These guys are on point from service to price...customer service is top notch...I can bet you can't find any other truck or trailer repair shop compare to this one...big thanks to JERRELL who always helped me out with all issuses...very honest people.......will definitely come back for Maintenance.....THANKS

Truck had lost power and was barely running. They got me into the shop on the same day, and had me rolling the next day. Very good service and knowledgeable mechanics. And the best part . The price was reasonable!

Thanks all mechanics and service support they are all workers working hard and professional. Before My driver came in here He can go to the Lowe s truckstop petro truckstop in all say you can wait four-five hours he can wait four-five hours after that all truckstops mechanic said we cannot fix your problem then I can found Mike s truck and trailer repair shop by Google and I called and I talk with support and he say you come in through we will be fix it your all problems,my driver goes to there and there are fix it my trailer only 1 hour.THANK U ALL I can recommend this shop

Do not work with this store. They are all thieves and unprofessional, rude. We wasted our time in this shop and in the end they demanded money from us. They did not allow us to leave the store without paying. Don't make the same mistake we did.

I had four other mechanics come out before these guys Justin came out and with in ten minutes had it figured out every one else wanted to throw parts at it Justin did a wonderful road side repair and got me home if you need a real mechanic these are the ones to call fast response as well and thanks again Justin

Old is a gold. No offense, but i love to deal with older people. Jeffrey is the guy. DEF system soot level was at 130%. Parked regen failed. He cleaned up my 7th injector, hit pressure sensor and it worked out. He warned me that it is temporary solution but i will get to my home shop. Thanks a lot guys

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it's warranted in this case. I came in for a seemingly simple issue and a minor preventative maintenance procedure. I was told I needed to delete my truck as soon as possible because my dpf was completely full and it would go out at any moment. I was also overcharged an exorbitant amount for their "attempts" to fix it. I purchased a diesel laptop with dealer software and to my surprise, my dpf was flowing at 100% (completely open and tons of life left). I also attempted a parked regen procedure, which was successful on my very first attempt. This location charged me over $700 to TRY to run a regen. I was also charged for a few other items that I later found out were completely unnecessary. I feel that I was lied to and completely taken advantage of. Yes, I was fairly new to the game, but luckily I found out who I couldn't trust early on. Unfortunate, because they were recommended by someone I know. I don't respond well to being lied to. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Not only did they come out of their service area during a heat wave to help me. Steven went straight to the problem by listening to what I told him the truck was doing and in less than one hour fixed my electrical issue I was having that 2 other mechanic's couldn't find. I will definitely recommend these guys

After requesting the services for the repair of the floor of a trailer, they sent me the quote for it. We agreed with the quote because they told us it would take two days. They never complied with the time, it took 4 days and when we arrived to pick it up we realized that the work was nothing like what they quoted us and to top it off it was poorly done. When we complained, they told us that the work was finished and that if we wanted they could do something better for more money. They are not serious, they want to invoice for work not done and they do not comply with what was placed in their estimate. I don't recommend them at all.

Called in and asked to get my rear axle sealed. Guy was professional and prompt about prices and how fast he could get me out! Thanks to Corey that s been there for a year today and the good ole French Man.. I was in there and out within 3 hours I believe!! Excellent service my fellow earthlings !

The Gentleman Mechanic by the name of Steven was proficient and professional at his service and work. I sitting at a truck stop for a while and I thought i was going to have to wait all day for road side assistance. However he arrived surely fast and arrived earlier then his estimate time. I was a amazed of his professionalism and expedited service. I highly recommend calling this shop for your local and over the road issues.Service: Battery

Very great prices staff is helpful answer questions work done on my 2014 Freightliner is A1 honest upformt pricing guys went out there way to get me back on the road thanks to Steven and the other real mechanics staff will definitely do all future business at MIKE'S truck and trailer repair

Steven came out to do some roadside work while my Enterprise truck was parked at my hotel. Had a small oil leak he took the time to troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue, also had a bent tie rod making noise after wearing the front tires bald and he was able to pinpoint that issue for me. He did all this in the dark with little light and was super friendly the whole time! Would def call him back if ever in the area with truck troubles!

