Although Russell Radiator has Closed. Radiator repair work is STILL Being done through American Radworx in Vinemont, AL Per Randolph's Request. We will be happy to help you in any way we can. The phone number still works and rings directly to our service shop. We wish we could offer everything that Randolph offered. However, We do not work on or service Vehicles. We do offer a Wide variety of New Automotive and Heavy Duty Radiators in our Warehouse, As well as a Full Service Radiator shop. We also offer a Pickup & Delivery service in The Huntsville Area. We look forward to hearing from you.

First class radiator repair shop. These guys have decades of experience and can diagnose your car and handle the repairs.Their prices are very competitive and their advice is spot on.Recommended.

Spoke with them on Feb 19, 2024 and they indicated the shop is closing permanently as of Feb 20, 2024 (they are retiring and no one wants to take over the shop apparently).

I picked up my Cadillac today and they charged me hundreds less than they quoted me over the phone. They said it didn t take them as long as they thought it would !!! I have never in my life been to an automotive repair shop that was honest about how many hours they billed. I am forever a fan. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Russell s radiator service is thankfully the first serviceman I called to get the question of a gas tank refurbishment answered. He was uncannily honest. I have a 1968 MGB, and the tank is rusty. He told me that the chemicals available to do that work are not effective. Anyone who tells you it can be done, is just going to be taking you money. He suggested a few DYI alternatives but stated, Ultimately, a new gas tank is your answer, if you can get one. I m so grateful he headed me off from others who may not have been so honest.

Needed my brass radiator repaired out of my 1964 Buick. Since radiator shops are a dying breed, I was concerned about being able to get it fixed. Russell came through. You can tell they have decades of experience.

This is a great place to take your car for for repairs. Last summer I had a leaky radiator and Mr. Randolph Scott at Russell Radiator Service fixed my radiator and the charge was very reasonable.And a few days ago, I needed valve cover gaskets replaced and Mr. Scott fixed it for me. Great prices and great service.

I would definitely without any hesitant recommend anyone who needs any work done to their vehicle go to Russell radiator. I have been using these guys for years. I have always told everyone how honest and how good their work is. I would absolutely send my wife to them with or without me. I know without a doubt that they will treat men and women the same and I promise these guys will NOT financially take advantage of anyone due to their lack of mechanical knowledge. I haven't found anyone that can do the job better than the guys here and you WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PRICE BY ANY LICENSED MECHANIC. My heat would not blow warm air which I knew was generally the heater core going bad. The owner came out after they performed a brake repair and I was expecting a $600 to $800 quote. He informed me that my temperature knob wasn't connected properly and I it wouldn't even cost a $100.Going to take it back to them as well as ANY MECHANIC WORK THAT I NEED IN THE FUTURE. The guys at Russell radiator are my mechanics and they deserve recognition for their very fair prices and for their commitment to HONESTY.

I had my 2009 Nissan Murano Towed to the shop and it was ready the next morning. They gave me a great price and I was very satisfied with the work. Very honest and trustworthy people. If you are looking for a radiator shop I would definitely recommend them.

Dealer diagnosed a leaking radiator due to the AC condenser coil missing a bracket and was rubbing against the radiator. Dealer quote was $941, and 3 days minimum due to the "$600 radiator having to be shipped from California". Russell Radiator located a radiator in Chattanooga and quoted an out the door price of $421 with the new radiator, less if the existing radiator could be repaired. The existing radiator could be repaired, so a $941 repair was only $300, and they took care of the rubbing parts.

Horrible. couldn't fix the problem after I told them what it is. $900 dollars later, told me they could do the original work for above average price. They paid for these reviews. They deserve zero stars.

Support a local business! Every time I get my car repaired I bring it here. I know they're honest and will charge a reasonable price for labor and parts.
