I get oil changes on all of our family vehicles. I was busy and couldn't go to my usual place and so I decided to try here. They were out of oil so offered a discount on the more expensive oil. Which was fine and nice. However, I have never been spoken down to at any place like I was here. The baby was asleep in the car and they wanted to check the cabin filter behind the glove box. They couldn't get it off and are pounding on my car and it takes more than 3 people to do it l, no consideration to a small infant being asleep. Mind you this car is less than a year old and they are acting like I've never had an oil change and because they don't know how to get it off it must be filthy because I don't know how to care for a car. They didn't reset my oil light until I was about to leave and someone from under came up and did it after id pulled out if the lane. I was hopeful to find a place closer to me but I highly doubt this will be it. I don't generally write reviews but I've never left a place so frustrated.

Enjoyed my first oil change today at GM Wetumpka. Just moved to the country here in Elmore county after my escape from Montgomery! I was greeted outside by a nice gentleman with a beard (didn t catch his name) who was very polite and friendly. Drew was my main technician to perform my service but 2 other techs spoke to me thru my window and were willing to answer a few questions I had. Each gentleman was friendly, polite and helpful. Your crew seemed like exactly why I moved to the country. To be able to enjoy doing business with good local people with a small town attitude and helpfulness. Drew was focused, helpful and knowledgeable. Felt confident with how he serviced my vehicle.Keep up the good work! I ll be back!!Now on a side note. Reading the reviews, it seems the vast majority have also enjoyed the same service and experience as myself. Seems odd that the 2 or 3 reviews had such a horrible and diametrically opposed experience with the very same employees?! Also appeared mostly were women .. am sure just a coincidence!

I went in on Saturday, 3-16-24, my normal place could not get me in for hours or the next day. The technician was very thorough in taking care of my car. It was a bit pricey, however, the technician made the visit flawless.

I LOVED the Grease Monkey! The guys were very very nice, competent and quick! I was in and out in 20 minutes! They even topped off my tires unasked. Reasonably priced too. Coming here from now on.

Great customer service, and its in the same parking lot as my job so its also convenient!! Dustin took care of me had me in and out. Told me what other services were needed but didn't force it on me. Definitely will be back!

Since my divorce it was my first time going to get an oil change myself. It was very easy and the guys were very nice , professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

The service was QUICK, the staff was kind & knowledgeable...provided recommendations, but didn't make me feel like my car was going to fall apart if I didn't do it. Was willing to answer any questions and explain what different things mean. This is my new oil change place.

Always respectful and take care of my trucks needs. Shows and explains recommendations but doesn't force upon you. Also accomidating if I ask questions. Stopped by when initial cold hit and they also topped off my tires and wouldn't let me pay, things like that are why I make sure I keep going back.

Staff was rude. The doors were up and someone walked out of the office and stood looking at me inside the garage area. I assumed he wanted me to pull on in. When I started to do so another man exited the office and yelled at me to stop. I backed up and he walked out and asked what I needed to be done. When I told him I needed an oil change he then informed me that they closed in five minutes and could not do the job.

Greeted by employees shaking their head in in grief and throwing hands in the air due to several customers waiting in line. Invoice stated tire pressure check(low pressure light was still on) so I added air myself at home and it went off. Asked for tire rotation and staff turned down due to limited staff . Waited an hour to get in the door and then once I was in the slot to get changed it was another hour to get the oil changed.

Fair service. Like many places they will try to up sale you but weren't pushy about it. Found it odd they didn't have my filter in stock but for a $15 fee I could be charged for their lack of inventory but if I payed they could have one brought over from the warehouse which only took like 5 minutes to bring over. Positive side is they offered a discount to military veterans for 25% off but with my $80 total only $10 was taken off, math doesn't quite check out and is deceptive on what is discounted.

The technicians at my local store do a great job every time I bring a vehicle and the manager is always on top of things to make sure I get my fleet discount and that everything is checked properly.

Everything seemed so stale and automatic. The team leader spoke to me about a list of different types of oil changes/service I should be using like he was repeating from a text book, very mechanical, and even though I realize that they are to show no favoritism to products and service the only thing he went into any detail with was for the most expensive oil change of $109.00. So you can say they were professional even if somewhat uncourteous.

Didn't see any fluids being checked, which i checked before leaving home and was low on windshield fluid and didn't see tires being checked for correct air pressure. Nothing checked on my invoice receipt I received.Staff were very friendly and chatty with me. We laughed a lot. Cost me more today. Oil seems to change every time I go. First visit , my car holds 6 qts. Then 2nd visit 6.5 and today was 7.5 and charged 7.99 twice even though half a qt was used got billed for a full qt. Needs to be half of 7.99 if not using a whole qt.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I have never been treated so rudely or so disrespectfully by not one but all 3 individuals working in my life.The business hours are on Saturday until 5pm. I pulled up at 4:37 they informed they were closing and didn't have time to do my 15 minute change. I asked please and explained it was a fleet vehicle, I would already be in there system hopefully saving time and I needed to please get it done. They argued they still had at least an hour inside and out to clean before they could even leave that they really didn't want to change my oil. Only after I said, "Please your open to 5 correct ? "Response - Yes-I then said , a" I really dont want to make a complaint ."They then walk to yellow chain where you pull in at & proceeded to sling it with all their mite the chain open , then one kicked the cone before yelling incredibly rudely to pull forward now.I won't continue. I still had an employee arguing with me while I signed my receipt to leave the establishment. They were angry that I interrupted them from going home, one had a cat to feed, one had a dog, and the other was mad because it was hot and he couldn't find a hair tie for his dread locks. Bad looks, bad language, bad attitude and to be honest I wish I hadn't stayed for the change that's how upsetting it was. Overall bad for business & bad apples will ruin the whole bunch. I will never patron that store again and I will be sharing the experience with my superior that handles our fleet division as well.
