Fast friendly honest and reasonably priced shop.. I'm new to the area.. I usually take my truck to the dealership for service but I took a chance with this shop. Very happy with them.. this is my new go to shop..

Always great service and super friendly! They are the only shop I trust with my vehicle. It's always been worth driving all the way to Winfield to let them take care of my car, rather than in my town. Highly recommend them!

They were amazing! We were heading to Mississippi/Tennessee on 22, when we heard a loud bang coming from under the hood and our truck started sputtering. Luckily We were able to find them and slowly drive to the Change. They were very friendly and knew exactly what was the issue as soon as he turned the engine over and heard the noise it was making. They fixed it as fast as possible while ensuring everything was done correctly so that we could be on the road as soon as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very friendly staff. I brought in a tire I had been unable to plug myself. They were able to get it plugged right away for a very reasonable price. The hole was in a very challenging location on the tire but it's holding well. Great job!

I absolutely love the staff! The Change is the only people I let service my vehicle. Always extremely thorough and they go above and beyond. Josh always thoroughly checks to make sure everything is working properly when I bring my car for an oil change, and has been such a great help with my recent mechanical issues. I love that he explained in detail what is wrong and and gave me multiple options as to how we can fix it that fit my budget. I would recommend The Change to everyone! Thank you guys so much!!

I ve had so many repairs done here when I could not fix it myself. Every time I ve never been disappointed by this place. They re the best auto repair place in Winfield if you ask me. Quick honest service. Doesn t get much better than that if you ask me. I recommend this place to everyone.

The crew at The Change are truly amazing. My sister, her son and I are travelling from Oklahoma to Florida when our truck broke down. Wayne and Randall went above and beyond to help us. I have no idea what we'd have done without them.

I was stranded on the interstate with my wife and one year old daughter in the blistering heat in desperate need of help (hundreds of miles from home); I had a flat tire and when I pulled the spare from the trunk, it too was also flat. A man pulled up asking if I needed help, I told him what was going on and he said that he would take the tire, that initially caused us to be stranded, and repair it at his place of employment (THE CHANGE) and bring it right back. After returning with my repaired tire I tried to give him money, he refused, I tried to convince him to take the money, but he still refused. Really the only request he had was to pray with him; therefore, my family and an additional driver that pulled over to help prayed with this unknown man on the side of the interstate. All I know is that this man worked for "THE CHANGE".....The moral of this story is we live in a time where ethics are not always important to the standard employee, and with vehicles becoming more and more difficult to work on, we rely on mechanics and businesses to be honest. If "THE CHANGE" hires other employees like this unknown man, I would be a customer for life.
