This amazing establishment provides the BEST customer care, while occupying the best technicians around. This family business is trustworthy, and they take pride in getting you back on the rode safely. They have always taken care of us, and the quality is unmatched. 10/10 recommend Leslie, Julius, Lexi, and the crew.

We had just started a drive up to Michigan when our van broke down. This place was amazing! Friendly and helpful staff and owner, fair price and great work. Cannot explain how wonderful they were to deal with through our stressful situation. Thank you

These guys are great with communication skills and even though I was so concerned about my car she real life reassured me that my car was safe and understood all my concerns and was very patient with me I m not from Alabama at all so being able to be recommended to them is a blessing thanks for everything and I will continue to bring my car to you guys when ever I have a problemService: Transmission

It s hard to find an honest mechanic. Leslie and Julius run their shop on Biblical principles. They treat people right, charge reasonable fees, and get jobs done in a timely manner. I won t use anyone else as long as I live in Elmore County.

By far the worst service I have ever . They keep my car for a year and 2mos. Did nothing to itThey're the one who put the motor and transmission in it. Would like to think they would make their wrong a right. So unprofessional. But I assume if u have a new car they will promptly get the job done for you. Mines is a 2000, Never again. I wouldn't recommend any service to this shop.......And they charge me 450 when I picked it up after a year. Smh smh smh...

I highly recommend 231 Total Car Care! Leslie and Julius are always amazing and easy to do business with. They go above and beyond for their customers and do quality work. They are always up front and honest, and I never have to worry about if I'm getting the best deal. They have worked on every single one of my vehicles and I have never had an issue! You can't go wrong with choosing this awesome family owned business!

Most honest, trustworthy shop around!! They make you feel like family and not just another customer walking in to take money! They are very nice, honest, they work with you the best they can and their work is top notch!! They don t just tell you what is wrong with your vehicle but show they also show you. This is the best shop to take your vehicle!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing ANY work done to their vehicles!!! Leslie and her husband are extremely nice people!! And their mechanic is extremely knowledgeable!

The best place in Wetumpka to have your car serviced!!!Leslie and her staff are honest and very dependable.They have serviced all 4 of our cars and we have never had any problems with their work.I would recommend them to everyone.Thank you for always being only a phone call away ;)

Leslie and Rodney have been servicing our vehicles for the last year. They have been great on the service and pricing. The price has always been what they quoted and finished when they said. They are who we use and will continue to do so.

The only shop I can count on who really knows what they are doing, besides if you ask them any questions, there won't be an (im not sure or I don't know answer).They are 100%honest about what's the problem with your vehicle, so if you're looking for a good auto shop, 231Total Car Care is the way to go people!!!!
