Renee was awesome! Her partner Bob was quick to answer my call and eager to coordinate with Renee the help I needed. Renee gave me an estimated time and actually arrived earlier to ensure she could fix my tire and get me to my appointment. It was super cold out but she did not flinch or waver in the weather. Even with the cold giving her problems with the tire, she was fast, persistent and made it all happen in great time. I am super thankful and will definitely use and recommend them again.

Bob was direct, flexible, and down to earth. He was very skilled: removing, fixing the punctured tire and remounting the tire very quickly. He did all the work on my vehicle inside his garage. Although I didn't need him to come to my location, I believe he does on call visits when needed. His service fee was fair, considering it was a Sunday afternoon.

We needed the studs taken off of our tires stat (to go on a road trip that day) and this man was super helpful. He is a unique character for sure but he didn't charge much, was available, and I just considered our interactions part of the Alaska experience to be honest. Take it with a grain of salt: we both came away from the interaction with what we wanted. I wouldn't consider him rude at all.

Called Bob up right as he was about to leave, asking about a punctured tire, and he was kind enough to get me taken care of quickly. He's knowledgeable, works fast and has fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend using him for tire repairs.

Got a bolt in my tire Saturday night and no tire shops were open Saturday evening and Sunday, except for Alaska Tire Mobile. The owner is a little ruff around the edges on the phone, however, excellent service in person. Service was so good, I give him a tip.

Do not use this company! I called to get pricing on having a flat tire changed and the man who answered was extremely rude! I ended up just hanging up the phone cause I couldn't deal with the way he was speaking to me. Then I got multiples calls back from the man's cell phone leaving crying voicemails on my phone! I wish I could give them ZERO stars! So inappropriate!
