday at 10 am and by the end of business that day your staff failed to submit the estimate to state farm. I followed up on Monday and it wasn't until about 2 pm that your staff was able to finally submit the information to state farm. Once that information was submitted it only took me 20 minutes on the phone with state farm to receive the funds directly into my account.

Friendly and extremely attentive staff. When I dropped it off they couldn t get a hold of the car rental company (they wouldn t answer the phone) so the shop hired a car to take me there. The work was incredibly well done. They kept in constant touch with the progress and I found them to be very professional. Over the years I ve had to use a body shop several times in the lower 48, and Fix Auto is by far the best in every way.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the team at Fix Auto on 5th! The mechanics made my nearly totaled front end look fresh off the showroom floor. The ladies in the front are always so kind and understanding. I appreciated their communication and keeping me informed as they received updates on my parts. My vehicle was being worked on over Christmas, and even despite the holiday season, it was done pretty quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work.

I highly recommend Fix Auto. Not only were they able to give me a quick estimate, they finished the work ahead of schedule and left my car sparkling. I was so happy with the service and although hopefully I don t need body work again soon, this will definitely be my first pick. Everyone was kind, patient, and informed. I can not recommend Fix Auto enough for your repair needs! There is a reason why they are so highly rated in their reviews. Their customer service is top notch, and I appreciated how up to date they kept me throughout the repair process through calls, texts and emails. Took me 2016 Silverado to get some body work, paint and a new rear bumper put on after a boulder came out of no where and hit my truck. I looked at 5 or 6 different shops to do the work and Fix Auto on 5th Ave had the highest rating with the most reviews. I always read the worse ones first and work my way up. After reading their reviews and the reviews of other shops I went with Fix Auto.When I dropped the truck off the front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful. My self and Miranda looked over my truck at the damage and she had an estimate ready in about 10 min. She said it may take 2 weeks or so because of the painting process. They had my truck for about 1.5 weeks and called me to come pick it up. When I picked up my truck I gave it a look over and notice the new bumper I had put on had scratches on it and pain job on the tailgate wasn't very good and the 4x4 sticker on my bed was cut to get a bubble or a fold out of it. Needless to say I wasn't very happy.Miranda came out with me and looked at the truck and agreed this was not right and they would fix it ASAP. She was right the next day I was able to drop the truck back off and picked it back up today and everything looks perfect. My truck looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. Even with the little issues we had I would still highly recommend Fix Auto for any car repair you need. Miranda and the rest of the staff really are amazing and helped keep the process as stress free as possible. Thank you Fix Auto for getting my truck back to new.

Had the best experience!! They got me right in, provided a detailed estimate, and did a stellar job. The staff was kind and professional. They gave me regular progress reports on the job. The outcome was fabulous! I would definitely recommend them any day.

Fix Auto worked on my truck back in August after I was involved in an accident. It took them a while to fix it because of a holiday and GMC strike but they were honest with me, updated me consistently and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. I would definitely bring a future car to them if I had any issues.

TLDR; took almost three months to fix my car, accused me of fraud, lied about parts, lied about status, paint looks good now that car is doneAfter initial estimate was made(march) and the plan agreed upon we paid them upfront so they could order the parts we agreed to get. The part (bumper) that we wanted and they ordered for us took over a month to show up. They called us and told us the bumper was in and they were ready to start the work. (We also were going to have them paint the hood and other fender, so it would all match nicely, out of our pocket.) when we showed up they had no idea that we had ordered an other than stock bumper and wanted the other paint work done and acted like we were trying to commit fraud. I knew right then we should leave, I told the front office that we should just cancel the whole thing and we would take our money back and the bumper they ordered for us (obviously paying for the part+shipping) he said he would have to figure out the cost. Some how some way they convinced my wife to not walk away and she wanted to use them still (eye roll emoji) so we go back almost 2 weeks later. We drop the car off and are told there is no bumper, our only option is to use the factory one. They said it wasnt possible to put a different bumper on the car. My wife decided she was ok with that (bigger eye roll emoji) and left the car for what was supposed to be 7-10 days on day 10 they texted us and said your car will be ready next week. next week comes and goes no update, following monday text stating car is in paint and will be ready this week. The week ends no update, following week get a text that they had to order a part for the bumper and it hasnt come in. wait another week and finally get the call that the car was done (June). The painter did a good job. but the office people are straight up garbage I will never use this place again and i will most definitely try to discourage anyone else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stranded in the Winter with three kids in Alaska. Thanks A Lot, Classic Collision. The insurance suggested these guys for exterior body/trim and mechanical work, DURING the repairs, the electrical wiring has been damaged going to the back door and NOW my door doesn't lock, the running light has no power and when we turned the running light on, the Windshield wiper in the rear went as fast as it could continuously until it Quit completely.Unable to lock the vehicle, clear the rear windshield or properly signal on one side, I can't put my kids into it safely and drive; we asked them to fix it, but they've completely messed things up with my husband when they were unable to consider their role in the malfunctions, then suggested that we were driving around before the accident with the Family car in this condition, clearly they don't have kids. So my husband took the car into another shop and there is a long wait before it can be repaired.Meanwhile, I will need to use public transportation and charity to get our groceries, get to the doctor, and attend church; This is quite a burden with 3 kids, and I admire those moms who do it all winter here in the Last Frontier. I. miss my warm Dodge Journey with all my kids safe and secure as I watch the snow piling up outside.Why did I trust this place when I had never done business before with them? when they tell you how long it will take our cars to be fixed and it took longer than expected. they said our truck will take a week to get it fix and that took almost 2 weeks and they ordered the wrong parts. the truck came out and they didn t put the sticker on it. they said will have to come back and do it. now we are waiting for our second car they said it will take two weeks but its going on 3 weeks already. No communication whatsoever! we had to call to see what s going on or when will it be ready! today they said as of Wed 3 2019. no call yet. this is the first time we got our car fixed and i never felt so disappointed in this kind of stuff! my husband told them off when we got our truck and now we are waiting even more for our sec car!

Brought my 1995 Tacoma in for some damage to the front end. When I got my truck back it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. Fix Auto knocked 25 years off my truck and I couldn't be more impressed. Communication was fantastic, I received text updates on the status of my repairs regularly and could always get a hold of somebody if I needed to. Classic collision wasn't my first choice for my ins claim but the other place didn't work out and I'm happy. CC was great and texted me every step of the process. They don't take cash so keep that in mind!

Fix auto is great! They kept me informed through the whole process. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner then when I brought it in. When the repairs were complete, you couldn t even tell I was in an accident. Highly recommend!!!!

Did an amazing job on my vehicle repair and very quick. They are also very communicative on the status and progress of your vehicle and actually call you rather than the latter that seems to be the normal these days.

Their painter is top notch . Repair a dent on my 2017 f250s door and you cant tell anything is dif even under close up inspections with a light . Great place. Second vehicle they have fixed for us. This reveiw is for this location only . Other fix auto are not so great