Dude, I gotta give a big shoutout to Mike's Truck and Trailer Repair. These guys know their stuff! They're like freakin' wizards when it comes to trucks and trailers.But what really stood out to me was how cool and understanding they were. They didn't talk down to me or use all that technical jargon that makes my head spin. I had a truck towed to Mike's for an EGR valve, had it replaced with new gaskets and then turn out the turbo went on the truck as well. Jerrell & Lance were great help with getting this taken care of with our warranty and got the truck up and running. They are a great bunch of guys and I cannot speak highly of these men! They even offered to pick up and drop off my driver at the hotel and stopped to let her get some food. Definitely a pleasure to work with! These guys are by far the friendliest and genuine mechanics I have ever had the honor of meeting. They were super informative and had no problem answering my questions in extreme detail! They are top notch! My first unexpected and urgent visit here was an excellent experience. These wonderful men had the truck fixed in no time. Not only did they go above and beyond to get me rolling again, the bill was amazingly fair and I could not have been happier. I was so impressed I decided to come here to delete the def off my truck. They were just as efficient and quick with that as well. I won't go anywhere else for my machanical needs and I have no issues with recommending you stop here either. So give em a shot and be amazed!

We were given thei name as a good recommendation for truck repair, and I have to admit they exceeded all expectations. Excellent pricing, fantastic turnaround time on repairs and it was nice to receive a phone call a few days later following up on their work. They may be in Woodstock, 25 miles down the interstate from our location, but QUALITY matters when down truck=down income . They will have all of our trucks from now forward; And by he way, thanks to Mikes and everyone there for the excellent repairs.

We had an unexpected major travel trailer break down recently. Mike s took our camper in and got us out with a new axle the next day! They were knowledgeable, experienced and honest in their evaluation. We have full confidence in their workmanship as we continue our cross country trip. We are so grateful we found Mike s in this difficult situation. We give them our highest recommendation.Follow up 7/30/21. We just got home from our cross country trip, put over 10,000 miles on our camper. This trip would not have been possible if not for the professional service from Mike s. Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend avoiding this shop. I had to do a motor swap. They originally told me swapping my motor would be best and save me money as opposed to rebuilding my motor $7000 roughly is what they told me ... when I pick up my truck they charge me $14000 in labor just for a motor swap. Not to mention they put the same oil pump that was from.the oil motor Bck in to the new notor that caused my last motor to break down... they also claimed my new motor hydro locked as soon as they started it so they had to replace the gasket.... they did not adjust my Jake brakes so I had no Jake brakes ... there were hose clamps not tightened I could turn literally with my fingers.... now I'm in a shop 2 months later in need of a new cylinder head.... after these guys charge me $14000 to swap my motor and still missed many important things.... please please do not take your trucks here for major repairs do not!!!

How this place has so many good reviews is beyond me. One of the worst shop experiences I've ever had. Took it in for a trailer abs sensor and fix a hub bearing. Called on a monday and Jerrell told me to bring it on down should have me out of there buy the afternoon. They didn't even look at it till Wednesday. Then I was supposed to get an estimate by noon Thursday and didn't get that till Monday afternoon and had to call him to get it. They had to call the axle doctor to fix the hub which he couldn't get out there till Monday. Finally they call to have me pick it up Tuesday afternoon. When I get there the abs light on the trailer doesn't come on and the airline and abs lines are just dangling unsecured. Didn't install the hub seal inside the axle so all the oil is just draining into the axle. Didn't adjust the brakes after installing new shoes and to top it all off the trailer was hit while in their yard on the right front corner which the crudely kinda fixed. The only good thing I can say about this place is that everyone is kind and nice. I don't think they're out to get anyone but they are rather incompetent.

Fast response time and excellent service and I will recommend them to anyone in the McEwen area or surrounding areas. Super polite and helpful. Very dependable service. 5 stars in my opinion. If I ever need help in that area again they are the only ones I'd call.
