I couldn t be happier with my experience. This is a family owned business, and they are just good, honest people. I drove 3 hours to purchase a truck from them after speaking to Justin over the phone. There were no surprises when I got there. I ll happily drive 3 hours to purchase from them in the future if I am in the market for another vehicle.

Went to check out a vehicle here and they automatically told me they would not give me as much as any other dealership would for my vehicle. Also told me they would not negotiate the price of the vehicle I was interested in and not to mention the vehicle I was looking at had no gas when I test drove it after the salesman just handed me the keys and did not ride with me to give me specifics about the vehicle only thing I learned about the vehicle is that his fianc� had just gotten back from the beach in it. Or the what he called "bugs" that looked like dried cement spots would not wipe off he just told me I could just get some cheap chemicals to get it off. Obviously he was not very interested in selling the vehicle. Maybe his Fianc� was going to take it to the beach again.

I messaged about a vehicles price because they do not have pricing on their site and the sales person was extremely rude when I gave him/her my budget. I would not buy from them if they were the last car lot on earth.

When I arrived, J&S guys handed me the keys and said, "we dont do anything fancy here, we just sell cars." Couldnt have been more accurate. I had a great experience purchasing a truck here. Was it a steal? No. But I paid a fair price, got a solid deal, and didn't deal with any BS. Spoke with the guys at J&S via the phone, and they explained everything about the vehicle, good AND bad, explained it needed new tires, had some cosmetic damage, etc. Very straightforward, honest guys. From the time I arrived, to when I left, was probably under 30 mins, no runaround, and no upcharges like most dealers try to hit you with last minute. If you're looking for a steal of a deal, go to an auction. If you want to get a vehicle, for a good price, with no hassle, I couldn't recommend these guys more. If I need another truck, this will be my first and probably only stop.

This was my first time using them, they gave me a great deal on trading in my Tahoe and I also got a great deal on their fully loaded Yukon XL. Justin was a pleasure to work with.

I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS with them again the car they sold has all types of problems that didn t tell me about in the beginning. The son says there going to fix something and the dad comes back and veto whatever he says . You would think being a family owned business it would be more personal but it s not just about the money . TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!
