I recently visited Meineke mechanic shop for a radiator repair on my car, and I must say, they did an excellent job. They fixed the radiator flawlessly, and I could tell they took full care in their work. Additionally, their diagnosis was accurate for other things my car needed. I highly recommend them for their quality service and attention to detail!

I had been taking my truck to this location for years for oil changes. A week ago, I took my truck to the dealership to have a few major repairs and decided to have the oil change. They found the oil plug was stripped. They said the oil pan would have to be replaced. When I contacted Meinke, they said they didn't want to cover the cost because they "had to see it". I offered to send them a video from the dealership, but didn't want to view it. They said there are other ways to fix it and wanted me to bring to them. What if I were out of town? I was told by Meinke home office the shops are independently owned. To me it seems like Meinke doesn't want to take responsibility. If Meinke couldn't tell me all of the previous other times there was an issue with the oil plug, do you think I want to have them repair it?

I have been going to this location for a few years now and I have to say these guys are GREAT! My last visit was February 2nd of this year. And as usual the guys were courteous and the repair was complete in the time frame they stayed. This shop has done great repair work on all of families cars & truck.

The front desk guy (I think his name is Tim) is always friendly and welcoming. He is also not condescending, and as a young woman I know that often for women car places can feel very intimidating but they always listen to the issues I'm having with my car and never judge when I don't know what I'm talking about. I go there for all my necessary services, from oil change to tires or any bigger issues I'm having. My only complaint is this last time I visited there was oil left all over my fabric steering wheel cover, but it was an easy clean and has only happened 1 time out of the probably 30 times I've been. Every other time had no issues. So 10/10 would recommend

I needed a synthetic oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. Meineke was the perfect place to get all of these things done. Everyone was so kind and gave me a great deal!

Honestly, it is one of, if not the, worst experience I've ever had with any company. In December of 2022 I took my wife's car in for brakes. Replaced all four with rotors. 1300.00 +. The mechanic forgot to put the lug nuts on the passenger tire. He went to test drive the vehicle after the brake install, and the tire fell off and under the car. The new brake rotor hit the ground and the tire damaged the fender, fender well, trim, bumper, and a few other things. The manager and mechanic apologized and said they would take care of any damage. We were asked to get 3 repair estimates, which we did. The repair estimates ranged from 3000.00 - 5000.00. That was in early January. It's March 25th and we have been told over and over that they were "working" on making a decision on how to move forward with repairing our vehicle. They are either broke or lack the character to do the right thing. I have contacted Meineke Corporate, and they could care less that one of their franchises is smearing their brand. I can only assume they are used to it. I write this to warn of the type of company they are. We are left with the options of claiming it on our insurance, paying the deductible, and facing the possibility of increased premiums or paying out of pocket for repairs or pursuing litigation against MCCC Group, LLC. (Franchise owner). I advise in not taking the chance to have the same experience we are having. I would go as far as looking into the franchise owner for any Meineke shop before to patronize their business.

The guys at Meineke were very helpful! They explained everything to us in great detail. They did not do anything that was unnecessary. They were prompt and thorough! We will definitely be back!

The technicians at Meineke are talented and thorough. I brought my car in for an oil change and got back a detailed report on what they checked. They included photos of the brakes, the battery, oil level, and all sorts of things. Photos! They really had to check them if they had a photo to prove it. I felt safe when I drove away.

I love how Meineke treated me and what they did during the oil change. I came in expecting an oil change and I m out. But the mechanic took his time really looking over my car and showing me what I need to plan for in future repairs. I have an old car and because of what he did, I have the opportunity to save up money to plan on these expenses.Service: Oil change

To start with, Meineke was available for immediate service. I had a serious engine issue and couldn t wait weeks for dealership mechanic availability. The manager at Meineke (wish I had his name) was courteous and professional, and helped me right away. They got to work on it and finished the job by early afternoon. Cost of the repair was exactly as quoted. I couldn t have been happier with the experience. Their 5-star review is well deserved and they met expectations accordingly.

I was in town for a softball tournament. They got me right in, diagnosed my issue, tested to make sure engine was not compromised, had part there within the hour, and I was back at the softball diamonds before my daughter s next game. Very fast and efficient work. All the employees were very nice and professional. Even have some really good homemade cookies to eat while you wait. Thanks againService: Engine repair

IN AND OUT QUICKLY CAR WAS IN FOR REGULAR CHECK UP BUT DEFINITELY RUNS QUIETER AND SMOOTHER AFTER THE CHECK UP. FEES VERY NOMINAL. MANAGER TIM, EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING WHAT THEY DID.DR. CHRIS HARRISON

Incompetent establishment ,replaced a practically new part no defect nothing wrong car still making same noise. Said struts and tire mount needed repaired only Strut .

I will never use these guys again!! My vehicle definitely left this place with more problems than it had before I had it serviced here ..I would not recommend this place to anyone I know

Had good experience in the past but not this time. Price for front end alignment and two tires seemed high to me. We had a 1:45 appointment. Got no feedback all afternoon about when it would be ready. I contacted at 5:00 to check. Attendant was rude and said they were working on it. Finally got text at 5:48 that it was ready. When we arrived the there at 6:05, the attendant was very rude.His exact comment was One more minute you would ve been picking it up tomorrow! He then said we couldn t pay with a check and implied our credit card might not work.Totally uncalled for. We won t be back.Service: Tires

Best service I've ever had. Andrew and Jacob were most excellent extremely friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to anybody. I am extremely pleased with the service. Totally professional. These guys are top-notch!

My driver side power window stopped working. Took my car to Meineke and they got me in and out reasonably quick. I'm so pleased with the work they did. They only negative comment I have was having to pay $300 for the work LOL! But I'm glad everything is working again.

The mechanics are courteous and very knowledgeable. They will work on older cars that other shops won t. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this shop.

These guys were great! They handled fixing a van with 20+ hot, barking dogs inside like it was an every day thing. The part needed wasn't available any where in the area but they were able to find a substitution that fit, and they had it installed and ready to go in no time at all. Despite the barking dogs and screaming kid, these guys were professional, courteous and went out of their way to get us going again.

Please do not go here especially if you are a female, they will see you as someone they can take advantage of and take every bit of money that they can out of you. I came to this place because of the good reviews but I seriously regret it. I think a lot of people who have went here think that they got honest work when really they didn t sadly. They do not like being held accountable or honor parts with their so called warranty. Go to a mom and pop shop bc why do you think these huge companies have been able to expand so much? It s deff not by honest work.

Hour and a half to get a basic oil change. Should have gone down the road to Express Oil and taken maybe 15 minutes. And yes, I had an appointment.
