Anthony and his team is awesome! Great communication and customer service.Overall, my experience with Firestone exemplified the highest standards of customer service. Easy access from hwy 31 or Lorna Rd. Parking is a little bit tight. Only one Handicapped space. This place is always busy, so make sure too schedule your appointment early.

I had an issue with my tire and I called and came right over. They got me right in and out even though it was a 45 minute wait because of other customers before me, but I was very pleased with the service

Went in for an oil change...dropped car off and they were very communicative about the status of my vehicle. Never had any issues with an oil change I have received from Firestone.

Why was my review deleted? Just a reminder, have never been to this store but my credit info has, twice in one day as a matter of fact. Someone , I know who and the date it happened used my credit info to get tires and other things done to a Chrysler 300 and Volkswagen Passat. Apparently you do not have to show identification at this store. Oddly enough the store didn t document the vin# of either vehicle and listed both vehicles as ( no tag ). Oh , wait , there is more to come. Please don t do the auto reply to send you an email, I ve done that twice and you never reply.

I did not have an appointment so I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes for an oil change, rotation and alignment check. It's always hit or miss when it comes to national chains like Firestone and today was a hit. They managed to get me in and out in 1.5 hrs. I doubt it would've been any faster if I had made an appointment.

I easily scheduled my appointment on the app. Friendly and helpful check in and update call. I will definitely continue to use this Firestone location.

Very expensive as compared to other mechanics. Other places do not charge for diagnosing a problem if a customer repairs his/her vehicle with them but Firestone charges that separate money. This is exploitation. Will not recommend it to any other friend. I was just giving it a try after a long time but Firestone Auto Care Hoover failed to perform and satisfy.

They are always willing to help. They give me details on what may be needed or what services should come next. However, they do not force it or get pushy.

Customer service is horrible. Waited three hours for him to tell me ten cars ahead of me and it s not even ten cars here. Everytime I come it s a 3+ hours with an appointment. They just let you sit and wait don t give updates or anything.

Called about having an alignment and a multi-point inspection done because my vehicle was squeaking. They said they could do the alignment, but the inspection I would need to drop the vehicle off and leave it overnight. I left it for the alignment, and they called back a few hours later, letting me know that they couldn't do the alignment because certain parts needed replacing.Out of all of the Firestones that I had been to, this was the first one that caught what was wrong and ended up not doing the alignment because they knew it would be pointless.Definitely would love to come back to this location. <3

DO NOT GO HERE! I arrived at 7 when they opened only to wait in the parking lot 25 min over the opening time. I called, no one answered. I walk in and he says "they are not doing appointments" and I am second in line with no time estimate. He then tells me an estimated price $50 more dollars then the price says online and he said that a coupon was included in that. WASTE OF TIME! And apparently do not make appointments on the site since they are practically lying..

Fast, courteous service. Normally I go to another Firestone closer to my home, but they could take my car on a Saturday. Very pleased with the work te did and how the did it. Happy to us them again.

I did not like the service that I received. I had a scheduled appointment and stayed almost 4 hours. I went in for a routine maintenance checkup. Oil, tires and etc. They told me that my tires were fine and the treading was fine. The tires were also rotated. They did say that, I needed shocks to reduce cupping of the tire. Never heard the term cupping. So I went with their recommendation. They even stated that the tire light indicator would turn off after I started driving. The indicator never did turn off. On saturday, I was about drive my car and I noticed my wheel was busted and deflated. The other wheels were also not in good shape. I had triple AAA to come out to put on spare tire and he checked all the other wheels and noticed that one them was leaking air after Firestone had rotated my tires. I even asked the AAA tech the term cupping and he never heard of it. How did Firestone not catch this error and second I don't think I needed new shocks but in actuality I needed new tires? So I wasted too much money in the past week not only for shocks that I did not need but also a whole new set of tires. I believe this Firestone does not care about safety nor knows how to inspect tires. I do not think they are knowledgeable enough to be working on cars.

I will never go to this location again. Not only did they botch a simple brake and rotor replacement; I was lied to about the rotor warranty. I had to go to 280 to figure out a few days later why my brakes were still squealing and not stopping properly. Turns out, the pads weren't installed correctly. After that was fixed, still had more issues.One of the rotors was making noise, and it was, "wearing down mysteriously". I was told in Hoover the rotors had a warranty of 2 years. On 280, I was told that was only if I purchased some kind of fuel flush or whatever. That was not mentioned at Hoover. So now, I'm out over $260 for another rotor because of them. I'm seriously hoping this place finds another Manager, because these people need a lot of help.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Terrible attitude on the phone took them 3 try s to answer kept picking up the line then hanging up. Then answered and couldn t tell me how long it would take to do an alignment.This whole company is full of people who don t want to work.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I called a person called AJ she demanded that I have my tire size. I said I was older in my eyes are bad she said well you'll have to go pull the numbers for me. I went to Meineke, they had no problem pulling up my tire size. I spent my money with them. I gave them another chance and called it about 6:45 I was told by the gentleman that he'd already shut his system down and only gave me one quote. I would not recommend this place to anybody. AJ was an extremely rude female who really rubbed me the wrong way very unhelpful. I spent my money with Meineke and I'll also be having my brakes and rotors done there as well. Firestone completely dropped the ball

Don t seem to understand their business. What to do without a car is a big decision. Told me at 4:30.they were looking at it. Never called. At 10 minutes before closing. I called constantly and never got an answer. At least one car that came in after mine got serviced.. I ve spent $3000 there in the last three months. Can t even get a phone call or anyone to answer the phone for that.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Jonathan and Brandon are the BEST in the biz!! They looked everywhere to find me the best (and cheapest) tires and delivered on that promise! I will never go to Tire Engineers again unless I feel like getting screwed and ripped off and taken for a ride. Firestone in Hoover has my business for LIFE!!! Did a CVI on my car and said everything was fine but I took it to another Firestone and they said I needed new struts brake calipers and a battery. How the technician that did the CVI at this location missed all that I won t understand but I won t come back here anymore.

This is the second time I have had services done to my car, and problems occur shortly afterward. The first incident was during a oil change I was taking my hyundai sonata there for oil changes using my firestone card. When I started having problems with my oil indicator coming before it was time to change the oil. i asked the technician I was told it was seal that needed to be replaced. I allowed them to replace it, but later, after watching for signs of oil leaking, I noticed oil under my car. I took it, hyundai, they said my oil pan was crack. 424.00Ok, fast forward went to firestone on April 26, 2023, to get tires put on my present car 2017 honda Accord. Now, all my indicators are coming on the dash, such as abs, power steering, traction and tmp. They are coming every time I hit a bump in the road. I'm putting this all in this review because if you call firestone, they are going to just charge more money to fix something they mess up this wasn't doing this before.Services: Tires, Oil change

The worst location you could visit. If you want your time wasted and your needs not listened to then feel free to visit. Be careful getting your services done because they ll Do the opposite of what you asked for and put your car at risk. I took our company vehicle in for a slow leak on one of the tires at 7:00 AM on a week day and was back on the road within the hour. The gentleman that checked me in was polite and courteous. What else can I say? This was a start of a really good day.

I had gone to get my free oil change at Hendricks. While there they checked my brakes and said I needed from disc brakes repaired. I carried my truck to Firestone in Hoover for the repair because the price of repair was better. 2 hours later they called puzzled because upon inspection they said my brakes looked brand new. That s why my wife and I use Firestone. They are honest and efficient
