Friendly and very good at what they do. After two Montgomery's Walmart failed to balance my tires, this shop did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied that my tires are balanced correctly.

I ve used this location several times over the years now and it has been my go to because of their super friendly staff and they get me in and out faster than most bigger locations, they have been far more willing to help me out with emergencies as well even being friendly when they have to stay later than close to finish up because of my late arrival. I ve never had any issues with my services and I always get the best prices and suggestions, I completely stopped getting basic services at other places because they offer significantly better pricing too. I ve also used their warranty on my tires once or twice without any issues because the roads in AL are.. sub par. Thank you guys for being so awesome and chill!!Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

This place is amazing! I read the bad reviews and was skeptical at first about coming but boy and I m glad I did. I was immediately greeted by a service writer who s name was Clayton. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed; he even told me about services they offered that I didn t even know about. After getting all my information they got me in and out quick; I don t even think I was there 30min! I got a text as soon as it was ready and when I walked back to the auto center I was greeted with a friendly cashier that already had my keys and paperwork ready to go. I will definitely always bring my vehicles back here!!Service: Oil change

I have never had any issues with my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2017. Yes its a few years old, but never any problems AT ALL!!! I took my car in to get 2 tires put on. The next morning my car went mad. It would crank, lights flashing it just went haywire. I blamed Walmart. I truly apologize. I was my battery. Thanks so much for your assistance and I appreciate you helping me in my time of need. I will be back

My third time purchasing a new set of tires from the Tire Center. Best price in town. I estimate I save $200 to $300 on a set of four tires vs tire stores I have used in the past. That includes the tires, mounting and balancing, road hazard, new stems, disposal of old tires etc. Daniel was the service representative and he really cares. It s first in first out. They have a waiting room or you can go shopping. They will even text you a link to monitor the progress and a final text when it s ready for pickup. The Tire Center is around the left and behind the Garden Center so you have to drive around the building to find it.Service: Tires

They done made it even slower than a year ago. It took 2 hours to put one tire on. Also we waited 30 minutes for a cashier to check us out. Too many new ways of doing things that are not making it quick

Spent over two hours waiting for a simple tire rotation. Will never be coming back for that. I figured, hey, it's inexpensive and I was in a hurry....I could have knocked it out in 30 minutes, meanwhile they took the entire morning. Not sure what is so difficult about pulling the tires off, swapping, and retorquing, but apparently it's quite a project for them.

Terrible customer service. Went for an oil change and while one associate said they could do it, the other freaked out, huffing loudly and complaining that it wasn't "scheduled" and complained that they would have to type in the details.Are you doing only scheduled appointments because of COVID? That's cool, but advertise it. And absolutely do not throw a tantrum that conveys your disgust in doing a little work. Time for a store meeting and retraining on customer service in the auto department.

I would like to give 0 stars. We brought our vehicle to Walmart for a simple oil change. We picked up the car and noticed it smelled a bit like dirty oil. A couple of days later we opened the hood and the oil cap was off, oil was all over the engine and hood, windshield wipers etc. and no oil registered on the dip stick. All Walmart did was provide the oil that leaked out and cleaned off the engine. No apology, no refund for the service, nothing. I have called both the service manager, and the store manager but cannot get them to call me back or take a call. They simply don't care about customer service. Go somewhere else where your money has value. Its not at Walmart.

I went in to this tire center and purchased a tire for my car and paid for it with my debit card on June 30th. I was told there would be a little wait. Five hours later I checked out because I had been swept under the carpet. Only because I had to go get something out of my car did I realize my car was ready and had to bring it to their attention. Then I was told that there wasn't a cashier to check me out! I was on my way to Florida for business and naturally I didn't make it. Another customer was also outdone for the same reason as me. Finally the other customer and I had to go to the Garden Center to check out. The other customer was totally bent out of shape! When I had a flat and went to a very competent Walmart Tire Center in Sylacauga to get another tire the Wetumpka people looked up my information and said they saw that I had been there but I didn't get anything done. After a day's searching, David the tire manager, finally found my paperwork and assured me that he was going to let all of his people know that Sylacauga Walmart was going to call them in the event he wasn't there. Well, you guessed it, when I went to get my tire changed the guy who answered the phone didn't have a clue. He didn't even look for the paperwork! At my insistence, he looked around his area and he found it!! I will drive a hundred miles extra to avoid this Walmart. Incompetence is the only word that comes to mind to describe Wetumpka's tire center!

Dont buy tires from them. I had a 80000 mile goodyear tire treads peel at 20000 miles. The service manager gave me the run around with replacing my tire however they replaced my tire with lower value tire and I didnt have to pay anything. Service and tire quality is awful.

Automotive section freaked up my situation with tires. Told them to put new 2 new tires on front. Then put those from the front originally to replace the back as the back was in the worst condition. All they did was put new tires on front and threw the original front tires away. Asked them if they knew where the tires were, they didn't. Never coming here for anything automotive.

Best part of today's Visit, was the Door Greating Staff. Walmart Long ago, has lost it's Great Appeal. To Lot's of Shoppers and myself. The Hospital Scrubs are of a Low Quality. They don't last long, before they begin to tear up. Thin Cheap Material, Poor Quality Stitching. Just no Quality. Finding Staff to help can be difficult to Non Existent. Pushing me to The Target Store in Prattville. Or other Stores Online. Thank you PS Bigger is not always Better.

2 vhecials in front of me. 3 employees plus cashier. Was told 1 hr 30m wait time.. 3 hr 30 min later I gave up and requested service cancelled .. Employees to busy in tire rack smoking, goofing off in bay, talking, and hanging out... THE WORST place to have work completed... recommend any place but here!

Horrible customer service and the slowest place to get an oil change. I came and wasn t greeted at all, I literally had to come up to someone and ask about getting an oil change then I was told that it would be a 2hour wait. Don t waste your time!

Horrible takes 3 hours to to put two tires on the rim workers have horrible attitudes last tires I'll be getting here its better to pay a tire shop than go thru the trouble here never again
