They are very accomodating! I saw that they took good care of my truck, avoiding getting scratched and all. Plus they explained and check the status of my new old tires that was installed to my vehicle! Overall i am very satisfied. I Highly recommend them!

Walked in for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Waited maybe 10 minutes for them to take my car in, and my oil change plus basic inspection was done in about 20 minutes. The guys in the shop were easy to deal with, they checked lights/other fluids, and gave me an inspection report with what was good and what needed future attention without trying to push extra services that I didn't want at the time.I should also note that I'm a woman who's not very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and they didn't talk to me like I'm stupid, they just answered my questions and got on with it.If you can't/don't want to change your own oil, this is a fine place to go in Anchorage. Plus they're open on Saturdays which helps if you work during the week.

Friendly team from the office staff to the mechanics. Fast service! I was able to get my oil change on my break and still have time to enjoy the rest of my lunch. Definitely a positive experience!

Great and incredibly quick service. I got in at 5:20pm for a full service oil change and was out in 20 minutes. Always friendly as well. Will remain a repeat customer

I returned today, December 22, for my first tire rotation. The technician assigned to my vehicle, Terran (sp), was very helpful in answering my questions.My first visit was last year when they installed my 4 new all-terrain tires.Both times the people of this business were courteous, professional, and showed that they care about their customers car.

The guy in the garage who worked on the vehicle was super nice.The front desk guy was dismissive and rude. A giant middle finger would have been more polite.suggestion: When a customer walks in and says "Good morning. I'm here because I need...", maybe give off the vibe that having a customer is a good thing.

This is not an honest mechanic shop. I took my car for an engine repair got it back the same day something else went wrong. So I took it back the same day to get that new problem fix and later on that day my car died out and it was another issue. So I decided not to go back. I honestly feel like they were causing new problems my car didn t have. In the the end I went to a whole new shop and now nothing new is breaking down.

Appreciate these guys. I can change my own oil but who wants to transport the used oil to have it properly disposed? They always do a great job.

So on my $119 oil change 9 days ago I got ripped off in that the service e on my re iept and what was actually given were 2 different things. Washer fluid is empty. In 2 years owning my car I have never added fluid except at oil changes, this time 8 days. Was not filled. Tires are listed as all Checked and filled to 33#s. Was not done. 1@28, 1@29, 2@30. Now I have to fill my tires, buy and fill my washer fluid and I seriously doubt they ever checked any other fluids which I will do tomorrow. I pay to get service done then have to do it myself after paying. Total ripoff, never, ever again.

Needed my oil changed. Only had to wait 30 minutes. Also checked the rest of my truck and noticed my radiator needed flushing. Got done in about an hour and even sent me pictures of places they had checked

Guy on phone was friendly, dropped truck off was done before 5pm. Price was cheaper than other places in town, also one of the only places I called that doesn t force you to buy tires from them in order to do the work.

I was told that I could be in and out for an oil change in 40-50 minutes. After 45 minutes they hadn't even started. When I asked about the delay, I was told they were waiting for another vehicle to get an air filter delivered, and that I would have to wait as least 45 more minutes. Would have been nice if that had been communicated to me sooner so I could have gone somewhere else sooner instead of wasting my time.

Ryan is awesome here, helped me out a ton with getting my tires installed from tire rack on my sti. Decent wait times in first come first serve, but good pricing with great service.

It was my first time doing business here and will return. The staff was very friendly, and the service was great. They have fair prices and the job is done throughly and quickly. It s nice to be able to drive up and get an oil change done. The oil change took about 30 minutes. They have a nice waiting area that s clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Point S Tire. They had outstanding service and everyone was extremely friendly. They answered all my questions and they were very efficient. I just moved to AK less than a month ago and needed studded tires put on my car. I called yesterday and they held the tires for me until I could get there. I arrived today and they had my tires changed within 45 minutes. I am very satisfied and I will definitely be back. Thank you Point S!

First, the customer service is terrible. Very difficult to schedule an appointment, and when I called they were very impatient and pretentious. I understand they are busy, but that s no reason to be rude to customers.Second, they are from being experts who work on teslas, as they self proclaim. I had them fix my tire alignment three months ago and it s already an issue again (which is why I was making a new appointment). Not sure what I even paid for since they clearly weren t able to correct the problem the first time.Go to Meineke instead.

Of all the tire shops we have used over our decades in Alaska these guys are the most pleasant, helpful and kind in the midst of tire change over season (honestly the other tire shops I have used have not been bad but they often seem stressed and curt, although economical may be more often descriptive). These guys take the time to be gracious and as helpful as needed.I ordered some tires they did not have in stock that came in late. We live in an area that is higher up and has steep, bad roads. They squeezed us in as soon as the tires came in.When I ordered the tires, the person I talked to was knowledgable about the advantages of the tires I asked about as well as other options. No pressure to buy one tire over another, just clean descriptions of differing advantages, disadvantages and why they were due to tire design. Next time I think I will just tell them what I need and let them tell me what tire I should get.

The staff were open an honest when I brought my jeep in for an alignment. Told me what was wrong with it and why while also showing me what exactly was wrong instead of charging me or aligning my vehicle anyway causing more damage just for money sake. Also treating me like a human vs talking down to me because I'm a female. (Unlike another shop down the road. American tire)

This was recommended by my husband as he takes his truck here to get the oil changed out. Fast service and employees are nice. The price for the oil change was reasonable as well. So much better than going to the dealership! I will start going here from now on.

Its quick and easy and i can stay in the vehicle the whole time. Love going here. Always a great experience. I bring all of my vehicles here and the mechanics go above and beyond.

These are a bunch of guys working in a fast-paced tire shop in the middle of winter changeover season. You would expect them to be rushed and grumpy, right? Well, they ARE NOT! I got some of the best customer service I've gotten at any business in Anchorage. They were patient, flexible, kind, efficient, and I was just blown away. They also exceeded time expectations for the service I needed done.
