Automatic transmission pan for my truck worked beautifully. They sell good equipment and at reasonable prices. Wetumpka AL is my store.

There is about four guys there that I think are true car guys and have customer service figured out. The others are there for a little paycheck. If you go there when the friendly, knowledgeable people are working, it s a good day. If you go when one of the others are there try not to get frustrated.

I was visiting from Atlanta for a funeral and my battery died. Matthew and team were able to get me a new battery and made sure I was safely up and running for a safe trip home. I appreciate it guys, thanks for the concern and professionalism!

I needed a starter bench tested to narrow my problem on a mower. I didn't get the gentleman's name but when he couldn't get the info he needed to input into his tester, he was willing to "old school" test it for me. I appreciate your willingness to explore a work around. 5

Alright the only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because they gave us a bad battery for our boat at first, which was replaced free of charge.But man do some of the employees here need a raise. Smiles on their faces and an enthusiasm to help. I have never had such fantastic costumer service and help from an employee before.Great work guys, I hope I wasn't just lucky!

Some the guys were helpful and some were not,but the two guys that helped me were I work in retail and if you see a customer wondering your store that's potential sale for your store and your job sales keeps the store open..

Asst. Manager Lee was very professional and went well above expectations. I had a radiator hose split on my trip to visit my kids and he fixed it in no time. Thank you so much Mr. Lee.

The employee that helped me this morning was so nice and very helpful. Went this morning due to car having issues cranking. Went to AutoZone last night and they told me it was not my battery. They told me I needed relay switches that only the dealership sold. Decided to try O'Reilly's this morning they had the relay switches but that did not correct the issue. And they even offered to refund me for the switches. So your employee came out and tested everything and found out it was the battery even after AutoZone told me the battery was fine. He got me up and running very quickly. And he was very professional. Because of this I will only come to O'Reilly the next time I have any issues

Charlton Gunn has always been our Go-To when it comes to anything automotive. He takes the time to assess your project and has a certain attention to detail that you can t find anywhere else. We wouldn t trust anyone else with our vehicles. Would recommend every day of the year for any project.

The people at this store were extremely helpful!! I really appreciate that!! Unfortunately we were unable to even find the part I was looking for. But I can t find it anywhere so I guess that would be why.

Had to trade in a faulty alternator for a new one. No hassles, no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend you go in here to get all the auto parts you need.

Never have our parts in stocks. Usually gives us the wrong part more times than I can remember. Definitely needs an upgrade on management.

Great store, but they never seem to have enough people there, or no one is primarily there on the register. Everyone gets tied up looking up parts and then the customers that came in and bought stuff off the shelves had to stand in line forever...

My belt popped of my car it's not broken.... And it's raining and I have my 3yr old twins daughters... I just so happened to be in front of this O'Reilly's.... So that's where I swung in... I told the guy the situation that I'm far from home and there is no one to call for help and he told me well I know how but I'm not allowed so i guess me and my daughters are gonna just be stuck... I'm in the parking lot crying and this dude has the know how to help me and won't... My kids are hungry and tired and scared by the very bad weather but this dude won't help us!!! That is not the human thing to do!!! If a person needed help like I do now and it were against policy for me to help them but they were in this situation I would help because that's what the right thing to do is.....

Very friendly staff. Difficult for them to have every part in stock but can have it the next day. The only parts place I will use in the Wetumpka area

Sometimes there is someone working that is mechanically inclined and get you the correct parts. Gotta love them. Good business though.

Best customer service ever. If they don't know they don't make up some some story. However, they will send you where you need to go or who to call.
