Rambo Marine in Westover AL made our used boat buying experience an excellent one. Top notch staff and service. Zach s communication was awesome and helped us every step of the way. Austin stepped in with the water demo and did great explaining everything. Thank you gentlemen for all your help! We will definitely consider buying from Rambo and driving all that way again!The Harvey sNortheast Indiana

We drove from St. Louis, MO to Lake Martin in AL to pick up our new to us Cobalt. The kicker was that it did not have a trailer. The search for a trailer to fit our boat became priority numero uno. Now, the question: to buy one in MO and trailer it the 9 hrs down to Lake Martin or find a trailer along the way? I started to call around for price and availability. If the price was right, the availability wasn't or vice versa. Ok...Rambo Marine in Westover appears to be a Cobalt dealer. I get Zach on the phone:Zach: "yea, we got one that will fit that boat."Me: "For a 2015 Cobalt R5?"Zach: "Yea! I believe it's a XXX##### model. We got one that should fit it just fine. It's about [price]"Me: "I'll see you in 2 weeks!"In those two weeks Zach was patient with and responsive to my questions and my bank's needs (which was a lot).When we arrived on a Friday morning, there the trailer was in the parking lot. Ready to go. There was Zach...putting on the guide posts. We talk, complete some paperwork, I buy a trailer light adapter and an "O" for my missing "O" in COBALT one one side of the boat, and we're on our way to Lake Martin.While the lake marina was nice and put the boat on the trailer for us, the fit on the bow stop was not quite right and I didn't have a deep enough 3/4" socket to fix the issue. So, here we go reaching back out to Zach:Me: [texts photo] "Here's our situation."Zach: "Bring 'er back on up here, we'll fix it."Me: "On our way!"Bada-bing-bada-bang-bada-boom...FIXED. boat sits on the trailer like a glove. Because we were staying in a hotel, I asked Zach if we could possibly leave our boat on their lot and pick it up the next morning before our drive back. "I don't see a problem with that." Really? Cool! So, we leave the boat on the trailer behind a locked gate.Longer story short...Zach and all the folks at Rambo were amazing. They are personable, extroverted, ready to help, and/or just talk boats. They could have treated us as a side project because we only came to them for a trailer, but I felt like they gave us the same attention as someone dropping $150K. If we lived in AL, these are the people who would earn my regular business. Heck, I may continue to ask them to send me things (more Cobalt letters as I need them) simply because I like them and I prefer to spend my money with people and at places I like. Check these guys out! Great people and customer service. Awesome boats! That 2024 Cobalt R6...

I bought a new boat at Rambo and the entire process could not have been easier. Zach Bascom did a great job and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a boat. Since my purchase, he has followed up several times to make sure everything is good. First class service!

I had an excellent experience buying a boat from these guys. Super friendly. Grant Stinson gave me a heck of a deal, Dan Newton sat and kept me occupied and answered the rest of my questions while the rest of their crew got the boat ready to roll home. informative and just top notch service. not to mention the fact that not a cross word was said after I accidentally emptied about 40 gallons of water out of the boats ballasts in the showroom trying to connect my phone to the Bluetooth at 30 minutes after closing. Hunter Guarnieri was the young man that oriented me with all the sweet features on my boat. That kid may look young but obviously grew up on these things and knows his stuff on the latest tech these bad boys have to offer. This was the 1st boat I ever purchased at Rambo. Definitely not the last time. I will be back when it s time to update in the future. I definitely was not their biggest sell of the day, but they all treated my like I was only person in the shop buying a boat.

Just received our new Cobalt from Rambo Marine! We purchased the boat from out-of-state sight unseen and were by no means the easiest customer to work with, but Dan and Grant were great. They provided excellent customer service, working through all of our questions and requests quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend going to Rambo!

I ve purchased a boat (new Cobalt R5) and two WaveRunners (used) from Rambo. Zach Baucom was great to deal with. Nathan in the service department is great as well.

2020 should have been the worst year of our lives. But, with the help of Rambo Marine and Grant Stinson...it became one of the best with our Barletta purchase. Big ticket purchases need the help of good and honest people. Our family found that at Rambo. I would also recommend getting the wife a couple tiny bottles of wine before looking at what boats cost. it works like a charm.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We purchased our first boat from Rambo this past year. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our sales guy (Zach Baucom) was amazing. He is genuine and super friendly. He was awesome through the entire process. He is customer centered, very knowledgable and extremely patient. We feel the same about Josh Corley who delivered our boat. He made sure we were comfortable and didn't have any questions. 5-STAR REVIEW!!

