Such a good experience! Quick and easy test drive. We did not feel pressured by Lucas at all. He got us a great deal and a great interest rate. He also made trading in our old car as painless as possible. So happy with my new ride!

I must say the service provided by Sir Lucas was impeccable. His knowledge of the cars in question was superb. His customer service was administered with a great deal of care, passion and concern with us, the customer s best interest at heart. Not to mention the car we chose, also chose us the way he chose us as the customers.

I strongly recommend that anyone thinking about buying a vehicle at this dealership get a written statement of all fees BEFORE going into the financing stage of the process, and to check the total price in financing with what you thought were the terms according to the salesperson. And be prepared to walk out if you learn that a prevoiously undisclosed fee has been added.

I had a good experience buying the vehicle. They even let me keep my trade in for a few weeks while my current daily driver was getting a major service which I really appreciate. But, the car has been a reliability nightmare and they haven t been any help. They say they will service their customer s car if they buy it from them, but it s been impossible to even get them to look at it. I ended up replacing an alternator myself when they said they were too backed up the first time. (Which was in the first month of ownership). Now the car almost left me stranded a few times and when I finally called them to see if they could find the problem, they said they said it ll probably be a week and if I can leave it there, it would be easier for them to take a look at it when they are available to. I call back 10 days later to check to see if they got to it yet and they say that their tech is backed up. Not only with sold cars, but 30 customer cars that also need service. I m okay with that, but you could have said that before I left the car for over a week. I could have taken it somewhere else. This would have been okay, if a bit annoying. But then they re telling me that the car is behaving like it should, even though it didn t have this problem at all when I first bought it and it didn t have this problem at all until two weeks ago. Explaining it to me like I don t know what I m talking about or I don t know how a vehicle works. I don t think that a car is designed not to start.Nothing against the salesman at all. He s fine, but the customer service at this dealership needs to be improved.Just a warning for those who either don t know how to work on their own vehicles, or people like me who don t have the time to.

I don t recommend! Do your research on your vehicle because I have to get an attorney involved. I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them that had Rubicon listed on the side, it was indeed a Sahara. The previous owner tricked out the Jeep that made it almost identical to a Rubicon. The dealer knew that it wasn t a Rubicon and decided to keep the trim on it instead of taking it off before selling. They didn t disclose that it s a fake!!Be knowledgeable on the different types of versions the car may offer. They only want to sell you the car and they have absolutely no integrity when it comes to doing what s right. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. If I could give zero stars, I would.

After months of looking and many days of wasted time and frustrations, I finally found my perfect car at the right price. Vestavia Auto Plaza was so kind and so easy to work with. Absolute worst car dealership, manager and finance manager I ve ever encountered. Absolute crooks. I buy new vehicles every 2-3 years and come from a family who s owned a car dealership decades ago. Please stay far away from this SERRA owned group. They patch the vehicles to get them out the door, lie about financing, warranties, carfax, work performed, you name it. Research other real reviews of this dealership. All the same experience. Fortunately there s a whistleblower amongst them who s fed up with their business practice and we ve sought legal council.

I just finished getting my car delivered from Vestavia auto plaza and although they acted nice to sell a vehicle that didn't last long. Upon delivery there was a giant crack in my front bumper. I live in Tennessee so I didn't see the huge crack in my bumper until the paperwork was signed and the car was delivered! When something goes wrong you can tell what kind of low class service a place of business will deliver. Upon following up with my salesperson I was told they're not going to do anything about the damaged bumper and that's just how it is. They act as if that huge crack was " already there " and it's my responsibility to fix damage I didn't cause. It's easy to be nice when you're making a sale but that's where the courtesy and professionalism ends with these con artists. I guess I'll have to eat the loss of ordering a new $319 part from Lexus and pay for it to be installed. All they had to do was try to make it right but that isn't worth it to take care of the customer. I will not be using these con artists to purchase a vehicle again as I know how they handle an easy to fix customer service issue! I will recommend going with a different company to buy your vehicle and hope you never have an issue with your car as it will NOT be taken care of!

I ll start off by saying, I m not one to write reviews for places, but this is outrageous. Bought a used Benz, which is already a risky move but whatever right? I asked about any issues with the car, (I ask this question because I investigate and know my cars long before buying) and was told, and I quote, the car runs fine and there are no issues . First red flag was when I noticed:-The alignment out of whack, no biggie, easy fix.-Really small hint of coolant from the engine bay-Screws missing from the engine bay( meaning they did repairs to fix the coolant leak issueI would ve been fine with still purchasing even with issues, since I ll work on my own vehicles, but to be told it was fully ok when there was tell-tell signs of issues is a lack of respect towards you, the buyer, from them, the seller.They clearly didn t want to disclose any issues because they had already denied any price negotiating even after promising to have some leeway.I would ve bought a second vehicle from their lot that caught my eye, but after this ordeal, me having to fix a really bad coolant leak that left me stranded in a whole different state, I would look elsewhere, and I d suggest others to do the same

A few months ago I posted a positive review on this car dealership and now I'm updating it. A few months ago my mom purchased a car from this place and everyone seemed nice and helpful and worked to get a 3000 dollar deposit and max federal credit paid them off for the car. They got what they wanted and the car salesman and the guy that did the financing both knew the hatch cover was missing off the front of the car and was gone make sure I got it in 30 days. But never got it. Had been calling and nobody even the car salesman never return my call . But it's ok cause I have someone on deck and we are going to take legal action against this company cause this is ridiculous. And we also drove 3 and a half hours to get there and this the thanks we get. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. They will help you get the car but will not do what they are suppose to do after they are paid.

A waste of time, this place made us fill out paperwork, give down payment and take out insurance with the mindset that we had got approved from the bank little did we know we got denied and they towed the car. Now when we try to contact the salesman he doesn t pick up.

I ve read many people that had great experiences here which led me to them when looking for my new car. We live a couple hours away so I did all my shopping online. Found the car I wanted and got in touch with the sales person. All of these things were going smoothly. I completed the credit application they were able to get me a good rate, then the sales Person let me know that the vehicle needed to have some repairs done, and then it would be a couple of days before I could actually come get it, which was fine. This all started on a Thursday. I got in contact again on Saturday. The manager there at the time told me that the sales person wasn t there and he would have to reach me on Monday. I called back on Monday and nothing. I did not hear anything until the following Thursday at which point he told me that the car was getting its air repaired and they would contact me when it was ready. I said that was fine and inquired about the credit application, asking if there was a point at which that expired and if I had to do a a new credit app or how all that would work, and they assured me that it would be no problem. I asked if I needed to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle due to the time that had passed, and they assured me that the car was mine. I waited over a week before I called back, then when I reached them, the salesman said the car came back to their lot after repair and still had AC issues and said they were sending it off again to be repaired and then it should be ready for me the following Saturday to come pick up. I was a bit frustrated, but I appreciated that they were not sending me home with a car with issues, so I understood. tried to get in contact again the following Saturday and couldn t get through to the sales person. I spent another week-ish trying to get in touch with the sales person. Mind you at this point it s been nearly a month since I inquired about this car and filled out a credit app. I began to just lose hope and look elsewhere for my car. I found the car I wanted at another dealership and filled out the credit application on a Saturday, and picked it up next business day. This has been about a month ago and still to this day have not heard from Vestavia Auto plaza. What terrible communication, a waste of a hard credit inquiry for me, unprofessionalism, and just bad salesmanship. Would never Recommend. The salesman I was working with was named Justin. I know there are two Justin s there based on the many times I called, and the Justin I dealt with was not the manager Justin, but the other.
