I had overlooked Goodyear for years thinking they would have very high prices. I was so wrong. When I called, I talked to Jimmy, he was knowledgeable, and respectful. I am very impressed with overall service, the speed it was finished and the way I was treated. I really like the way my brakes look.I have told everyone to go see Jimmy and to get their service done at Goodyear in Vestavia Hills. Thanks for all you guys did.

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Great attention to detail. My wife was about to give up on her car and sell it, but the folks at Goodyear did great work and she loves her car again!

I needed an alignment in short order as I was headed out of town. Although late in the workday, Jimmy and his team jumped on my job and made it happy . I truly appreciate his prompt attention to my problem and the courtesy he should me the moment I walked in the door.

Joshua was amazing and super helpful! They were able to talk me through everyone and help me with pricing for 4 brand new tires and an alignment for under $800. 10/10 will be back

I had a very terrible morning and caught a flat. I went to goodyear in Vestavia and Jimmy and his colleague helped me out alot! He displayed great customer service and concern for me and I couldn t be more happier. Thank you Jimmy! You rock

This is the only auto place I go to in Birmingham. Jimmy the store manager always does everything he can to help me and get me the best price possible. Highly recommend to any women looking for a good honest place to go.

I ve been a customer at this location for close to 10 years. I was totally surprised on my last visit. I had my brakes replaced and they were not able to put my parking brake shoe spring back in place. I was told that I needed to take my vehicle somewhere else. I thought it was strange because they were able to complete this service a couple of times since purchasing this vehicle. I drove home with a loud ticking sound coming from my wheel. I hope driving it to Robe s Mans doesn t damage the new rotors and pads. Fortunately, it s not my daily driver. I don t think I will go back to this location.

We were traveling and found ourselves with a flat. They got us in for service in a reasonable time, provided honest information and choices for us, and treated us with respect. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment on Tuesday and took my car in. Was told that my front tires would need to be replaced within a few months so told them to go ahead and do it. I wasn't asked anything about my driving they were just going to get the highway and sports tires that were currently on the car. I didn't need that type of tires. The tires wouldn't be in the shop until that afternoon at some time and I scheduled an appointment for the next day to do the tires. I called them shortly after getting back home and asked about the comfort drive tires. Was told that they were the same price, however according to Goodyear website they were a little over $100 less and I told them so. They ordered the tires for me. When I returned the next day the tires weren't there yet. I waited for 3 hours before they checked on them to find out that the tires had been sold to someone else. Was then told that they could have the tires delivered by FedEx the next day. I let them know that I was not happy. I was then told that they had found the tires and that they could get them and put them on within an hour. I was given a couple of discounts for my troubles.

I was traveling into Birmingham, AL and my coolant temp gauge was acting erratic. I called Daniel and asked if they could help and check out my vehicle in between my business appointments. Daniel and his team at Goodyear delivered service with a smile without missing a beat. I was able to make all my appointments. Thank you for taking the time to provide excellent service.

I was leaving out of town and wanted to get my tires checked. I was bracing myself for a major up-sale. Instead of telling me I needed all 4 new tires ASAP, I was SO surprised Jimmy (Goodyear employee) said I could wait a little while and that I'd be ok on the trip. I appreciated that so much. He built a relationship instead of one sale. They will definitely be getting my business in the future. Thanks Jimmy!

As the pervious guy basically said you get what you pay for nowadays..goodyear used to be a company to turn to for when you needed something done right and the guy running it was on your level and not about making profit off of you but since they got rid of their long time employees you can tell the customer service has went to junk and people don't care about their own long time customers as well as their long term employees

Appointments mean nothing at this location. Went for 9:00 oil change and tire check and rotated. Was told only had one person working and 4 others had 9:00 appointments. If you can t drop your car and come back whenever ready I suggest you go elsewhere.

Don't let the FEW high reviews persuade you go to here. The manager, Patrick, does not quite know how to run a business. Very poor customer service skills, and even lied directly to me. How can we trust you to work on our vehicles when you lie? Clearly doesn't care about the customer. Very disappointed. Made dealer service centers look golden. Look elsewhere before you settle.

My car began to over heat on the way to the doctor's. Lucky enough I was right next to this good so I could pull in. I was frantic and upset because I already wasn't feeling well. They told me that their mechanic couldn't look at it until he got back from lunch, which was fine. I just didn't want to be stranded there. Someone came out and looked at my car and comfort me. I was able to get a ride to the doctor's and they took care of my car! Really great experience. Will definitely do more business with them.

I went to this goodyear Monday after work because my car battery was sitting on top of the stick to check my transmission fluid and i couldn't check it myself I offered to pay the worker for his service's, within two minutes he said he had checked my transmission fluid which i knew was impossible. I took my car to express and they checked my car and there was absolutely no transmission fluid in my car. All he had to say is he didn't want to do it instead of lying to me I'd never take my car to this place to get serviced!

My tire went flat this morning on the way to my children s school. I stopped in here with my infant in tow, hoping they could square it away in the 3 hours before I had to pick my children back up. They repaired it and had me back on the road quickly and were so kind, personable and professional. Truly turned a crummy morning around. They are wonderful!

We had a flat tire on the way to FL for vacation. They were super busy, but still put us in front of the line for repairs. We were in and out within an hr. Thank you for saving our vacation! We greatly appreciate it.

This is an excellent store. Rick is very professional and the store is very honest. I did my tire change two years ago. It turned out that their tires are of high quality. After more then 2 years, the tire only have a little bit worn out. My wife and I have our tires fixed because of road hazard free! And they gave my wife free air pump because she was not handy enough to help herself.

This Goodyear location is excellent in both customer service and customer relations. The Manager, Rick, is always professional and honest with giving advice and recommendations. He is conscientious and concerned that the customer is given the best quality service and attention. All three of our family vehicles have gotten tires and repair work that is of the highest quality. After 4+ years of service, I highly recommend this Goodyear location to ANYONE looking for trustworthy care and dependable service.

Wonderful store. I always have an easy experience here. When I thought certain maintenance was due sooner the guys there reminded me I haven't gotten the mileage yet. When they found something they couldn't fix they referred me a great auto shop. I always go to these guys for my oil changes.

Quality work! After having my tires balanced at a Goodyear in Atlanta three times over 3 weeks, I realized on my way to Birmingham that they still weren't balanced. As soon as I got to town I stopped at the Vestavia Goodyear and they balanced them for free AND successfully. I had a smooth drive back to Atlanta.

While driving alone with my dog to Atlanta my tire light came on to indicate low pressure & I was afraid I had a nail or something in my tire. I called my husband & he directed me to this Goodyear Tire store in Birmingham. He called them to tell them the situation & they were expecting me. When I arrived I had the pleasure of meeting Ben. He was so kind & professional & came right out to inspect my tire & access the problem. Thankfully, it only needed air & Ben took care of that & reset my indicator light. He even walked me to find a grassy spot for my dog! There was no charge & I was safely on my way! I was so thankful for the great service & care I received at this Goodyear Tire store!

They fixed my flat for free. I didn't expect it so it was a nice surprise. The guy working at the front will not answer any of your direct questions though. It's almost like he's trained to avoid a stright answer.
