Sawyer was exceptional in getting my vehicles in to be seen even though they were completely swamped. Top notch service, good customer care and communication and extremely fair pricing for the repairs needed on my vehicle. As a veteran of the military, I would recommend this auto shop to my fellow peers. Thanks to everyone at Accurate Imports!!!

We towed our vehicle to the "Dealer" to have it repaired and it was an awful experience. We questioned the diagnosis and decided to have it towed to Accurate Imports for a second opinion. They confirmed that the Dealer was wrong and quickly came up with the correct diagnosis. Less than 24 hours later we have our vehicle back on the road. Sawyer, thank you so much for your honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Everyone needs a good mechanic to count on and to recommend to friends. We have found one and we highly recommend Accurate Import Center!

I called Accurate Imports for several quotes for my vehicle and spoke to Sawyer over the phone. I was calling different repair shops and Sawyer was the only person who didn't mind taking time out of his day to answer my millions of questions. I felt Sawyer was kind, respectful, and humorous even while working on his birthday! I definitely recommend Accurate Imports if you want reliable service and great environment!

Accurate import center did a wonderful job repairing the heat in my car! Their prices were reasonable, customer service was the best, efficient and fast! They were recommended to me by a friend and they did a great job on repairing two of his vehicles! I highly recommend them!

My diesel Vanagon needed urgent repairs and these guys made quick work of a complicated job! The customer service was great and they took great care of me. Sawyer was a great help and thanks to him I understand much more about my diesel!

Wow I can t believe how fast Sawyer my car in for oil change, I called Tuesday and dropped it off at 8 am the next morning...nice. Sawyer was very kind easy to talk with about what s up with my car. Since I ve found accurate Imports have no need to go anywhere else, I trust them great place great people!!!!

Accurate imports has taken care of me on several occasions. they make you feel welcome. They listen to you to make sure they do there best at diagnosing your problem. Absolutely a knowledgeable staff all the way around. Shout out to Sawyer for being the guy I need to talk to when a problem comes my way. Will be back every time I need anything done to my vehicle. Charged way more than they quoted. Poor communication and added replacing parts to the service without even notifying me. Parts of vehicle missing that weren t involved with the repairs. Damaged another part of the car and now it needs another 500$ to not be leaking oil. Will sporadically answer their phones during business hours. Will say they can get you a ride but then won t be able to. Don t go to this shop if you like your car and appreciate good service.

The Best shop Ive ever taken my car to! Ive been with them for a few years now and they have Extremely fair prices. But regarding today...Thank you Again Sawyer You're the Best! I'll never go to another shop in town!

My coworker recommended Accurate Import after I was fleeced by a local import dealership. I was so happy with Accurate that I returned for additional work at a later date. They gave accurate estimates and charged less than the dealer. If you can't fix it yourself, give this place an opportunity!

I love these guys!! They not only beat dealership prices by a long shot but service any vehicle as well! I trust them and value their opinions, they don t waste your time trying to sell every part in the owners manual to you lol. I ve recommended this place to a lot of my friends and highly recommend it to anyone looking to service their vehicle or make a repair!Thanks Accurate :)

I am knew you being a car owner and Sawyer the general manager made it very easy and was very informative on the process of taking care of my care. It was a great learning experience for me. I would 100% recommend it to everyone looking for auto work.

I have taken my cars here for the last couple years and they always handle things very professionally and rates are better than the dealers. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable on the history of my cars. I recommend them to all my friends looking for quality work.

Spent over $900 for a brand new alternator for my VW, but just a few months later the alternator broke. I called them since it should be under warranty and I was suprised that the lady I spoked with over the phone rudely stated they couldn't do anything for me, not even an apology whatsoever. I know I've spent A LOT of money getting our cars serviced there the past couple years and that's how they treat me. I am very disgusted with them.

So, I brought my 2004 VW TDI to them for an issue it was having regarding stalling while driving. I had attempted several fixes and asked that they change out a cam position sensor. They did and the problem continued. So, they advised they had a code for the throttle body and recommended replacement. They suggested I order the part, which I did. When they installed it, the problem continued... Then, they gave up. I did a few things when I took the car back. They swore it was an issue with the engine getting air. I took the entire intake manifold apart and cleaned it. Still not the issue. My last ditch effort was checking the fuel pump in the tank. Bam. That was it. I am bummed that certified mechanics did not go through the normal steps. Now, to be fair, they were very reasonable with their bill but I do not like that they gave up.

To give you a bit of insight I have used these guys for everything prior to this last episode with my car for many years. I have been fighting the SAME exact problem for 6 months and they do not have a clue how to fix it however they are more than okay with charging me to NOT fix it. So, 6 months ago my car starts acting up and I bring it into them. The owner AJ plugs my car into his computer and we fix what his computer says to fix. Not 2 weeks later the exact same thing happens again, so I bring it in, they hook up to it and we fix whatever the computer tells us to fix. Well, its been 6 months, 10 tows, over $3000 in parts and labor and guess what car still isn t fixed. The problem with this business is they plug in your car into their computer and turn off their brain. Understandably newer cars are computer driven but the point is they have completely forgotten to use their head to try to find the root cause of the problem. But he was more than okay with charging me THOUSANDS for parts I did NOT need to replace. Again, thousands of dollars were spent on parts not needed. I also found out later that I was given a used part (I knew it was used) but the part was bad and they will only guarantee the work, not the part, so I was out $500 bucks for a bad part. No thank you, I will never use these people again. I took my car to Edmonds Auto in Palmer and they were able to work with me to fix it.

Took my Volvo here for regular, consistent service appointments over the course of two years, starting in 2011. I paid over $300 for a transmission flush (at my request, the shop did not recommend this to me) in April of 2013. The next time my car required service, I decided to take it over to Independent Auto; they had recently replaced a part for me and seemed super knowlegable about Volvos. I was told that I needed to keep an eye on my transmission fluid, and that is probably needed a flush soon. When I told Independent that I had just had a flush done only 5,000 miles ago, they drained a bit of the fluid and compared it to new tranny fluid; it was brown, oxidized, and full of metal shavings and dirt. This was a suprise because I do not drive my vehicle "hard." I called Accurate and voiced my concerns, only to be told by AJ (the mechanic) that my fluid was probably so dirty prior to the flush that it was impossible to get clean. He said if I had been keeping up with my transmission service it wouldn't have been an issue, and said he "couldn't afford" to redo the transmission flush. My issue with this is that I had been taking the car there for years for service, and they never told me my transmission fluid was so dirty. I routinely paid over $100 per service, and it seems that if they had actually checked the transmission fluid even once prior to my request for a transmission flush, they would have noticed how dirty it was. My car was clearly not getting the attention I thought it was, and now I wonder what else they were overlooking. I feel like I wasted a lot of money here over the years and will not trust this shop to do a thorough service on my car again. I spent a lot of money at this shop over the years, and being told that they "couldn't afford" to redo the transmission flush when they had clearly been neglecting to check the fluid over the years was incredibly rude.

Two years after getting a diagnosis on my Volvo, I returned to the states to fix my car, I brought it back to them and they gave me a different diagnosis. Not only had it changed, but after taking it to another shop, Accurate Import had also misdiagnosed it.

Fast, flexible, and friendly. And *literally* charged me less than 1% of the cost to repair what the dealership wanted to charge me to replace. This will be my first choice for auto repair from now on.