Dan was wonderful at working with us to get a new boat in the price range we needed to be. He was professional and nice. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We are so excited about our new boat and cannot wait to get it on the water. Everyone at the dealership was friendly from the manager to the finance officer. Great experience.

The entire experience buying our boat was great. Bennett listened to what we were looking for and helped find the perfect boat. The showroom was neat and clean. Jeff was very helpful through the finance portion and Kirt wrapped it up with the delivery and orientation with our new boat. We received top notch service from the first phone call to the the delivery and beyond. I look forward to working with Rambo for the foreseeable future for maintenance and any other marine needs.

Best boat buying experience I have ever had. Jerald Connolly my sales person was amazing and always responsive when I called. Wesley Ables was very help with the finalizing of the paper work and helped us obtain insurance. Steven was the guy that delivered the boat to us. He was amazing also. He took us out on the boat, showed us how to operate all of the functions of the boat. This made it possible to start surfing that day. What a time saver. I can t say enough about how easy Rambo made the whole experience. Thanks Rambo! We will do business again.

Our family bought a new Harris Tritoon from Zach several months ago. He was very helpful and showed us several different boats and options in the 30 degree weather. We would definitely recommend Rambo Marine to anyone looking for a good deal and an easy experience. Zach has called to check in on us several times to make sure everything is going great with the boat too!

Can't say enough good things about the crew at Rambo Marine. I was in the market for a used Cobalt, and Bennett worked with me to find the right boat. He was very helpful and patient through the whole process. The search was smooth and enjoyable. Kirt drove over two hours to deliver the boat, and did an awesome job covering all of the features and operation of the boat. Couldn't be more happy with the boat. I know several others who have purchased from Rambo, and they have an excellent reputation for customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality boat.

I have bought 2 boats from Rambo and honestly I don't plan to buy anywhere else going forward. Customer service is great , selection is state of the art , sales force is on top of it . Zach Baucom is super knowledgable and always available to help and answer questions , he even has been available on his off days . Zach has made both purchases very easy by going the extra mile todo things like meet me and my wife with paperwork when we couldn't escape our busy lives . Thanks Rambo Marine ! I recommend everyone to do business with you guys .

I have bought two brand new boats with Rambo in Westover on 2 separate occasions over the last 5 years. Very good experience. I felt like i was treated fair, paid a fair price, they were transparent, and very helpful. They have a very good inventory, and Zach Baucom was great to us. He helped us locate the boat we wanted. He delivered the new Malibu we recently purchased right to our dock, taught us how to operate all the complicated wake settings, even paired our iPhone to it, and answered our calls later in the season as we had questions during break-in. Very strong group of guys and girls over there. Highly recommend them.

I just purchased my 2nd Malibu from Rambo Marine - Huntsville and couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the entire staff. I work mostly with Lex and he couldn't be any more professional and helpful before/during/after the sale! When Lex isn't available, I work with Jerald and the same can certainly be said for him. Tucker delivered my boat today (Donnie and Gerrit delivered my 1st Malibu) and they were all very professional and willing to spend as much time as I needed to ensure I was comfortable with the boat. Will and the service department are second to none. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, I would absolutely recommend this team if you are in the market for a new (or used) boat!!

Great experience with Lynn in Sales. Made the purchase easy and overcame a few obstacles for me. Kurt made a trip out to the lake to deliver the new boat. Great full explanation of how everything works. Even helped me fit into my boat house to make sure it was perfect, BEFORE I even bought the boat.First class, Thanks guys

I bought a Beautiful used 1994 Mastercraft ProStar 190 from Rambo Marine in July of 2015 and they put a new battery, new alternator, new starter and tune up to make sure my boat was in tip top running order before I took delivery. I could not be more pleased with my boat, its performance and the service after the sale from Rambo Marine!!! I ski at least twice a week during the summer so its very important that my boat performs as a World Record Ski Boat should.I depend on Rambo Marine for the routine maintenance on my boat and I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a boat or getting yours serviced. They truly are The Boat Professionals!!!Thank You!!!

Shout out to Grant at Rambo Marine for getting me into the Malibu family. The Malibu 23LSV is everything you could ever want in a surf or wakeboard boat. Their service department got get tuned up, inspected, and turned around in no time, and their crew got her shining like new and ready for the lake. Great pricing, dependable service, knowledgeable sales people, and easy access to any factory or upgraded parts through their parts department. If you haven t been to Rambo Marine, you re missing out.

West and Eric came to my lake house, got the problem with my sound system diagnosed, replaced an emblem and got my Cobalt ready for the season. Terrific service. Very professional and very convenient to not have to take it anywhere for this work.
