Service is great, but the wait time at the shop is always forever, and then recently I got my front tire busted over accidentally hitting a curb under 15 mph and still it badly tore the tire, and my lug nuts weren't even the right size (they were too big). So when I popped my tire, it became a mechanical issue to even pull out the lug nuts. Wetumpka Tire Pros did my tires before this incident, and I'll probably never go back again. Like I said, great men and great service, but the quality of the tires weren't great after all.

Friendly in person but don't let that fool you I've taken my car there twice and they've Cross threaded my lugs twice they also tried to upsell on some break pads and roters but when I got my car home to replace the pads they were barely worn

Even in rainy weather, full work bays the time was quick. Work was done quickly with pleasant attitude. Very helpful.

I was set on using Weptumka tire pros since I heard nothing but good things about their work. Until the experience I had this morning rubbed me the wrong way. I talked to Noah one of there service writers last week about mounting and balancing my 35x12.50r22 on my 22x10 wheels and he gave me a price over phone of $120 to get the job done. Well I come in this morning to have my tires mounted and when I walked through the door I was greeted by who I think was the manager/owner of Weptumka tire pros. He asked if Noah had already given me a price on mounting my tires. I said yes $120. Then the manager said sorry we can t do it for less than $200 and that it would take 3hrs and two guys to do the job. My problem with this is that he did not honor his service writers word and also this job should only take 1- 1/2 hr to do. As I was walking to the door the manager said call us when you want us to do your tires. As if there aren t 100 other tire shops in the river region. I don t mind paying someone $200 to mount and balance my tires but if you can t honor what you told your customers, then I ll take my business elsewhere.

I work for doordash, and those of you who know what thats like will understand this rant. And its fueled by how much i recently had to purchase a full set ofbtire costing approx 1000 dollars. So this company used me as a dasher to pick up and deliver a full set of tires 10miles which is cost effective for them because itbrequires no labor costs for them, does not pull anyone off their wo k load allowing them to stay on target for the days work load, and cause they will get it twice as fast cause they used me John the dasher as the delivering champion my criminal record will support my expertise in delivering and distrobution experience, but for them to not even provide a tip for my services where we know door dash dont even cover the dash with their base pay it actually took money out of my pocket to maor real for real. SmH at you service advisors for not looking out for your unknown delivery experts, thanks for hitting enter on your computer and it miracling them damn tires into your shop. This is with all due respect, to just let you know, i have a family too . And my car is addicted to gasoline , it has a real problem, i have to work holidays sometimes becise he uses so much #dashershavefamliestoo#carisagasoholic#inneedofagasolinervention

Took it in for an oil change ,they put 2qt too much in and had the crank shaft seal blew.

ALL the people behind the counter were great, friendly and courteous. Did some work on my wifes car...We were very pleased. DID NOT TRY to upsale or scam us in any way. We will be returning to them when we need oil changes or any mechanic work. I would recommend them.

I had a blowout near here and they were going to close but the men helped me to get a tire and get back on the road. If not for them I would have been stranded.

Love this place! Every time I come here everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, today I had a nail in my tire and I was all fixed and out the door in 20 minutes. I most definitely recommend this business. Come see Collin and all the guys here at Wetumpka Tire! Thanks guys

Honest service! As a single female not knowing much about mechanical problems, having a place I can trust means alot! After having an alignment, when I got home, I noticed one wheel cover was missing. All I did was call them and they replaced it with no argument or hassle! That heightened my trust in them! I will not go anywhere else!

Great customer service. And courteous. We took our truck in August or October and they did a great job with the repairs on the suspension and the problems with the tires. We just took our truck back last night for a separate issue and trust them to find the problem. They listen and are respectful. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Friendly people from the time I called, until the service was done. This is my third time here, the first time I visited was due to my car making a loud noise while going over a certain speed. They offered to take a look, found the issue and fixed it and didn't charge anything (I believe it was probably just a bent piece), but that made me feel better and more comfortable about coming back the next two times. Highly recommended!

Worked there for about 2 months and had to leave because of how sorry they do people. They would let customers ride out with major oil leaks, brakes that desperately needed to be replaced and more.

Great people, great service. This is a business that I trust. Not only do they do a great job, if you need repairs beyond the services offered, they are more than happy to recommend a qualified shop. I have used them for everything from oil changes, to transmission repairs. Never an issue.

Bought Cooper truck tires. Installed while I waited. Friendly helpful workers. Tires ran so much smoother than old tires. Hwy tread pattern looks good and handles good. Overall pleased.

Went in for an alignment for my car I just got from an auction, putting my trust in Wetumpka tires and pros to check it before to see if it could even get an alignment and if it would work. I took it back and they said it was something wrong with my tire whitch they didn t tell me the first day I went before they gave me an alignment. So they took my money expecting me to buy a tire from them when I just got an alignment that didn t even work. And seeing that I couldn t see them work on my car I wasn t even sure they gave me an alignment. Seeing that it usually takes a hour for a good full alignment they only took 30 mins. For my first time I had a horrible experience. Especially in a time like this people expect straight forward service. And I was not giving that!

Always fair prices and good service. Always helps my wife and girls out. Doesnt matter if it's with Travis or Noah at the other store. I take my govt car and personal cars there. Best tire prices in tri county area. Fact!

I was sold tires that wore twice as fast as advertised. Unable to receive prorated credit because i didn't keep up with tire rotation logs. Guess that's my fault. But was definitely Sold a sub-quality product (won't do that again). Thanks, now I have to buy another set of tires.

WORST AUTO TIRE PLACE IVE BEEN TO. The only reason why i gave them one star is because it wont let me give negative stars. I spent almost $1500 on new tires and alignment. I had to return 5 to 6 times for them to balance brand new tires and still isn't right. During those times they kept telling me they didnt feel anything. I do know about cars and how they should be. One of the times I went back they had 38 weights on one wheel and 26 on another. Then they told me they wanted to replace two new tires to see if that would fix it. And again the problem still isn't fixed. They also used the old valve stems in which I was told I paid for new ones. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!This is in response to your comment, yes u didnt hear from me for a month cause you guys told me to go to millbrook tire pro and/or some other place to see if they could fix your problem that you caused. And still no results.

Passenger window got down and couldn't get up again they just got 95$ to pull it up and remain this way can't be open again telling me we thought that's what u wanted!! Yea I wanted to pay 95$ to get my window up
