I have to give you 5 on this one. I was in the process of a technical project on an "04 Titan when it became clear I needed another part to complete it. Obscure as it was, they actually had it in stock at this location, held it for me and I was able to finish up that day. Impressive AZ, well done.

Good brunch. Took over 12 minutes for someone to come to the table, but after that it was reasonable. Staff was very nice. They were probably short staffed like everyone else right now. Food was plentiful and good. But went with 4 stars because the cheddar scramble was pretty light on cheddar. They were very accommodating of mom's wheelchair.

Had a Duralast Gold batter go out. Still under warranty. They tested confirmed battery was bad. Replaced with a new one at no charge. Great customer service and support.

Well the reason this is not a 5 Star for me is that depending on when you go in you could have different staff, But when the good ones are there they will go out of there way to help you with whatever you need, Even if it means going outside and looking at your Vehicle... But there are the few that you will ask questions and they will jump around the fact and really just want to sell you whatever and get you gone.. But 65 - 75% you will have the great people working when you go... Hope this helps...

Great staff!!! We had an issue with the battery in my wife's car. They charged it up and checked it in less than an hour. I was in and out with a new battery quickly. Very satisfied!

Awesome service, even though they were about to close. Helped me diagnose the problem, get the right part (just a sensor) and put it in for me before I left. Never thought I'd get service like that, definitely going there again.

My husband took my battery to them last night to have it tested. They told him the battery was fine just needed to be recharged. He waited an hour for it to charge. While he was there another employee asked the person helping my husband to hurry up. We tried the battery once he gets home car still will not crank. So I switched around relay switches to get it to crank. I went up there to get relay switches they told me no one sells those I would have to buy from the dealership. Asked them if they could test it to see if it could be the alternator or starter. Told me there tester was out for repairs. Went to O'Reilly's this morning and bought new relay switches that I was told you could only get at the dealership. The O'Reilly employee came out to test to see if we could locate problem. It was the battery that autozone had told my husband was fine.

Worst service ever! Very disappointed. I have went to AutoZone for years and never had an experience like I did today. Today, at 1040am, I went to the store for a battery. The attendant checked my battery, confirmed it was bad and complained it would take 45 mins to change it. I told them I didn t mind the wait because I needed it to be replaced for the truck to run. I also asked if I could also get new windshield wipers. The attendant began to ask me details about my vehicle. I answered as best as possible to my knowledge before he asked for the registration because it would have the additional information he needed. When I returned with the registration, he informed me they would not change out the battery because it took too much time.I was upset and disappointed because I desperately needed transportation via my truck with the bad battery. I informed the attendant I had to drive my husband (who isn t allowed to drive for six months due to having seizures) to Birmingham to check on my father-in-law who is in ICU at the VA hospital and drive back home to care for my mother-in-law who has a broken hip. AutoZone didn t budge to assist with the battery. They stood there staring at me and one of them even through up his hands/shook his head like I was a crazy lady for pleading for them to help. After his disregard for my situation I told them the least they could do is jump my truck so I could try and figure it out myself. A different attendant came out and jumped my truck off. I exited my vehicle, apologizing for my inconvenience and asked where I could get it fixed same day. He said everything was closed.I calmed down and used my phone to search battery replacement. Believe it or not, AutoZone was the first thing to pop up as a result. Knowing it wasn t an option, I kept searching.I went to O Reilly.Unlike AutoZone, O Reilly took the time to change my battery and replaced my windshield wipers. They were understanding, sympatheticand realized I was at a breaking point with stressful life situations. They treated me with respect, kindness, and completed the repair in a timely manner.I will never return to AutoZone. I will share this experience with as many individuals I come in contact with. I will recommend O Reilly as THE auto parts store of Wetumpka!
